They did a great job at a reasonable price. The car wouldn t start because packrats had chewed the wiring. Now it works great.

Von s Carstar recently repaired my vehicle after the right front end and side panel were seriously damaged in an accident. I found the receptionist to be courteous, informative and responsive to my concerns. The repair was completed thoroughly and completely in good time and the paint is a perfect match. Timing was expedited at my request due to upcoming surgery. Recommend this company highly for courtesy, efficiency and expertise.

I was disappointed that one spot wasn t completely painted on my SUV. The guy that looked at my SUV said it just needed to be polished off and that it was painted. He went and got a rag and kept wiping on it and it didn t change. It was a spot that didn t get painted. Then on the drivers side in the front was a mark like a rod or something bumped it and marked it up. Told him it wasn t there when I brought it in. He said a rock must of hit it. He said that he would look at the pictures. He came back out and said it looks like there could in be something there. When I got home the whole back of the SUV was all full of metal shaving's. It took me about 15 minutes to get this mess all cleaned up. I have no idea what they used the back of my SUV for to have it all full of metal shavings.

I was very pleased with the work Von's Carstar did on my 2021 Mazda this week. Their team's expertise and attention to detail were evident in every aspect of the repair. The quality of the finish and the precision with which they restored my car to its original condition is truly commendable. Not only does my Mazda look as good as new, but the care and professionalism they showed throughout the process made my experience with their shop outstanding. If you want a hassle free experience this is the place. Whether your vehicle needs regular care, a complete make over or you were recently in a collision, it doesn t matter, they know it all. Exceptional people and exceptional care from start to finish! They treat you like part of their family, even after the repair is done. When it comes to your vehicles maintenance and repairs, you ll never want to take them anywhere else again.

It's unfortunate I have to post this. After a car wreck I came here. After the repairs I went back several times mind you I live on the Eastside so the inconvenience was quite High. I came back because clips would keep comming undone over the tires after I got it back. I than paid 100 dollars for a strange noise only to be told by Toyota it was belt that was fixed under my warranty so that was a hundred dollars I wasted for no reason. After about two years the front hood where the damage was from the car wreck started to Warp.I would not recommend this place to anyone if you want good work done. I regret ever taking my vehicle here. I should have went to Toyota.

For the work that was done, it was good. Unfortunately they missed some results of the accident and did not address them( muffler pushed to the side, touching body. Crack in paint among others). Asides from that, there was 600 miles put on odometer in the month that the car was in their care for a job that was allocated 10 days from the insurance. The work that they did do was very nice.

I truly felt that they would take care of my car repairs 100%. They took the time to explain what was needed, how they would make the repairs, and the timeframe. My car looks great. Very professional and excellent customer service! Thank you!

Over the past 15 years I have had my car in this shop 5 times. I was 100% satisfied then and still have the same car to this day. To this day you can not tell anything had ever happened. Lightning struck my car that destroyed alot of the electrical system and controls. A mountain lion slaughtered a coyote on the hood which resulted in the hood, left front fender, windshield and roof being severely damaged. My car was stolen, the POS drove my car around for 2 weeks before he was caught, causing damage all over the whole car inside and out. Patrick, Maria, John and the amazing team at Vons Car Star took it all away like it never happened. Not seeing any evidence of the trespass and violation that I suffered has greatly helped me emotionally, also the care and empathy that John and Maria shown me.

Had bumper replacement & repair paint color matches but metallic flake is smaller and there s less of it. This strange since Von s had painted it for an earlier repair & it matched perfectly.I also asked for an estimate for a paintless dent repair for 2 weeks & the PDR person never showed.I d say this repair is just a little below average.

Vons did an awesome job repairing my Toyota after a rear end collision. They were professional and courteous, and explained everything in an ongoing fashion. Picked up car Wednesday morning after being promised for that Monday. No big deal ,like having an extra day off from work .The guy said "theres a little dust in the car". Didn't give it much thought till drive home and the first errand.... and then realized fine dust was everywhere! Had the door repaired so maybe for the 12 days it was in the shop they either left the door open or took it off while working on other vehicles ...anyways just spent 2 plus hours getting this supper fine dust off the complete interior . Took my car in for relatively minor body work covered by my insurance. Their communication was stellar as was the repair itself! My windshield was cracked in multiple places and the roof of my car dented. They were done 2 days early. And the work is flawless. Amazing work!! I will recommend to everyone!!
