I went in to have my car looked at . They told me that my fuel pump was bad and that I needed a new water pump also some other things. I spent over 150.00 to get my car checked out . I felt like what they told me was not right . First of all my car does not over heat it keeps water , and as far as the fuel pump it was the EVAP valve. And they also said my belts where bad . Don't think so , for some reason they missed that my dall joint had spilt and my control arms where all bad . Not a good idea to be driving like that . They where going to charge me about 1500.00 on things that where not the problem . If I would of done that and only having to turn around and get the things fixxed that where wrong . So just because I am a girl that walks in by herself they think it's ok to take advantage of . (Not cool at all ) I could not afford to pay the over 150.00 for nothing . That's what I did just gave them over 150. 00 that I don't have just so they can have it . I don't like to write bad reviews , and it's probably my fault for letting myself be taking advantage of. I will not go there , and what kinda sucks is they have a lot of good good reviews. So to be one that is not. I guess they just did not like me or something..When I get back from my trip I will look at the invoice and will let you know everything . Also the work I had to get down right after I took it in for a inspection .I will take picture and post them to .

We took our hyundai tucson over here once for a transaxle fluid swap (not flush, they do it right), and that was all it took. Now we go for oil, fluid swaps/flush, etc. These guys are straightforward with no gimmicks, they get it done right and they do it all quickly, professionally and with a smile. This place is great for any work you need done, and it's by far cheaper and better than going to some jiffy lube or brakemax.

Took my f250 for a transmission issue I had no park or reverse and some type of drive. Matt told me they would look at asap I told him I was going out of town . When they started working on it the shift linkage was broken and metal in the panMatt recommended a rebuild it. They did a rebuild with a new torque converter flex plate and transmission mount when it was done. He took it for a test drive and didn t like the numbers he was getting from the torque converter s and wanted to replace it. I gave them five stars for that. I m very happy with the way it turned out.Service: Transmission

I wish I had the option to give this business higher than 5 stars. These gentlemen were very helpful, kind and patient. I had been burned by a different local transmission shop and these guys were very understanding. Took my Honda in for a seal replacement on my transmission and they talked me through everything being done so there were no surprises. The pricing was more than fair. I ll be needing to replace my whole transmission eventually and will definitely be going back to see them.Service: Transmission repair

Transmissions Unlimited always provides the best customer service and do great work. I wouldn't trust anyone else with any of my vehicles. David and Matthew know how to run a business! The shop/office is always extremely clean. Highly recommend for any automotive work!!

David and the rest of the crew at transmission unlimited did such a fabulous job on my 1974 AMX that I'm beyond please. Excellent customer service, excellent communication. Clean professional work. I cannot recommend them enough. I'm so lucky to have found them after searching for someone to take care of my car. Outstanding service! Very professional and honest. Took my 2006 GMC Sierra in for a knocking in the engine. They broke down what was needed and what was not needed. Gave me different option of what I could do from trying to fix the knock to a full rebuild of the engine and what each option might get me out of the truck. DON'T buy a car from there! We did and we were told it had low milage and ran great! Well yes, low milage with blown head gasket & pack rat infested cabin filter. So that means wiring issues? Not cool to lie to people.

This is a fantastic place to get your car repairs done. The name is a bit misleading, because they do all kinds of repairs, not just transmissions. We have taken our vehicles here for years, always had great service. Darryl and his guys really know what they are doing. Prices are resonable, much less than a dealership. Plus, they get you in and out quickly. Highly recommend!

Honest and professional! I had my Nissan Frontier towed to their shop because i had a bad transmission. They diagnosed it for free and gave me a quote of how much the repairs will cost. However, they recommended that I just trade in my truck for a different one since it's going to be a recurring problem even after it gets fixed since it's a manufacturer flaw. They cared about what's better for me and not just getting paid. Thanks transmission unlimited!

I recently bought a used car to discover a transmission leak a few weeks later. No other mechanics could locate the leak. I took it to this shop. They had it fixed and shifting perfectly within the day. Great pricing and they did great work. Top quality mechanics and trustworthy.

I had a front transmission link and a latent valve issue when I brought my car in.Though I m not a car guy, the guys were very patient and accommodating, going so far as to provide a ranged estimate of repair costs upon diagnosis.Easy to work with and competent. My car runs great now.

I have been a using Transmissions Unlimited for over 20 years. On my current vehicle which I have had for 12 years is running perfect. They let me know when its time for change my transmission fluid and filter change. I have had nothing but outstanding service. They are the most honest repair shop in town. I have never had any issues after any repairs.

My wife's family have been coming here for about 30 years. They do great work. I brought my truck in for major repairs. Transmissions Unlimited is the only shop that will touch my truck.

I wish I could give a 0 Star Rating. This will be a long review but long story short they did not do the job I paid for, cut corners and cost me another $500 Elsewhere.I took my Truck into "Transmission Unlimited" for an unusual job, I had a Engine that was not working for me and I could not for the life of me get Mounted I called "Transmission Unlimited" and talked to a guy named Derek and he said they can do the job op top of that I asked them to check the Torque on the Transmission as well as all its components. 1 Week after dropping it off (AFTER I made an Appointment and was told to bring it in) they finally started working on it, during that time a few other components were either ordered or brought in and about 2 weeks later the truck was "done" so I went in talked to Derek again and claimed my truck. A few days later I left for vacation and about a month later I returned to find a Transmission Fluid spot the size of my truck on the ground confused I climbed underneath to find out what was causing it and noticed that the new transmission line they made (Out of copper) was not even tightened down and the Transmission pan bolt were loose as well as the Transmission Mount bolts being finger tight upset, I called the shop back and talked to the same guy (Derek) and he said that they can take a look at it (out of Convenience) but said I would have to wait 2 weeks to bring it in. Still upset I replied with "No I would like to bring it in tomorrow to have the job fixed since your shop caused it and I would like to talk to the Owner" completely ignoring my request to talk to the owner and after a little arguing I was met with some yelling as well as a threat "You are opening a can of worms you do NOT want to open with me" in which I replied with "I will most likely be getting in contact with the BBB" Derek which then responded with Hanging up on me mid sentence. Fed up with the shop I took my Truck into "AASTRO Transmission" to have them take a look at it and tell me what was wrong, The stuff that they had to fix included 1 New transmission line, Dropped the transmission pan to find a bolt laying in it, also that the transmission pan bolts were loose, they had to change my Neutral Safety switch, Tighten down the mount bolts and new fluid all totaling over $500. Upon fixing the problem I called "Transmission Unlimited" back and explained all the problems I had to pay for and asked for Reimbursement, to my surprise I was told I could not get a reimbursement because it was my fault that I didn't catch the problems and notice the torque was off (with my bare hands) and that since the invoice doesn't say they did Transmission work that the didn't touch the Transmission. (Yea that's right a Transmission shop that didn't touch the Transmission...) I was also told that if I step foot on their property again I will be Arrested, all because I called asking for them to fix a problem that they caused.PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS SHOP
