This shop was recommended by another shop that stated if you want quality work you'll want to see this group.I took my Porsche Panamera, and Jag F-Type to do some front end and trim work, both vehicles came out immaculate better than I expected. Wayne and Taylor are honest individuals. Taylor is an expert at his craft and is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to body work and paint. They take their time and do it right at truly a fair price for The quality you receive. I will be back. I highly recommend. A shop with integrity and at a fair price novel idea novel idea, this is the place.

I was in a rear end collision at the start of 2022. I was recommended Vanderpool by my trusted VW auto mechanic. They were very nice and easy to work with. My Golf was in the shop much longer than I expected but that wasn t entirely Vanderpool s fault. My insurance took awhile to negotiate payment, parts were in short supply, and they had a couple cars ahead of mine. When I picked it up they apologized for it taking so long, which was fine. The workmanship was very good and my car looked as good as it did before. The owner admitted to me that we aren t the fastest, but we do a good job and I have to agree.

We were rear ended in our VW ID.4 a few months ago. With the ID.4 being an EV, I was very hesitant bringing it to a car repair shop. A trusted friend who is an Audi EV mechanic recommended Vanderpool s, and I decided to give it a try.It only took them 2 weeks to order all necessary parts and repair the car.All communication with the insurance was handled by the great and friendly staff.The car was repaired and it looks like nothing ever happened. The electrical system is working perfectly, and all our settings were retained.They even detailed it.I couldn t be more happy with the provided service and repair.Don t waste time by looking any further if you re in need of a quality repair, done professionally from A toZ.Thank you Vanderpool s for restoring my faith in a job done professionally with excellent costumer service.Frank

The only place I d trust my 1955 Chevy Pickup, 2010 GT Mustang & any other vehicle I own in the future recommended several times to family & friends. They warranty their work so don t worry when your insurance company says they won t guarantee the work.

This was the first time I ve ever had to claim any accident on my insurance for my car *knock on wood* Everything was stressful, except working with Vanderpool s.From the moment I walked in they were professional, courteous and kind. They let me know where they were with my car every step of the way. The visual damage my car had wasn t as bad as it could have been from someone backing into me, but the artists at Vanderpool s made sure my car looked brand new. I say artists because those guys recreated a masterpiece with my car. The attention to detail is unmatched.I ve never had to take my car to a body shop before so I m not sure if it s normal, but they washed and vacuumed my car as well! When I picked up my vehicle it was like I was driving away in a new car. I will recommend this shop a thousand times over.Thank you Vanderpool s!

Vanderpools is hands down the best place to get body work done in Tucson. I got into a fender bender and needed my hood, bumper, and fender fixed, in addition to my door. The repair was done timely and beautifully. I have some photos showing even my stripes were repaired. They were so kind and they make sure to give you straight forward pricing and an honest quote. Highly recommend them! The photos also show the quality.

I went from this to the very last picture. It was a very stressful thing for me because I had never been in an accident. Vanderpools made it absolutely ten times easier for me to get through this and made the process quick and painless. I was more at ease and had no worries once my car was in their hands. I didn't have to worry about them doing my car too fast and doing it wrong. They made sure it was done right as fast as possible but was persistent on doing multiple runs to make sure it ran smoothly. I recommend Vanderpools to ANYONE!

Vanderpool's was recommended by my lawyer after getting sideswiped. Very nice people and they did an amazing job. My car looks brand new! I didn't have rental coverage and they were able to get the parts they needed to get my car back to me sooner than expected. Very thankful!

On a recmondation from a friend, Vanderpool did excellent bodywork on my escape that the insurance co claimed totaled. Today, I had my grand cherokee returned to original from converting it to be towed behind a motorhome. Another excellent job pulling the front and removing all the tow bar, electrical, brake hardware, and reinstalling the stock tow hooks.

Had to have our new 4 Runner repaired, and this place squeezed us in, repaired the damage, fixed a couple of small dents, and buffed out some small scratches from a tree branch. The car looks better than new. The people, Taylor, and his employees are the best. Don't go anywhere else in Tucson. They can't be beat!

I couldn t believe how great the customer service was here! Our newer 4Runner had gotten in an accident, we got the car back within a week! When we picked it up, there was a precollision light on. So we hastily brought it back. The vehicle had to go to the dealership to get recalibrated, so they brought it there for us, offered to pay for a rental and gas money, and the next day drove it all the way to our house in Vail, with a full tank of gas. My experience was practically seamless and without issue! Taylor and Wayne (Father and Son) are a great team and clearly have been doing this for a long time. Their communication was excellent, their customer service was 10/10, and their passion for the industry clearly showed with the amount of detail and time they take to make sure the job is done correctly.Their quote was fair and Taylor helped explain each line item, and worked for me to make sure my insurance covered most OEM parts.Unfortunately for me and fortunately for Vanderpool's, my car was in their shop twice in 2 months as a result of Tucson's wonderful drivers.The only thing I would say was slightly an inconvenience, which may have been a result of logistics or backorders, was my 1st repair job (the largest of the two) took almost a month to return, and for someone who didn't have rental coverage, that sucked! again, most likely a logistics issue, not them. Even taking longer than expected, they were always upfront and clear about expectations.Lastly, I arrived back at my car which was shining and looked/smelled like wax and a leather cleaner on the interior! A fresh wash was complimentary and this for what happened to me (hit and run), was a wonderful experience. I would 10/10 recommend this local shop for any repair.I have an Infiniti Q50 3.5, and I didn't want to find the cheapest quote in town, as a result, my car finish is flawless and clean!Cheers, hope this helps anybody trying to decide on a shop.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Vanderpool's was recommended to me by a friend and I thought twice about choosing them because I live a few hours away but I am so happy I did! My vehicle came out beautiful and actually looks nicer than when I first got it (1 year). Wayne and Taylor are awesome and know what quality work is along with customer service. I highly recommend vanderpool's for all of you auto body needs.

Outstanding service using quality OEM parts. Remember that you have the right in Arizona to choose your autobody shop, so choose Vanderpool's!

This place is simply the best!I have taken my vehicle here for years and they are always wonderful!Never had a problem or complaint, and they will give you a free estimate on work without any hassle.Simply the best family run collision center in the city. If you have never worked with them, I would recommend that you do. I have put A LOT of money into the body work on my race vehicle and I always use Vanderpool's.Thanks guys! Bringing the STi in again soon!

This is the best body shop by far in Tucson. I have had three different vehicles worked on by this shop and have been more than satisfied each time. I highly recommend them. They are also fair and fast (not matter what their sign says in the office!). Wayne, his son and daughter run a top notch establishment with integrity and honesty.

I have had both body repair and paint refinishing done by Vanderpool's Collision Specials. They are efficient, reasonable and do superb work.In addition, Wayne is very personable and a pleasure to deal with.
