I have been coming here for two years for oil changes on my VW Jetta- I am totally impressed with the service and hospitality. I make a 50 min drive to get my service done here because I cannot trust other service depots and it is wayyy cheaper!It s pricey for any other maintenance, but it s a great option.

I was completely satisfied with the maintenance and repairs performed by the staff. The prices are reasonable and the work was completed in a timely and efficient manner. I was most impressed with our service writer Manny Diaz. The service took several hours but we wanted to wait. After the initial work was done the mechanic discovered an issue with the suspension and it needed to be fixed. I am a senior who uses a walker and was tired so Manny arranged a rental for me and brought it to me. I was able to go home and rest for a few hours and return when the car was ready. Dealerships don t do that! Because of Manny and the service team Larry Miller will always be my go to for a new car and service. All the process was amazing, everyone is very professional.I don't give 5 stars due to as soon as I arrived with the assistant service manager to pick my car up, he immediately set the credit card machine to process the payment.I would have liked him to gave me a brief explanation of the jobs done in my car and the results on them. I had to start asking questions to have information instead of coming from the manager in the first place.Other than that, he was always very respectful, professional and willing to help in all my inquiries.

Manny and the team always take care of my vehicle needs in such a professional manner. They take my time into consideration and keep my vehicle running in tip top shape! Manny is always easy to work with and it always feels like more of a friend talking to me about my vehicle, rather than someone who just wants to pull money from you for repairs. I had a great experience. Andrew, the person who helped me, was friendly, knowledgeable, and swift with getting my car serviced. Andrew also shared detailed information when I asked about my service and some options, which was great. Jason was very professional and apologetic I waited for a while to be attended. While I was waiting, I observed and seemed to be that he was the only person attending clients with incoming and delivering clients vehicles, regardless he was doing his best to coordinate things.He listened to me and took time to explained me the proses of what they were going to do with my car.Services: Auto maintenance, Oil change

Both have been available, commutative and attentive throughout the buying process and my service needs. We made an appointment to repair a window that would not go up. We stopped in first to see if they could fit us in since the car is not drivable without ac at this time of year. We were told it would be three days until they could fit us in so we made an appointment. We dropped the car off at the appointment time and did not hear back at all that day. After multiple calls - we were told that they didn t have a chance to look at the car at all on our appointment day. They finally diagnosed it the following day and a part had to be ordered. That took an additional two days and the repair was complete over one week after the appointment day. After receiving the car - we realized that an error was made and now the car won t unlock from the inside of the drivers side. Soooooo now we need to take it back in. I had a great experience buying my car here 2 years ago and have brought it back here for all maintenance and oil changes. Andrew, Tommy, Gihan (sorry if I didn t spell that right), as well as all of the service staff are always friendly and helpful. They even uber you home and back when your car is in the shop! I was scheduled for a routine oil change at 1:15, but showed up early just before 1. Manny made sure I was seen upon arrival. He was quick and diligent and so so helpful. I brought my car in for a routine oil change. I was told that the oil had spilled out during the oil change at that the oil change would take longer than usual. I later left the dealership and drove home and the oil light came on. I called and they said it was probably just the sensor needed to be reset. I brought the car back and they said yes the oil is fine and the sensor was reset. I left. Then on my way home the oil light came on again. I turned around to go back to the dealership and my car started smoking, rattling, and tons of fluid came out of the bottom. It turns out that after the initial oil came out of the engine. The tech only topped off the oil instead of redoing it so my oil was very low and my car broke down this was a terrible experience.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto maintenance

I bought a new 2021 Jeep Gladiator last Oct 2021 from Larry Miller Jeep on Pantano and 22nd St in Tucson Az. It was a great experience, I even opted for the platinum Total Protect warranty, includes free scheduled maintenance. I received an alert from my vehicle last week that I was due for my first oil change. I called the dealer and they did not have any available service appointments until following week. I needed service because I am going on a road trip for Spring Break. The dealer referred me to another Larry Miller at the Tucson Automall. My appointment was 8:45am this morning. When I arrived, I was greeted with a rude, where did you purchase your vehicle? It was actually a weird comment considering I had made an appointment referred from the sister dealer. I said Larry Miller. The advisor immediately responded that they couldn t do any service on my car unless I had a Total Protect warranty. Also another random response. He didn t even check my Vin, just refused service upfront. At this point I was getting irritated and said, I don t appreciate the attitude or service, I am a customer. I have an appointment for an oil change, referred from Larry Miller Jeep. I m going on a trip and need the service, you had available appointments. The advisor then stormed out to my vehicle stating he needed to scan in my Vin to confirm I had the waranty. He came back and said. I don t see any warranty. Now I am heating up. I said can you call over to the Pantano location wher I bought the $65,000 vehicle and the $3,700 platinum waranty? He said I don t know what to tell you I can t service the vehicle unless you have Total Protect waranty. I asked for my keys and said I would call corporate. Then miraculously, the advisor said wait, I must have keyed it in wrong. Here it is, you have the waranty. I said can you just service my vehicle and under his breath he says, Jeez I said, Really, still an attitude. I walked to the waiting room boiling and called the dealer and sales manager. It gets better, the advisor asks if I want a car wash. I said sure. After 2 hours, a different advisor says my car is done and hands me the keys. I had no idea where the car was, when I finally found it, It was not washed. I went back in and found the original advisor and said I thought you were going to wash the Jeep. He said we did and walked out as I showed him the bug stained windshield and grill and obvious dirt on the body of the car. He says, and I quote. It s a courtesy wash, not a full detail. I got in my Jeep and drove off. The advisors name is Manny Diaz and the service is Larry Miller Volkswagen at Tucson Automall. I do not recommend. There is a definite need for product and customer service training at this location. ThanksService: Oil change

VW took great care of our vehicle. My only complaint is that they told me it was ready when in actuality the check engine light was still on. Have been going here for a long time. Staff and location is nice. Can t seem to get them to rotate tires but that s ok, it s free at discount tire. Had a rattle and my rattle warranty was expiring in 1k miles. They said they were too busy to look at it. No loaner cars available and couldn t do it on a Saturday. Called Chapman VW, they will take car of it on a Saturday and Uber me home. Would think Larry h Miller would have tried a little harder since I bought it there last year.Service: Oil change

I had an issue with sales not following through on a problem, Mario in service went above and beyond to rectify situation. I felt pricing was really reasonable considering how much everything has gone up. It s convenient to bring my car for an oil change to this location however it always takes 11/2-2 hours. The first time they called me an Uber and I was pleased I didn t have to sit that long this time I was told they don t offer that service for just an oil change.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Came in for an oil change at 9:22am and didn't leave till about 12:15pm if I knew it was going to take that long I would have made other arrangements and came back to pick my car up. They ordered and replaced my tire within 24 hours, however, they forgot to reset the sensors and two days later they all went off telling me my tire pressure was low on all four tires on the highway, in the middle of nowhere, an hour from the closest dealer.Service: Auto tire replacementService: Auto tire replacement
