These guys were awesome from beginning to end. They were pleasant over the phone. The free drinks are a nice touch. Their EV guy was easy to talk to. So were both Priscilla and Christina. Their maintenance report was much better than what I'd typically get at a Toyota dealership. I would take my EV there all the time if I lived closer. Highly recommended!

Fair prices, great service, and comfortable area to wait with fresh espresso and donuts. Priscilla, Christina, and even the Tech Andrew, all went out of their way to ensure my complete satisfaction and addressed all of my questions and concerns.

After a bad experience with the Tesla service center I turned to Tucson Hybrids. They worked hard to remedy the issues I was having with my Model 3. I will definitely return for any future work my car needs.

I was having hybrid issues on my prius. They diagnosed it as a battery issue, being on a budget, I could not afford a new battery, they had three or four cheaper alternatives. They got my vehicle in and fixed it right away, it ended up being more money than we had discussed and they never charged me an extra penny, they went above and beyond. Great company highly recommend.

This place is a breath of fresh air! It s clean, the owner Priscilla was on site. She showed photos of what needed to be addressed and ranked them. The experience was a perfect blend of high tech and high touch so everything was seamless. I have. 9 year old car and it drives better than before. They followed up the day after and I can t say enough good things.

The communication with the staff there is First Class. They give you plenty of options and opportunities to discuss what needs to be addressed with your car. Plus they follow up afterwards.I live in Phx but took 2 of my hybrids there for service.

This is the first time to get service with Tucson Hybrids. Their service is fast, convenient, and reliable. It doesn't take much time to conduct a comprehensive diagnosis, order the part, and install it. It was in a reasonable time manner. They managed to ensure quality and service while updating me with unplanned or sudden raises issues.I do recommend Tucson Hybrid for everyone who has a hybrid automobile not only for quality and service but also for flexible warranty and friendly welcome. So far my car runs perfectly and no issues or concerns to be documented.Thank you Tucson Hybrids

Customer service is exceptional. We have a fleet of Prius' for our security company in Tucson. One of our vehicles had a mechanical and electrical issue that was looked at by a mobile mechanic and "fixed". The vehicle began having the same issues within a couple days and we brought it to Tucson Hybrids. Within 24 hours they had a complete diagnostic breakdown for the vehicle which included pricing. After discussing what the main issue was, they had the vehicle repaired and road ready within another 24 hours.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Took my car to the Toyota dealership initially. They told me I needed a new hybrid battery and it would cost 4000. They also said any type of refurbishment or repair would be a nightmare. I took it to Tucson hybrid for a second opinion, they tested it twice, hooked it up to their machines and sent me pictures of the computers results. There was nothing wrong with the battery! Our Prius 2010 hybrid died 10 miles from the repair shop. Hybrid of Tucson completed our repair within the same day before a major holiday weekend. Got us back on the road to Texas. Brought my car here to get a disabling code cleared. I specifically instructed them to do that and said why it happened. They disagreed a did a full inspection. Whatever... Problem is they came back with huge bill for unneeded repairs; some even just routine maintenance. I'm not saying they do bad work, but they'll happily mislead you.I had to ask if it was drive-able, they had no interest in following my instruction.Service: Vehicle Inspection

After reading reviews, I decided to give this place a chance to avoid going to a dealership. With assumption that my car had packrat damage, I was given an estimate without anyone looking at the car. After couple of days I was told that there was no rat damage . The owner then decided to do a thorough inspection that included lots of pictures, without asking me if I wanted this service ,on a vehicle with only 26000 miles on it and in pristine condition. This was done in order for them to meet the estimated price of $600 with suggestion to add brake flush fluid and software update for an additional $330. The shop owner then accepted to include this service in the estimated price after heated conversation with me. I feel this whole service was done in a very unprofessional manner and without consulting me.Service: Electrical repair

I took my Hyundai to the dealership because it smelled like something burning. They ran some tests and told me all was well. When it still put off that smell, I called to get a more thorough inspection. They said I could come by in July (this was April). I took a chance on Tucson Hybrid and they took me in the same day, diagnosed the trouble within and hour or two (some kind of tube was "just hanging" and the engine coolant was running out, and they fixed it and had it back to me the next day. Had them replace a combination meter on a Gen 2 Prius. First, after installing the new part they couldn't get the fuel gauge to read. After staying until 9:00 at night, they finally got that working, but going home I found that the cruise control now wasn't working (it worked fine before I took it in). Brought it back in and they still couldn't fix it. The final straw was having the mechanic end up being a no-show for my last appointment. After repeated complaints, they finally took $100 off my bill. Took it to a Toyota dealership to see if they could fix the mistake, but they said that this shop had ruined the cruise control beyond repair.Service: General repairs & maintenance

From start to finish, I absolutely loved working with Tucson Hybrids. High quality work at competitive prices. They were able to refurbish my hybrid battery that went out at about 121,000 miles and I'm back up and running smoothly-for a FRACTION of a price at a dealership. When I went to my local Ford dealership for the third time with the service light on, I was charged $150.00 for analysis, and I was told that my 2006 Ford Escape Hybrid required a new hybrid battery at a cost of $10,000 and $1,000 labor for installation. I went to Tucson Hybrids for a second opinion. I was told that the problem that the regular battery needed replacement, not the hybrid battery. The cost was approximately $350.00. To date, the car is working fine. The staff at Tucson Hybrids were timely, professional and honest.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Let me tell you, my car was a mess when I first took it to Tucson Hybrids, LLC.The police had just recovered it after it was stolen, and there had been a fire under the hood!The first shop I took it too was afraid the fire might have affected the Hybrid System, and did not feel qualified to repair it.These wonderful people at Tucson Hybrids jumped right in, and started to work getting my car back to as near new condition as possible. They communicated very well with me throughout the entire process, and I really liked getting their messages both through text and email. This way, I was sure never to miss an update.They also replaced my brakes with a lifetime package, which I will definitely be taking advantage of in the future!I highly recommend using Tucson Hybrids for whatever your hybrid vehicle may need done.Services: Electrical repair, Electrical, Brakes

I met with David about my Prius and was completely happy and 100% satisfied with knowledge and customer service. I felt safe leaving my car with him to fix and return. Not only was it fixed but returned on time. (Actually it was early) I will use Tucson Hybrids any time I need something for my car. The battery repair versus buying a new one is no comparison. Not only will I be using Tucson Hybrids again but I will refer anybody I know. GREAT WORK and thank you so much! YOU ROCK!!

From initial intake to completion of hybrid battery replacement for our Toyota Highlander Hybrid, the team at Tucson hybrids did an excellent job. They had clear communication, were prompt, courteous and flexible. If we ever have hybrid related issues, we would be hard pressed to go anywhere else.
