Needed to get tires and an alignment on my little car. Walked in to ask about it and was met with super defensive force of sales associates. They asked me nothing about the car and basically said to just look online and make an appointment. I would have been okay to make the appointment but thought we could look at what they had in store first. The manager for that part then came up to me with his chest all puffed out walked at me like we were going fight. I was appalled!I asked if they could show me some tires and he threw his hands up, again like he wanted to fight, and said I had to look online first and set an appointment. I pointed out that they had no customers at that time but they wouldn't have it. The counter person was literally in their phone and the manager was just standing there talking to other associates.I apologized for ruining their "no work" time and left the store.

We were told it would take an hour and a half to 2 hours to get the oil change done. Came back 2 hours later our car hadn t moved and we were told there was a tire appointment and 2 cars ahead of us. If it was known there was a tire appointment and it would take a while they should have said something when we got there not when they said to come back.

No line for an oil change, friendly staff, they got it done very quick (~20 mins). Their garage fit a mid roof Ford transit van (approx 101 tall)

Horrible Custer service! Had a 12pm appointment, when we get there the lady states o there is no appointments its 1st come 1st serve?? So why did I make an appointment??? They didn't even start my car till 1:30 and then took another hour and a half to put the tires on. They also broke 3 out of 4 of my tire caps did not bother to say anything and just threw the broken pieces in my car! What a joke. 3.5 hours to do tires.Service: Tires

Got my oil changed on a 2017 Ford Transit 250. Very professional check in, thorough and friendly. You get text messages when you are done, so you can shop while you wait. Very quick and friendly.Came in here to get a new battery for my 2005 Honda. They only had one battery that fit, which cost about $150, and it wasn t a name brand. Regardless, the battery comes with a three-year warranty, so that gives me some confidence for being out on the road a lot.I came on a Friday morning around 9 AM, and they were able to get me out by 945.

Wow. While they got the job done, it was not a pleasant experience. Getting ahold of anyone in the tire department over the phone was super difficult. The in person customer service was very poor. There seems to be very little tracking or record keeping and we had to explain the situation multiple times to various people. Multiple times we were told one thing from one employee and then a contradictory thing from another. You may find a low price here and if all you're looking for is a very simple service that doesn't require much then perhaps it might be worth it. Just be aware that if you're coming back in for any sort of warranty service, you're going to have to deal with some rigamarole and inefficiency. I'll pay more somewhere else next time, the experience was not worth any money we saved.

Went to get a patch done. I scheduled an appointment so my wait wasn't long. After an hour of waiting I asked how much longer. They informed me its a two hour wait. I informed them I had an appointment. So this messed up I ended up being there for almost to hours. They did acknowledge there mistake and Apologized and pulled my car back. But told me they couldn't patch the tire. Later I was able to get a patch done for 20 bucks at a different auto shop

Worst tire place in town..had a 4pm appointment and they don't even bring car in till 5 then took 3 hours to change 4 tires..a 10 year old can do it in 45 mins.never using them again

Man the lady at the auto care center was so rude!!! I said "I"m calling to see if you have my size tires available." She checked and said we have a Goodyear and some other kind. I said "Do you have all 4 available?" She said "You didn't tell me you needed all 4!" With a rude attitude. Like duh!!! Of course I need all 4. Why would I buy 1? And she was like when do you want to pick them up because I can't garantee they'll be here. I said "Oh, you don't put the tires on?" She said "You didn't tell me you needed them put on too! All rude. Oh my goodness duh!!! Why would I not want my tires put on? She shouldn't be in this department or in customer service. Have her stock shelves and not talk to customers.Services: Tires, Oil change

I came in to get a replacement tire and was quoted one price, then told another price on a different tire after they got our van in. I agreed because I needed to get the tire replaced quickly and no other places nearby had the right size in stock.After more than an hour I looked out the service door window just in time to discover them replacing the wrong tire. They were trying to replace a good tire instead of the one with the obvious nail in it.After I caught the error and let them know, the service manager was apologetic and did take the balancing fee off the cost, but I m terrified to think what might have happened to my wife and kids had the bad tire blown out or gone flat on the freeway after they replaced the wrong tire and I not been there to catch it. I probably won t be back again.

Came here to change cabin filters and do an oil change. There was one car before us and they gave us a 2 hour ETA. Ok we browse around for 40 mins until they call us to tell they can t do the oil change because they can t open the oil filter cap and made it sound like there s something wrong with my car. Went to Jiffy Lube to do my oil change telling this and they got it done under 30 mins rolling their eyes at what Walmart had told me. What a waste of time waiting here, my bad for being naive thinking Walmart knows their stuff.

I would give negative stars if I could. I took my vehicle in to have the oil changed and a few weeks later the differential in my car failed because they had drained all the fluid from it.When the differential failed, I took it to a reputable transmission shop and they reported to me that there was no fluid in the differential which caused it to fail. They also said there was no evidence of a leak and that there were fresh tool marks on the drain plug.I filed an insurance claim with Walmart which was denied so I took them to Small Claims court. Unfortunately I lost the case because I couldn't prove beyond a shadow of doubt that they (Walmart) were responsible.I've owned the vehicle for 5 years and have never had a problem with the transmission or differential. The day I had the oil changed it made a grinding noise for a few seconds and then nothing again until the day it failed completely.Without a doubt they drained the fluid from the differential because they didn't know what they were doing and then failed to refill it because they couldn't find the fill plug. Rather than own up to it they covered it up and in this case they got away with it.If you value your vehicle don't take it to this center for any kind of work.

I called to get a I quote to remount tires on a small trailer. They gave me a good quote but when I got here they would not do it because "they don't have the equipment for that." They had me take the tires off myself in the parking lot so they could remount the tires. It's been over one and a half hours to do that and to change the oil in my truck. Still waiting.Poor service! Not coming back here again!It's been two hours and still waiting!!!!They did apologize and didn't charge me so I'll give them that.

I bought the warranty on my tires and came in for a repair, covered under warranty, they claimed they didn't have it in their system and to drive all the way back on my flat to talk to the original store about it. Kinda ridiculous since it's all a shared database.

They do not inspect the vehicle as they should doing an oil change. Air filter was incredibly dirty but I overlooked it after getting my oil changed 3 times here. Reading the reviews I should have known the level of incompetence. This has caused my vehicle to have other issues.

I witnessed a new level of incompetency today at the Foothills Mall Walmart automotive center. I drove up to get an oil change. Then, after waiting several minutes in my car a woman came over and asked what I needed. When I told her I just needed an oil change, she told me to come inside so that she could get my info and take my key. I proceeded to follow her inside, told her I needed a high-mileage oil change, and gave her my key. She told me, and I quote, "It shouldn't be too long." I proceeded to slowly do some shopping in the store, knowing it could take a little while. I returned over an hour later, to which she said, "It's not quite done yet," and went outside to check on it. Another gentleman came along and asked if I needed help and I told him I just wanted to know how much longer my car would be. He then went outside and came back and told me, "The technician just returned from break, he should be able to pull it in in 45 minutes." THIS WAS AN HOUR AND A HALF AFTER I'D DROPPED IT OFF! I told him that I wasn't about to stick around. He got my key and I left. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!

Same oil change, much different prices than the Super Oil Change franchises. And Walmart is quick for oil changes.

Have I enjoyed Walmart although this time took forever to be helped I was games totally on the warranty of a road hazard tire with lifetime replacement with hidden costs was only $106. In addition to be removed and a spare put on by myself when I came time to take the spear off and put the repair tire back on they didn't have they would have no help they didn't help me at all and unfortunately I'm also handicapped be attendant ask me can I take it out to your car and just throw it in your trunk and that is what he did thank you so much Walmart.

Went for a tire change. 40 minutes later I get a call about a broken a wheel stud, saying they didn't do it. Now I'm SOL and shelling out another $70 to get it changed. I would recommend taking pictures of everything before handing your car over... and probably avoiding this Walmart.Service: TiresService: Tires

I been here for all my oil changes and tire changes, changed my pressure sensor once here as well. I feel the shop staff are nice, it does seem to take longer but because I can browse the shops I don't mind.

I recently bought a set of tires here and even tho the price went up a little, the Dept manager Jonathan gave me them for the price I was given a few days before. He also pinted out a promotion for no interest when purchased on my Walmart card. Done quickly!! Great service! Thank you Jonathan!!

Waited for 3 hours, when employees were just standing around talking to each other and joking around instead of attending to the cars before me. The lady at the register had a bad attitude and kept telling me, your car is not ready when I wasn't even asking. workers keep touching their faces without cleaning their hands or using sanitizer then grabbing keys and the computers.
