SAFETY CONCERN BEWARE!!! This business deserves nothing more than a ZERO. Customer service ZERO and more importantly ZERO for their poor workmanship. Long story short, took in BRAND NEW F-150 truck to get a Rough Country 2-Brand Ford Leveling Billet Strut extension .. and boy do I regret this decision. Soon after, I took a left turn when suddenly the truck made a loud popping noise (thought it was a flat tire) Nope! The right steering knuckle and control arm broke releasing the tire. Yup, all thanks to their careless job!!! We called explained the situation and they simply washed their hands clean of any wrong doing and didn t even offer to take a look at it. We took truck in to a reputable dealership in town where we were told they were certain (99.9%) the issue stemmed from the careless leveling job completed by 4wheel auto.

Ray is the best! I have a local shop under the same ownership but I'd rather deal with guys who still love what they do, even if they are states away!

Beyond that, he always goes the extra mile to check in-store parts stock and when needed, stays on top of parts orders to ensure I get the parts as fast as possible.

I m done dealing with this shop! The first time I came in I had air lockers put in. They drilled a hole in my differential apparently in the wrong spot and tried to weld it shut but unsuccessful and tried to cover it up with silicone. I took off to a trip up north in the white mountains, I stopped in Globe Az and someone pointed out an oil leak on the differential. So I drove back to 4Wheel Parts thinking they d fix it but to my surprise they just put more silicone. I ended up replacing the whole axle with a different company $7500.00. I moved to Washington State got new tires there in Tacoma 4WP while we re up there. Now I m back in Tucson. Well one of my tires value stem broke off (tpms). Took it to this Speedway Shop cause the tires are warranted, so I got my Jeep back and went on with my business. Finally I went to off-roading, I aired down when done and ready to air up the same valve stem broke. I couldn t air it back up so when I replaced it with my spare tire I noticed that all they did was put on my spare tire on and replaced the valve stem with a regular tire valve stem not with a tpms valve stem and placed it on my spare tire rack. Now here I am riding around with the low pressure indicator light on the dashboard because there is no TPSM on that tire. Like I said I m done dealing with this company.

Being extremely satisfied with my new BAK Revolver X2 Hard Roll Up Truck Tonneau Cover' just wanted to give Frank, Louie and crew a shout out for their top notch knowledge, helpfulness and quality of work! I stumbled onto 4WP doing a web search for where to get a bed cover with installation in Tucson and what a lucky boy I am!Once in the store I met Louie who assisted me in finding a perfect bed cover replacement for my 2019 Tacoma that had an OEM hard tonneau trifold cover that was faded and the rubber in between the folds was literally starting to melt! As mentioned I ended up with the BAK Revolver X2 and am completely satisfied! The added bonus besides looking better is I lost a couple hundred pounds of weight with that old OEM cover! Both improved performance and mileage, what a deal!Anyway, thanks to Louie with the assistance and thanks to Frank and my mechanic/technician for a beautiful install (I m sure it s better than if I had done it)! Again, completely satisfied with the knowledge, friendly service, quality of work and reasonable price. I will definitely return to 4WP for any future modifications to my truck and wanted to share the news. Truck and cover looks great, Thank You Guys!!!

Fantastic, kind, and knowledgeable staff. I had trouble installing the biltstein 5100s I bought for them and they had no problem with troubleshooting over the phone. Always very affordable. Highly recommend

Needed a few parts for my truck and lead times direct from the manufacturers were a minimum of 5 weeks. I was advised by a friend to give Louie Henken at your Tucson location a call. After quick conversation with Louie he took my contact information and said he d make some calls and call me back. Within a few hours I received a call back and he had located the parts I needed. I placed the order and received everything I was looking for in 11 days! Very satisfied with the service, how quickly I received my order, and the quality of the parts. Thanks for all your help Louie, I appreciate it! Ready to get my rig back together!

Want to say thanks to the mechanics for making our truck look awesome. And thank you to Louie for helping us make this happen. Had trouble getting the rims we wanted but Louie helped us find something similar and with the trouble of the other rims and us waiting for them he helped us with good deals.

Horrible place, people just wandering around doing nothing, inside and outside the store. If your truck has more than dust on it from the showroom floor, these guys don't want to work on it. I was given an outrageous quote, and actually asked to leave, as the "person" in charge of the shop said he didn't want to work on my truck.I went up the road to there direct competitor, they did an outstanding job, with a smile on there face, and a very fair price. All the parts these guys "wouldn't touch" are now brand new.Thank you for telling me to leave, it's the best thing you could have done for me.

They may have everything you need for offroading, but the service is SLOW! Waited 20+ minutes to pick up an ordered part (that they never called to tell me was in). Disappointing service. Also, when I have called on multiple occasions, i am asked if i can hold. Ive timed it to be over 10 minutes of waiting before i hang up and call back- only to be helped immediately. I don't understand why they don't come back to the people on hold but if you do get put on hold, hang up and call back for better luck.

I am very pleased with the service I received from Joe Flores at the Tucson shop, I had been searching for beadlocks for my 98 Jeep TJ, and went straight to RACELINE's website to order them, I was not sure I was buying the right beadlocks, so I decided to call 4WP Tucson to inquire about the wheels, Joe Flores was VERY knowledgeable and courteous and went above and beyond my expectations of service, it turns out I was ordering the wrong wheels, Joe explained the difference to me, and helped me pick the right beadlocks, I placed the order with him, and he is even getting me the wheels a lot faster too! its refreshing to be able to rely on someone like him for help. Thank you Joe!!

Went in and placed an order for a lift, wheels, and tires. Was told everything was in stock and it would take a week. One week later no call, so I call and they forgot to ship one rim and my tires are now backordered. Salesman tried talking me down in size to make up for their mistake, no discount or any apology offered. I was spending over 6k. Went in to get a refund and the staff member was rude and condescending, was pretty much blaming me for their shipping issues. Also another customer was in there complaining how they messed up his order. Horrible location!!!

2013 Toyota Tundra, 6 inch lift and 2 inch stack. I bought the truck already lifted and soon found that I had the death wobble. I tried to fix it myself and couldn't get the ride figured out. Thank God I found 4 Wheel Parts! Louie in particular is awesome. He looked at the truck and immediately knew what I needed. I really can't praise him and 4 Wheel enough. Rolling smoothe and I can't wait to bring my business back to these guys.

Great customer service! Ordered an item online and came in to get it the next day. The service was quick and easy with no hassle. Super easy pickup and they loaded the winch into my car for me. I ll be coming here to help outfit my mother Jeep with all the accessories she wants. 10/10 would recommend!

We have taken three four-wheel drive vehicles to 4WParts for their alignments. We have tried other companies and no one comes near to doing as good of a job as 4WParts! We won't take our four-wheel drive trucks anywhere else for an alignment. These guys are the best! And especially since they don't sell you services you don't need!

On the advice of several friends, I placed an order online with 4WP to be shipped locally and preferably installed. I placed my order on 01/26 and my credit card was charged almost immediately. After 2 weeks of not hearing anything via phone or email, I logged in to check on my order. It shows as not yet shipped. 4WP advises to contact the local store.I've tried to contact the store every day for a week and each time I'm put on hold. I wait 15 minutes and hang up in disgust. I've finally given up and decided to get a refund on my order ($3500+). I've reached out through the website support app and I received an email stating that "This is a store ticket, unfortunately we have limited access to store tickets, so I would advise you to contact the store directly regarding any questions you have on your order." Right... contact the store. That's what I've been trying to do.I decided to call the toll free number and see where I can get. After 20 minutes waiting for a CSR, I finally reached a human. This woman was very nice and pleasant and told me that unfortunately she could not cancel it because it's been sent to the store. She's sending an email to the store and the regional manager and now I have to wait on someone else before I can get my refund. We'll see how this goes.

I called and talked to a sales associate about a possible install for a part. The guy was super nice and said his service manager would call me back first thing in the morning. It's been 4 days no call. I will find another business for my needs...Thanks 4 wheel parts for poor customer service!!!!!!!!!

I worked with Louie at the Tucson shop. Super responsive and easy to work with. Took a 2019 f350 on a six inch lift down to a 2 1/2in level with airbags. A lot of research and details had to be hammered out and Louie nailed it! The truck looks and rides great!

I scheduled to have shocks and wheel alignment done on my truck and scheduled a 10 am time to have work done. Since I live far from there location I told the them I'll wait on-site. My truck was still in the lot at 11:45. I decided to cancel the service and leave. I would not recommend 4wheel parts to anyone.

These people are super busy and doing their best so be patient with them... they do great work and were super helpful after I had my drive shaft put in Derrick( I believe his name is) helped me diagnose an issue after I had drove off the lot and had to drive back to shop and also worked with me talking about which drive shaft to get. I really appreciate his positive attitude and patience! You deserve a raise my friend! :)

I bought this $1700 refrigerator/ freezer dual zone through the customer service telephone line George "moe" told me to have it shipped to the store so that it would be checked before I picked it up. When I rushed over to get it during my lunch break the box looked pretty beat up but when I looked inside everything looked intact. but when I got at home I noticed that the side rail bumper is cracked... Also need to buy wires and cords so that I can hook it up to my vehicle. I don't even know if the thing works yet.After contacting Ray the manager via email, I am waiting to see if 4WP will be able to help me with the plastic rail bumper.Ray made it all Right, replacement unit was quick and painless.I also purchased the $411 dollar slide rail along with the tie Downs which is $36 the wiring kit which is $55.... ship them directly to 4WP store in Tucson Arizona and picked up with the new Zero fridge.I had new shocks (Billistien) and Steering dampner with an alignment put on at the shop which I feel like they did a nice job.Thank-you Ray, Judas, and all the shop guys!!!

I recommend choosing another store if you are looking to spend money. I went there with my son to try to get a new suspension system and rims for his 2017 F250. It s clear that the employees do not work on commission there as they have no interest in actually selling you something. I was planning on spending $10, 000 to $12,000 on carli suspension with 2.5 king shocks as well as Method Race wheels. When I asked if it was possible for them to install the suspension for us the employee at the desk informed me they can t order Carli products. I replied that was fair enough and asked if he could direct me to a comparable suspension system that they could order and install. He told me that I should go home and make some phone calls to find out what suspension systems I could order and have shipped. I didn t bother asking about the Method Race Wheels since it was obvious they didn t want our business.

DisappointedOn May 26th I purchased a Rhino Rack system for my truck, I prepaid $2800 and then took my truck in as scheduled for installation on June 8th. I expected it to take a full day maybe longer, so I called on June 10th and found out it still hadn t been started because they didn t have all the parts. Worse that the missing parts MIGHT not arrive until mid July. First, they took my money and then waited almost 3 weeks to tell me they didn t have what I had already paid for. Second, if I had not called them, no one would have called me as the person I was working with was off and hadn t handed the project off to communicate back.What a waste of time and money.* I can appreciate the follow up of "send us an email" I actually tried to talk to someone there other than the sales team, even went into the store. No one was available to talk to so they just said send them an email. I did, my money was refunded- no attempt to solve that problems, just let the deal fall apart. Oddly I ended up at another shop in town, spent less money and it did take them time to get the parts, they were able to get it done. Just a little bit of effort on their part, and now they have a customer for life.

Tucson Bronco Sport owners, Louie and 4Wheel Parts were fantastic! We're new to off-roading and Louie got us all set up with a lift, proper tires, a receiver hitch and nerf bars. The work was impeccable and done in one day thanks to our mechanic Johnny! Other shops dismissed our baby Bronco but the folks at 4 Wheel were excited to get us off the road. We'll definitely be back soon for light bars, ditch lights, and hopefully, new rally gear for the Bronco Sport coming from Method soon! - Jon

Louie Henken was awesome! I wanted to surprise my husband with a birthday present, I knew he wouldn't give himself. I called 4 Wheel Parts and Louie seemed just as excited as I was to make this present happen. He immediately scheduled an appointment and made sure this was going to make my husband very happy. His customer service was top notch from beginning to end. My husband loves the new look of his truck and actually says it drives much smoother. He even thinks this present fixed an alignment problem he's been having for years. So thank you Louie! Thank you installer(s?)! Thank you 4 Wheel Parts! And Happy Birthday Eric!
