Knowledgeable and friendly staff! Pricing is what the industry standard should be not what other companies charge. I ordered a 320 amp alternator from Tucson alternator. I'm currently getting 14.7-14.9 constantly, even 15.0 Volts on my batteries! Wow!! The powder coat is flawless and high quality. Any time I need a alternator this is where I will be shopping! My powerstroke loves its alternator and so do I!!

Bought a new high input 250 amp alternator for my car!! It fit like a glove! The staff were super helpful with any questions I had! Support local business! Alternator works great!! My car audio system sounds way better!

Got a 240a alternator for my 74' El Camino with burnt red powder coat and all I gotta say is wow! This alternator is a beast! Keeps my voltages up when giving out some bass demos specially on that power hungry D4S JP33 Amp at 1 ohm pushing 4500w. Definitely got to give a shout out to Scott for helping me out. Scott is a real mvp. Outstanding customer service!!

I'm not big on providing reviews, but in this case, I thought I should because I always like to support local businesses. It's now been 1.5 years since I purchased a high output alternator for my 2007 F350 diesel, before buying this alternator I had replaced the alternator a few times (its a known issue in my model year) but after 1.5 years, output is great, purchased the life time warranty for extra, not sure I ever use it. Thank you for your customer service and the alternator! Highly recommend!

I replaced my faulty mechman 370 with a new Tae 220. It bolted right up and the factory plug worked perfect like it was OEM. It was shipped free and they got it to me in 2 days. I couldn't be happier. I will do business with Tae again!Nice price too!

As an owner of an overland out fitter business. I have switched over to Tucson alternator from balmar. All my new installs will be using tuscan alternators. very happy with the quality and service, prompt response from there team. Looking fwd to working with Tucson alternator in the future. For many years, this local family owned business has been supplying my construction company with alternators and starters. Swapping out common ones with in stock remans and rebuilding the odd ones. They even helped me modernize the alternator on my classic car and wired the idiot light on the dash to work properly.

These guys area a notch above the rest! Pricing was fair and I'm definitely looking forward to seeing what the performance is like but I will say this ...their customer service is like no other!! There was a mix up on my order and things just went so smoothly that absolutely no room for any complaints. Thank you all for making it such a great experience!

I discovered TAE when I searched google for a local place to get an alternator for my stinkin' Lincoln. It was local and the prices were far less than ANY local part store PERIOD. I was pleasantly surprised at the incredible customer service which normally is lacking in Tucson!! Top notch quality of the alternator, no china crap here!!!Thank you for your help and world class service!!

My factory alternator started failing due to the amp I had for my system. I was looking for a high-output alternator. I discovered Tucson Alternator and decided to buy it. As soon as I finished installing the alternator, i took the car for a spin and immediately turned the system on full blast. The voltage drop is maybe .5 volts. Definitely will recommend Tucson Alternators to all my bass head friends

Bought a high output alternator from these guys. Works like a champ. Got my system back up and running. The mechman I bought never even output 12v. Only after the warranty ran out did they respond. Needless to say I'll be sending these guys that alternator to get repaired. They actually answer the phone and questions. Don't be afraid to give them a try.Service: Electrical

About a month ago my alternator on my 03 G35 Sedan stopped working and i needed a replacement, i decided to go here for my replacement and the customer service was fantastic, and was super helpful, i got a refurbished one from here and was able to install the alternator into my car. After about a month of having the replacement installed, i have zero complaints, it has ran flawlessly and i have ran into zero issues with the alternator, i heavily recommend going here if you need to replace an alternator on your car, plus they have good prices and a good warranty.

Absolutely Horrible Company to deal with. I understand it s a little thing, but with all the online fraud today, this company forces you to upload your drivers license to make online purchases. Which means all your personal information, including driver license # is saved in a database and susceptible to fraud. The manager was absolutely rude and said we ve done this for 5 years and our lawyers told us it was legal so but from someone else and we will cancel your order

Looking to buy an alternator with a higher output. Hoping it works out well. Only $40 more for a lifetime warranty. So we shall see. I m really hoping they reply to this review and set my mind at ease when buying two alternators from them both with lifetime warranties. I haven t seen much on their terms because when I clicked on it, it wouldn t come up.

Had a great experience working with one of the owners to upgrade our alternator in an isuzu overland truck. He spent a lot of time with us discussing the different options that would fit our needs of charging our house batteries. The tech who actually builds the alternators on site was also very helpful. In just a couple hours they were able to build the alternator which fit perfect and has been working great.

Got the information I needed, ordered online, and received my American made alternator the next day! (Bear with me) I was looking into js alternators for a long time because they had a slightly more powerful alternator for my vehicle. But, when I called Tucson to see if they had anything more powerful they could build for me, they asked a couple questions about my needs, and actually tried to sell me a cheaper, less powerful alternator. It would have been plenty for my needs, but I m a basshead and we re never content so I left room for improvement. The point is, they actually took the time out of their day to answer all my questions and ask a few themselves, then recommend a high quality product for my application. I have not received my alternator yet, but was so blown away by their attention to customers I had to stop by and let someone know. Will definitely update/post again when I receive the part and put some time on it.Service: Electrical

Great customer service! I ordered an alternator for a custom job on a Jeep at the shop. They knew what I needed and got one built and delivered in a very short period of time. I then figured out that I screwed up and ordered the wrong pulley. They quickly got the right one in the mail. The prices are very reasonable and the products are great! Best place for alternator. Cheaper than Amazon. Perfect fit. Looked like high quality. I used it for a month with no issues. I will update the review if anything goes wrong. Update: 2 1/2 years later the alternator is still working find. It is my daily driver so over 600,00 miles in the two 1/2 years.

Today was my 1st time utilizing this business for the purchase of a starter for a 2001 engine in a 2003 vehicle. Now I do not know much about working on vehicles, but I do know quality service, helpful staff, and the best prices in town, when I see them.Kris was happy to help and I saved $51 by not going to a chain parts store. Rest assured they earned my business and loyalty on their first at bat....knocked it outta the park. Great job guys thank you and keep up the good work

Wish i could say better but they don t stand behind their products. The two counter people are nice but couldn t do very little for an alternator that completely burned up and almost burned my entire truck down. The source was the alternator ;which was a year old, but wanted me to purchase another one at with a whopping 15% ($30) off. Tried working with them but they stated they couldn t more. Won t purchase an alternator here again and neither would i recommend it either, at least for alternators.Service: Electrical

An amazing facility ran by even better staff. I came in needing an uncommon alternator, they let me know that they had the components in stock and had to build it for me. Only a few hours later, they let me know that it was ready for pickup. After installing it, my car has never run better. There aren t many people left who deliver a quality product at a more than reasonable price. They ve earned my business for sure.

Steve was really helpful when I arrived. He was able to get me my alternator for a great price and even checked my vehicle to make sure that it needed to be replaced. He also tested my battery and let me know that it was going bad. When I retired with my old alternator, he was just as helpful and I had let him know that I was able to get a new battery also. He then checked my battery and made sure that it was charging properly. They are great and if I ever need to, I will go back them and I will let anyone I know about them also.
