Altering your vehicle is always nerve-wrecking, mainly because some companies just don't care, they just wanna sell you wheels and tires not providing any information on how altering your vehicle can change it so I decided to come to Jose because he's always taken care of me. He takes the time to explain every detail to you and makes suggestions so you don't end up getting screwed by anyone. Thanks Jose !! My truck looks and feels amazing.

Was passing through and they took me as a walk in to install some running boards that I previously purchased online. Excellent customer service from both a man and woman. Hard to beat price too. Jose is awesome.

They need to get more organized. I made appointment for alignment. I go the day for my alignment. They tell me their alignment machine was down. Not one time did they hesitate to call me To notify me and they did not reschedule appointment. They pretty much told me to get lost.

Installed a set of Airlift Air bags and on.board air pump on my Chevy 3500HD. these guys did a great job at a very reasonable price. And unlike most other places I ve had work performed, these folks were adamant that I bring it back in 250 miles or so, so they could make sure nothing loosened up. Good people, good price, good work. Can t ask for more.

He/they is/are good at what he/they does/do, lift, drop trucks/cars. Good service good prices. Suspension conversation, upgrades, etc, etc ,etc.

Nice people, I just don't think they have much experience with heavy duty trucks. It took 8 hours to figure out that my truck (gmc sierra 2500 crew cab with a regular 6.6' box and a 6" lift on 35" tires) didn't fit on their alignment machine. I called to them a few times during the 8 hours my truck was there and was told that they were almost finished or making a few more adjustments. I was never told my truck didn't even fit on their machine until I showed up to pick it up at the end of the day. Also, it took 5 days to get me on the calendar for the work. They did refer me to an awesome diesel mechanic for other work though so I can't say that all was bad. I was thinking of buying my next set of tires and rims from them, but I'm not confident that it will be properly installed if my truck is too big for their shop equipment.

Great shop, nice honest hardworking guys - did an amazing job lifting my tundra. Big lift, new wheels and tires - looks great, drives straight. I just got back from having them retorque and realign it after 500 miles, awesome service, highly recommend!

Needed air desperately in my tire and they were super quick, extremely helpful, offered to air all of my tires up, and didn't try to use me as a sales opportunity which I get is better for business but that's not what I was there for (even though I obviously need new tires soon). This pleasant experience has caused me to refer several people there and I will be going there when I am ready for some tires ;)

Jose is the man. He has taken care of everything from a VW to a couple different BMW's everything under the sun. Great customer service, and the best prices in town! Highly recommend UAB to anyone that wants quality for a great price!!!

Lifts, tyres, sound systems.... Everything except painting. Custom made speaker boxes are the best I've seen anywhere !!! The owner is very professional and passionate about his work. I consider him an Expert when it comes to anything automotive.

I had some work done by these people in February and they did a great job and I was very happy with what I got for my truck I stopped by because I had a problem with a tire and they stepped up again fixed my tire wouldn t take a penny shook my hand and said have a good dayI I highly recommend ultimate auto.

If I could give no stars I would Im taking these rip offs to court I paid for a 8inch lift and they put a 6inch lift and tried to hide it with some spring lifts and I went to Desert Ratt and they gave me a list of things thet ripped me off on Ill be suing these guys Immediately. Dont waste your time if your not hispanic they will rip you off. I have to get a new lower control arm and some other parts now. Dont go to these guys at all.

I always get quotes at multiple shops before taking my truck in for any modifications and have yet to find a shop that does it faster or cheaper than here
