We chose Tucson auto collision center after getting four estimates from different companies. Their prices were the most reasonable, and they did an outstanding job on our car. It looks like new! The whole process was so pleasant. They communicated by text regularly so I knew what was going on and when the car would be ready and whether there would be any additional charges (only one, for $99). They also gave me a discount for paying by cashier's check. I can't recommend this company enough. Excellent service, excellent repair job, and excellent price.

Great work Mando and Team!I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of work and service of the Staff.Hopefully I will not need body repair anytime again soon, but if I do I know where to go now. Professional, and well organized, kept us informed throughout the whole process. Way better than some of the bigger shops in town!Great work!

Greatest experience here.I called ahead of time and the phone was promptly answered by a friendly person. They had opening for today and I was able to get in very quickly.The people here were so friendly and knowledgeable it blew me away. I was given an estimate for each of the options that were given. The priority for me and the staff was safety and they were able to help me with every issue that came up.Highly highly recommend you to come here for car issues and conveniently just a few minutes right off the highway.They also had an indoor and outdoor seating right under a breezy tree. They really care about people I was even able to see this in the interactions with other costumers.

This crew is 1st class. Really took care of my wife when she went in there alone and followed up at every step. Fair, honest, and fast. My quiet, shy wife was very happy and felt like she was treated like "an old friend." Car looks showroom new. The whole insurance process was handled professionally and easily. Apparently, there are new owners, and it shows they care about what they are doing!! I am very pleased and will return.

Someone vandalized my car. While other auto body shops in town had a wait list over a month long just for a quote, Tucson Auto Collision Center got me in same day.They did fantastic work and were highly communicative throughout the entire repair process. They got my car back to me quickly despite the holiday season, and even left it cleaner than they found it.Very friendly staff and very professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

They fixed my corvette and did a fantastic job. Highly recommended for anyone needing insurance work. Even with the difficulty of finding parts and the delicate fiberglass work. Plus the color match they did was fantastic. My vette honestly looks better than when I bought it. So the accident was a blessing in disguise. A couple of weeks ago I found out I had pack rat damage to my vehicle. Being with State Farm, they said I could go to Tucson Auto Collision for my repairs. I got there right as they were closing on a Friday. Mando took care of my by checking my vehicle to see the extent of the damage. I had just enough time to get a rental and was about to order an Uber, when Mando himself offered to give me a ride to the rental car place! Through every part of this experience Mando and his team updated me. After two weeks, new hoses and a new fuel tank my Honda Ridgeline is back to being perfect. I would highly suggest you take your repairs to Tucson Auto Collision for any repair for your vehicle.

They recently took care of my Corvette Z06. I was in a fender bender and they worked seamlessly with my insurance adjuster to make my car as good as new. The repair on the 2018 Audi A6 was beyond our expectations, as the dent in the left rear quarter panel and deep scratch in the left front fender was fixed, and looks like it was done at the factory. Joe and his team were hired to bring my poor beat up to heck subaru forester back to life and it involved major body work and a pretty special paint color with special requests for finishing. I must say they really delivered on my car. It ended up being a lot of work and a big project and they held true to the quote, gave me back a beautiful car, and even took care of some minor flaws that were noticed after without any complaining. This is exceptional service and very rare in Tucson. I feel my paint job is fantastic for the price. These guys are stand up and I appreciate them dealing with me and my needs for this car. I wanted the STI trunk lid and wing replaced on my 2016. So brought them another lid. They repaired, color matched it, and swapped all the hinges, camera, latch, etc. Looks factory if not better. Highly recommend them.

I highly recommend this shop! The people that work here are all professional, skilled and personable. They had an issue with the new door they replaced car post-crash, and they did not give up until they solved the problem! I can't tell the damage ever happened. They blended the paint perfectly! Good communication on the progress of the repairs as well. Go see them!

In November of 2022, my Toyota Sienna hit by another car from back and caused bumper dent and paint crack. I repaired it in this auto shop. The staffs were very nice and the repairing got done. But there has been very strong solvent smell inside the van. We thought it would evaporated in a few weeks. But now over two months passed the smell is still there and it is disgusting. I do not know how the smell got into the van with repairing a back bumper only and what happened during the repairing. It is a headache for us now as we usually use this van as a camper and sleep inside. We do not know if the smell can finally disappear and how long it would take.Service: Auto body & trim repair

Cassie, Jose and Angel were amazing in their customer service. I'm sure there were others I can't name that were a part of the process. Of course there were delays in supply chain issues etc.. but they were communicative of that. And I expected that. In a world that wants to complain more than compliment please take these names and people seriously. They all did amazing customer service. Please reward them properly for holding your business together in also a world where people don't want to work and do a great job and take pride in their work. Don't reward them with pizza or donuts give them raises. They deserve it!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim, Interior scenting

In early December 2022 I brought in my 1986 foreign car for bodywork repair. My insurance company had an adjuster provide an estimate and my goal was to have Tucson Collision do the work. The company did evaluate the damage and give a written estimate (which coincided with that of the adjuster). Since parts would have to be sourced, I was told to check back in a month.The first week of January I called TAC only to be told that the estimator no longer worked there. They did have the documentation but told me to bring in the car for a new estimate--nothing about honoring what they had already provided. And despite their original estimate including links for the parts, they decided to find them elsewhere. And they DID find the parts and I DID approve them.Naturally, the second estimate was higher than the first. We had discussed the possibility of additional work and a portion of that was included in the new estimate. I explained that while I was indeed interested in the additional repairs, I needed an estimate for just the work that the insurance adjuster authorized.I called twice to follow up. No response. Look, if the company doesn't want the job (for whatever reason) then they should have the decency to tell me. Why leave me hanging? My fault: I should have realized their slimey tactics when then refused to honor the first estimate they provided.All in all, a rather disappointing experience.

In 2017, I was in an accident and State Farm recommended I take my Mustang to TAC for evaluation and possible repairs. The evaluation for repairs far exceeded the car value. The offer they gave me was very fair. They made such an impression on me in 2017, that I will soon be bringing in my now Ford Focus. There is a lot of damage, and I am certain they will make things right....UPDATE! I took my car in a couple days after writing the original review. They worked with my insurance company without any problems whatsoever. It took 7-8 weeks to complete the extensive work done. A total of almost $5000 including two front headlights, new front bumper, new radiator support, new front hood, new grilles, new left front fender, left front door, a brand new battery as well as an amazing paint job. TAC kept in touch with me every other day answering all my questions and concerns (Kathy made the experience well worth the wait). I even needed a pick-up to get my car, which they were more than willing to provide. It ended up I was picked up by the soon to be new owner. He is from Tucson, has years of like experience and really wants to make TAC an even better place to serve Tucson costumers. Give this guy and super staff a try. This shop was awesome! They were able to make space for my car when no other shop could make the time. My car had a hole in the roof that left me worried about doing further damage with monsoon rains. They were able to repair it quickly and get me back on the road.
