I knew my jeep didn t drive correctly it followed every line in the road it was horrible! Everyone told me that s because it s jeep and it is what it is. I took it to Trail Boss and they fixed what everyone said wasn t fixable. I will use them forever to work on my jeep. The customer service was incredible and they talked me through why, how and what. You guys are my hero s and Dan was incredible. I have owned my jeep for two years and scared to drive on the highway because it would go all over the place. I left Trail Boss jumped on the highway and drove home. Thank you so much for everything I love my jeep again because of you!!!

My truck looks and handles amazing. Trail boss deleted my air bags. Put ads 6inch complete suspension system. On 20' black rino wheels. Wrapped with 37,inch nitro trail grapplers. Looks and drives amazing.. I thank them for an excellent and professional job

I have dealt with trailboss off road twice now for modifications to my 5gen 4runner. They never cease to amaze me, from their customer care to overall final product. They take their time and are reasonably priced. I will continue to rely on their expertise and business.

I would like to thank Jeremy and his great team at Trail Boss Off-Road for the outstanding job that they did on my 2017 Ram 4x4. Jeremy took the time to meet with me prior to purchasing any new equipment that I was going to be adding to my truck. I decided to go with a 6" Lift by Superlift W/Bilstein Shocks, 35x12.5x20 BF Goodrich A/T KO2 Tires and 20" Mayhem Wheels. I could not be more pleased with the result. The build took 3 days. There were a few hiccups along the way with the build but that was to be expected. Jeremy was extremely professional in explaining all the aspects of the build and what I could expect. Safety of the build was a top priority. The Price for the build was not the cheapest but if you are looking for a dedicated team of professionals that have decades of combined experience and the craftsmanship to build you the Truck or off-road beast of your dreams then this is the place to come. I cannot emphasize just how good this company is. Jeremy, Dan the Man and the rest of the crew at Trail Boss Off-Road are second to none. Thank you all for the 4x4 truck of my dreams.

Hands down the nicest people I have taken my vehicle to! Very knowledgeable about Jeeps and other vehicles. If you have a problem, they can fix it! I came in here with quite a few problems with my jeep and they were on it. Soft top missing pieces, and wouldn t install properly, fixed! Digital license plate a huge pain in the butt, installed! In addition to that they will treat your vehicle like it s their own. TL;DR version: an off-road shop in So Cal rebuilt my Icon rear shocks and coilovers but the seals blew out on the rear. Didn't realize it until I towed an off-road trailer to AZ. My 4Runner would not be able to complete the trip back home but Jeremy and Lee went out of their way to make sure that I did. If you're in need of services for your off-road vehicle from an honest shop look no further!Long Version: my wife and I decided to rent an off-road teardrop trailer for my 40th birthday and head to Tucson for a few days. We've always wanted to bring our senior German shepherd with us and having a trailer gave us that opportunity. 10 months ago an off-road shop in southern California rebuilt my Icon coilovers and rear shocks due to the shortage of any off-road suspension. A seal blew out on one of my rear shocks and had leaked fluid out completely months ago but I did not notice until my wife and I decided to rent an off-road trailer for my birthday and travel to Tucson. We sent pictures of the blown shock to the off-road shop in southern California since this was less than a year since the rebuild and the shop claims no responsibility for the failure.My wife did a Google search and found Trail Boss Off-Road. We frantically called and explained our situation to Jeremy who immediately jumped into action and began a search for something comparable to my rear suspension setup. He was able to contact Fox Racing and order a rear suspension setup and had it shipped to his shop overnight. Jeremy had a booked up schedule but made room for us the next day anyway. We arrived at his shop the next morning and had the installation done while we took care of our senior German shepherd who got injured on the trip. They even let our senior pup stay in the shop while we waited after the vet appointment. Honesty is a virtue and is hard to find in today's society. Jeremy and Lee are honest, hardworking people who do go that extra mile to make sure everything is right.

This is by far the best place you'll find in Tucson for Jeep repairs or upgrades. Jeremy (the owner) and Lee are super knowledgeable and friendly too! I assume because they're so good at what they do, their schedule gets to be quite full, but it's worth the wait to get quality work done.I just bought a used 2001 Jeep Wrangler (113K mi) which had a banging and grumbling noise from the clutch.They listened to the noise and determined it was the clutch but thought it could also be the transmission input shaft. I was hesitant to schedule a transmission replacement for weeks out and hoped it would just need a clutch since I needed it back soon for an upcoming trip. Jeremy let me leave it there so they could squeeze it in if they got a chance and have a look. A week later they were able to pull the clutch and boy it was a real mess. Probably the original clutch! Luckily, the transmission was fine. They replaced the clutch the next day and no more noise - yay!Also discussed my front end steering and suspension issues which they also seem very good at diagnosing and fixing. I wouldn't hesitate to come back to have this work done as well. Probably sooner than later since it's getting really bothersome. I'll save that for another writeup.Service: Transmission repair

The Trail Boss Crew not only got me fixed up, it's better than new now.I would make the drive here to get future work done. Jeremy was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. The service on my Tacoma was completed that same day in a timely manner. The accessories were installed for a third of the cost that was quoted to me by Precision Toyota. I will definetly be returning in the future and recommend this business to anyone wanting to install accessories to their trucks. Thanks!!!

Trail Boss completed an alignment, Tire rotation, and oil change on my Ram 2500. Patty and Jeremy were super nice and helpful. They even made sure I didn't have a tire issue before charging me for an alignment. I will be recommending this to all my public safety friends who lifted their trucks.

Very efficient staff. Took us in on a Saturday to diagnose the problem with our truck. Since the shop was not equipped to handle the repair they gave recommendations. Because of that information we were able to get the truck repaired and continue our trip.Thank you for being so professional!

Had work done here. I have no comments on the workmanship quality. I'll update In a couple of thousand miles on that, however. Picked up my vehicle, drove home and did a walk around. There's a dent in my hood that was not there when it was dropped off and my lug key was not returned. Followed up the next day, lug key was returned no problem. Reported the dent and was told the person I needed to see was not available and would call me later that day. Well here we are still no call. I'm not happy with the response so far. Overall the people are personable and friendly. I was hopping this issue would be handled appropriately.Update! Integrity is without question, I will definitely be here again for service. Thank you

8/21/2022I recently had an accident in my 4RUNNER that knocked it out of alignment and bent the differential. .Jeremy and the crew were able realign the front perfectly and are looking for a replacement differential. They also did some front end work on my sons F150 after he replaced a bunch of the worn out assemblies. They suggested adding camber/caster bolts that we didn't know were missing to increase reliability. These guys are tops, I highly recommend them because I believe they are trustworthy and competent. Remember, trust is earned!I was very impressed and satisfied with the service I received at Trail Boss Off-Road. The staff were awesome and knowledgeable. My Toyota 4Runner needed some suspension work and they more than met my expectations. They had serviced my in- laws truck before so they already had a good recommendation. I brought my trailer for them to look first few days of june before I towed it with my van across country to NY. They were great and will be using them again and highly recommend them.

My 4Runner TRD Pro had a loose grill and front end cover assembly. I called Precision Toyota's body shop to explain the issue, and that the truck has a custom steel bumper on the front. That the original plastic grill assembly and lighting cover above the bumper were missing clips to secure it all properly. The lady I spoke with on the phone said that would not be a problem at all and urged me to make an appointment for the next day. So a 45 minute drive with gas prices at an all time high brought me to Precision Toyota Service check in. The service manager who arrived asked why I was in today. Once I explained the issue, he simply said that they do not work on any modified vehicle, they only work on stock. I pressed him about this, explaining that the portion of the vehicle requiring attention is OEM and would require OEM retention clips to re-secure it. He insisted that they don't work on any aftermarket parts. I explained next that I was newly arrived in Arizona, and looking for a place to have routine maintenance of my Toyota, and that Precision Toyota would not be it. He said he was sorry to hear this and hoped I would change my mind. I made it clear that he wouldn't be changing my mind, that I've never witnessed such a lack of customer service, resourcefulness, and innovation at a Toyota dealership. When I mentioned that I explained the problem to their phone staff who said it would be no problem to fix and encouraged me to bring the vehicle in, this manager simply said "she's new". Regarding his comment, I said "that's really lame".I was already aware of the great reviews about Trail Boss Off Road, and immediately took my vehicle to Trail Boss Off Road on Ina Rd. who got me right in, exhibited great customer service with a can-do, will-do attitude to install the missing clips and re-secure my vehicles front end grill and light cover. It was clear why they receive such positive reviews. Score another point for the local small business.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Installed a lift kit over the weened myself and had to get a 4x4 alignment. Not only were the guys at Trail Boss Off Road able to squeeze me in that Monday morning but got my Jeep done earlier than they said and was under the estimate quoted also. Great service and knowledge of all things off road. Thanks Jeremy, you have gained a customer for anything my Jeep needs.

I've had issues with my alignment on my jeep wrangler and got the run around from other shops and mechanics. Nathan here at trail boss found my issue in 5 minutes and found time to fix it same day! Contacted to inquire about a pre-purchase vehicle mechanical inspection for a possible out of state purchase. Started with Nate and handed off to Jeremy - both were utter professionals who worked to jump through hoops to accommodate my timeline. Their expertise in dealing with modified vehicles was obvious - all while offering solutions without any pressure to purchase items/work from them - although if I end up getting work done in the area, they've earned my loyalty . . .

As many people can probably attest, when you find a good / honest mechanic you hold on to them like gold. Nathan, Jason and Jeremy worked on my 2006 Jeep Rubicon Unlimited (LJ) and did an amazing job. It did take a bit longer than quoted, but they also found issues that even I did not know was happening with my vehicle. They are professional and courteous. If you have a Jeep or 4X4, I strongly recommend you let Trailboss look at it before other shops. Thanks again guys.....Mike
