They always have your best interest in mind, they are very knowledgeable, they don t price gauge like discount tire and they are just simply honest people and Jay the GM is great! They are fast and the customer service there is unmatched!! Best tire shop in Tucson! I won t go anywhere else! Thanks Utire!

Great Small Business! Needed good used tires at a good price! Got great used tires at a great price!Jay runs a very busy non franchise tire shop! I got 90% Bridgestones for the price of used unknowns.Everybody was friendly, courteous, & professional! I would recommend Utire on Kolb to anyone needing rubber!I picked out the tires I wanted, and less than 30 minutes later, I was driving off with tires installed & balanced! Impressive!03.06.2024My wife needed new rubber on her 2016 Mazda Cx-5. Tires were a weird size!Jay had a set at a wonderful price.We showed up at 1230. We were still walking in when the car was put on the rack. Total time couldn't have been 20 minutes, and we were paid out and driving away!New tires. mounted, balanced, with taxes for $452.00, and about 20 minutes spent getting it done!This guy makes the franchised tire places look like pure amateurs!This is the second time I have experienced excellent prices, excellent customer service, and obviously excellent management from Jay at UTire!I won't go anywhere else for my tires!Gysgt Rick Roy USMC RET.

Utire is an absolutely kind, patient, and professional business. The transaction is errortless and very quick. I have a brand new set of tires and was in and out in 30mns. Amazing group of tire experts. Plus, the front man didn't make me feel dumb but helped me to find the solution to the questions. I will always support this business and send my friends and family to them!

Jay is the man! They didn't have the tires in stock they told me over the phone so they put some higher quality tires on at the same quoted price. These guys are the real deal

Went here to get some tires for my 99 Camry. The had the size I need and installed them in just over 45 minutes. The price was very good and their location was very convenient for me. If you are looking for budget tires, this is the place to go to.

Jay and Devan took care of my needs for some new tires. I really don t like shopping for tires but they made it really easy, got me what I needed and got them done in a timely fashion. I ll definitely recommend friends and family come here first before anywhere else. They re the cheapest prices I could find. Highly recommend!

No reason to go a corporate clip joint tire shop for your tires and related services. At U-Tire the owner and technicians are the best ever, prices are lower than Discount and you will not be treated like a cow being prepared for slaughter. Best independent medium sized shop I have ever seen and I have seen them all. This is NOT one of those cheesy south of the border style, pop on a bologna skin and drive away shop. This is an A+ Tire shop that does have some high quality used tires IF you want to save some cash. Prices for mounting and balancing are the best available anywhere. Be nice these guys and women they work really hard and it is hot outside! ;-) MarkMannM2 picture altered for effect.

Been coming here for many vehicles for tires and repairs ,Very disappointed to show up 15 min before closing to to get a repair only to be turned away, sad won't be back!

I didn't know this place was in business for 10 years and now I know why, the customer service was friendly and the wait time was nothing at all prices for 2 tires were unbeatable. Thanks UTire I'll be back for 2 more.

I have been coming here for YEARS , these guys are the best . First couple times I had to to get new tires I made the mistake of going somewhere else to be quoted a ridiculous amount all for me to end up coming here and being taken care of. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME and just come here . You will be in and out with a smile on your face ! Such nice staff !

My husband and I have been going here for years now. Then and now, Jay and his staff are incredible. So friendly, helpful, honest, and the best prices around. They always help us in a pinch (we're notorious for running over rocks we shouldn't on our dirt road, whoops). They supply tires for every trailer and vehicle we have. Never had issues with them, even hauling heavy horse loads across the states. Cannot reccomend them enough! We'll never go elsewhere.

AWESOME!! That's how to describe this locally owned tire business. I needed a tire quick as the Manager, Jay, came through.So I called this morning and I didn't notice that I called before they were open. I called all the big shops and not one of them had my size tire in stock. Weird size tire for an Audi Q7. I didn't need a new one as I have a all wheel drive so I needed one that matched the other 3 in tread. 9:05a.m. I get a call from a number that I didn't recognize, I answered and it was Jay from U -Tire calling me back because he saw that I called this morning and he wanted to call me back to see how he could help me. Wait, what... he called me back with no messages left just a missed call, unheard of now days. You talk about customer service.They had a used tire with 90% tread that matched my car. $60.00 out the door. Are you kidding me, everyone else priced me at $240-$300 for a 275/45/R20 tire. Went there and the new tire sticker was still on it. In and out in 30 minutes. Unbelievable awesome business. I will reccomend this business to everyone I know and I'm letting you know this place is so personal and customer oriented. They have just won my business forever!! Thank you Jay and your staff for the unbelievable professionalism you showed this customer!!!

I rented a UHAUL and came back to a flat rear tire on my personal vehicle. I never had a flat before and was parked on a little hill and had absolutely no idea what to do. Luckily UTire came out to help me miles away (even though they were closing in minutes) and fixed up my flat in like 10 minutes. I was so impressed with the service and care! HIGHLY recommend Utire to anyone needing a flat repair. They are amazing, quick and so professional!

Absolutely incredible customer service and quality of work. I came in last minute to fix a nail in my tire after visiting another tire shop. The other shop said it s impossible to fix it and said that I needed to replace the tire. I left, went here to uTire on a whim based off my google search, and I was helped immediately without question or hesitation.These folks don t play any games or try to up sell you. They are very knowledgeable and efficient in their work. Also extremely military friendly.Thank you so much to the crew and individual who helped me at the desk. (I didn t catch his name).
