I thought we can come to our local Walmart to change our oil early in the morning. The man just opened, no cars and said we had to wait till 8pm. We were puzzled. Today we came because we got a flat in front of Walmart. We went to Walmart Automotive and again they said we need to wait till 8 pm. This time it was 5:30pm and they had 2 cars in front of us. I feel they are prejudice towards brown people. I'm sorry not returning here to our local Walmart Automotive.

Absolutely worst experience ever. Tried calling store. They leave you hanging until finally answering to hang up on you. Once they do finally answer (if your persistent) they give you run around, act oblivious or are just rude. Will not be shopping here.

Very poorly run. I ordered four tires with a spare and installation. When I come there I find out they are unable to install the spare and I will have to get it done somewhere else. So I go ahead and do the installation for four tires. After they're done they present me with two different work orders both of which are completely wrong. Now I have to wait more while they get their act together. Do not recommend.Addendum: The spare they gave me was not what I ordered. Now I have to go through the hassle of returning it.

I called to make an appointment for headlight restoration at 4pm. I left work early and drove across town to be told I need to reschedule my appointment because the headlight technician left for the day. Needless to say I was frustrated and it would have been nice to get a courtesy call to reschedule my appointment before I left work early and waste my gas. I took my business elsewhere.

I really only go here because its cheaper for an oil change but the fact that my car has been there since 3:30pm and still isn't done when they close in 3 minutes is absolutely insane. 4 and a half hours

They do good work. This place is run very poorly though. They have you sit in your car in line for service. Absolutely stupid and bad for business, the environment, employees, and a waste of opportunity for sales inside the store. Really the worst management decisions I've ever seen at a Walmart and I've seen some doozies.

I took my car for an oil change, I was told the wait was of around 1.5 - 2 hours, the attendant checked my oil level with the dip stick and I turned my keys in and everything, there were no problems at all. I provided my dad's number since my car was already saved under his account. After around 2 hours of waiting in store he calls me to notify that the technicians had declined the service because they 'did not have the oil filter required'. I couldn't believe that walmart did not have a generic kia oil filter so I went into the auto services area and found the oil filter needed myself, and since I didn't want to wait another 2 hours or make a big deal, I decided to get the oil too and change it myself at my house. I headed to the auto services register to pay for my oil and the filter and pick up my car and the technician looked at me and the items I was buying (I'm a lady in my 20's) and gave me a whole different story from what my dad was told. He said they couldn't change my oil because the car's oil level was low, but I remembered the attendant checking it before I turned the car in and imagined that if there was going to be a problem with the car they could have notified me from the beginning. Besides, it had been the case before where my oil was low and another walmart still serviced it, I just had to sign a waiver. I was angry and annoyed for having to waste 2 hours waiting just to have my service declined for no reason, so I just said thanks to the attendant and he changed the story again to finally say that they couldn't change the oil because the change oil light was on!I left the store to moments later find out at my house that the oil drain plug was almost completely stripped and impossible to take out manually and it wasn't that way before turning the car in. Now I'm going to have to take it to a mechanic to be removed. 2 hours waiting in store for my service to be declined 'because the oil light was on'

Customer service is lacking big time aswell as tech service knowledge, got my front tires replaced and the next day the tpsm on the front right stopped working. ofcourse they said it wasn't there fault that the batter must have died, I asked them to put there scanner to the sensor to see if the sensors was still detectable indicating the batter was still working. the tech refused and said there's nothing he could do and that it's not there fault and that I would have to buy a new sensor and pay for the install.I took the car to Discount tire in the Santa Cruz plaza and they checked it for free and turns out the battery is fine and the sensor just needed a reset/relearn, they answered all my questions and actually made the effort to help even tho they werent making any money off me. works perfectly now

If you are a woman that has little to no experience with vehicles, DO NOT GO HERE: I went to go get my tires checked because I know I need new ones. I needed to get air in my tires and wanted to get a tire quote and schedule at this visit. Upon arrival I make eye contact with a tech and as soon as I put start to ask a question he quickly turned around to avoid me even after me yelling out for assistance Chuck and 3 service techs refused to turn around, I proceeded to get out of my vehicle and walk up to them, as I reach them they neglected to look my direction until I entered their garage and asked in a yelling tone, chuck in a very rude manner stated that it s a self service machine and didn t take the time to see if I needed assistance (4 11 woman with no experience with this), he then proceeds to turn around and start making a joke of it with his techs. I luckily was able to fill the air no problem ( with no help of 4 techs just standing around making jokes and egging each other on), it is just very sad to see a corporation as large as Wal-Mart providing this kind of experience to their community. I looked the price of the tires I needed prior to my visit and wanted to get it scheduled with a tech at my visit. Unfortunately after my experience with Chuck I will not be returning and I will be purchasing my tires else where.Service: Tires

Work was performed fast and reasonably priced. While there we also had wipers and air filter installed. Extremely reasonable price for that.

We are on a 34-day trip. On day 7 we picked up a screw in our tire. We drove from Tombstone on a donut. These people got us in and out in just about a hour. And it was a Sunday .

You really get what you pay for-If your looking to save, this is a great spot. The ladies inside were lovely and the tech was friendly too.You will not save time here. Took 1.5hrs for oil change and Tire rotation. I Was first customer at 7am.Think they chatted as much as they worked...Not in any rush to get you in and out.One reason is of course I m sure these great techs are way under payed. So don t blame em...Walmart really doesn t take care of their employees, that s the real problem.

While I was in hold I had time to drive here in person (18 minutes total). There were three employees behind the counter, and the tire shop was closed. They couldn't give me an excuse so I went to RNR Tire Express instead. I got a better price and immediate service there.

I will never return to Walmart Auto Care Center, from the 1st contact there Customer Service was horrible & it continued when I had to go back the next day. On the 2nd day a young boy was the worst hopefully he'll learn soon, it's not an Auto Care Center they need to change the name to Oil Change & Tire Shop Customer Service not guaranteed. If you have road hazard insurance you can wait like 4 hours to get your tire fixed since you walk in with no appointment. Few days later I had an appointment for balancing and still took like 2 hours

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE.... My 2019 toyota fusion hybrid needed a oil change and this is the second time I've done a oil change here. They supposedly did an oil change on my car, but when they gave me my car back there was white smoke blowing out every time I pressed on the gas. I went back to have them check the car, they said they put to much oil. My car was still blowing white smoke. The next day I dropped my car off at Jack Ferriers on valencia and they told me walmart didn't bother changing my oil or my oil filter. I went back to Walmart and confronted them and they denied everything..... walmart auto on valencia has lazy employees who simply can't do an oil change.

Usually have a good experience at this Walmart, oil change was quick enough for a busy day. However employees were very rude and seemed annoyed to even talk to me. It was 6:40 and the guy did not want to let me use their air pump. Because he likes to close early worst customer experience ever. But I m not surprised. Look at the Walmart we re talking about lol

Unpleasant experience... The tire technicians are very unprofessional. Frist they didn t know what size tires were needed for my vehicle after throwing the wrong tires from the top of the tire rack the second floor slamming them on the floor rather then caring them down. They finally found the right size and did the same process as before. One of the technicians was new in training and seemed unsure on tire balancing and ask his coworker if he should remove the old weights or to just leave them on... When balancing rims/tires you should ALWAYS REMOVE THE OLD WEIGHTS and clean the surface with break cleaner to remove the stickiness left from the old weights on aluminum rims . This was corrected after I informed the manager... He was the one who informed me that the technician was new and was learning. Also Walmart dose not replace the valve core Which should be replaced after purchasing all new tires, road hazard, lifetime rotation and balancing. After asking the manager if they replaced the valve cores he informed the technicians to put new cores... After they completed the service the technicians over inflated my tires to 42.5 psi. My vehicle requires 32 psi, this information can be found on your drivers door . I checked the tire pressure immediately after I drove home with a digital tire pressure gauge... And those results are what I found. I will not be purchasing tires from Walmart ever again. My advice would be to have your tires replaced by discount tires... Sure Walmart has okay prices on tires but you do get for what you pay for apparently. I myself am experience on how tire services should properly be done.

Really busy had to buy the tires there get them mounted else where. There comment we are always busy on Fridays. Well if they know that why don't they plan and have more ppl so your not waiting 2 hrs for a ride.

I left. A kid working there lied about DOD regulations (which apply to truck tires) then he became paranoid because he could not simply say "I don't know" but lied instead, became suspicious that I had no phone number to give him, began asking about my car licensing. Another kid, the supervisor for the moment, said "we just want for you to leave and not fall apart on the road" (another lie) The purchase was complete, I was asking about the add-on as an afterthought. I was determining the cost/benefit for an add on service. I said "you are overtired, I'm going to buy the tire elsewhere" The paranoid kid looked at the one playing boss to see what he should do. The supervisor said "let her be on her way"

Poorest tire service I ve ever experienced I had a tire blow out on me in front of the store and I took off the tire FROM MY OWN CAR and took it to get a new tire and was stuck waiting ALMOST 2 HOURS WHEN I DID MOST OF THE WORK AND JUST NEEDED THEM TO USE THEIR MACHINE TO PUT THE NEW TIRE ONkeep in mind I had to take the tire off of my car walked to the auto shop and had to put the tire back on my car which was sitting in the front parking lot and all I needed was them to change the tire and then we waited the hour and a half they told us it wasn t even ready so we had to wait another half hour for ONE TIRE******* I recommend buying the tire and taking it to Mendoza s tire shop on Mission and drexel they re quick and always do an amazing job never had an issue with them*****

They take care of all your Automotive business that you need. And if you want new tires, oil change etc... and instead of waiting you can shop for whatever you need also....not a nice lunch at the deli. It's a great place go shop

Always get my oil changed here. Its cheaper than most and sometimes you have to wait awhile but you can not make an appointment but the guys here are real nice.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. Take your vehicle elsewhere. Waited well over 3 hours to get 2 tires. Got here before 3pm and it's approximately 620pm and the vehicle is still not done. And it is no cheaper than other tire shops. Don't waste your time here!!!
