Received quick service. Very professional. Was completed in the timeframe stated. Staff was very welcoming and professional. They were the cheapest in town without insurance. Will definitely patronize Tony's for all my auto glass needs.

I was referred here by one of my vendors. I called to make sure they could take care of me. Drove across town. Tonys was a Total waste of time, better off going elsewhere. I ended up leaving and going down the road to another glass repair and they were able to fix my small chip.I ll share my experience with my vendor so they can refer someone else from now on.

Customer service was really great from the very nice, helpful lady on the phone (she knew and informed on everything I d need to know before I even knew to ask!) to the nice tech guys who took my car in and offered an assortment of complementary options while you wait. All it took was for me to call Tony's Auto Glass and they did all the rest. From contacting the insurance company to setting up a time to conveniently come to my work to replace the broken windshield. There is no better company than Tony's Auto Glass to come to the rescue whenever there is a glass issue! Their team is courteous and very professional. They use original equipment glass. The technician was of the upmost careful and caring right down to the cleaning and removal and installation! You want it done right and a better fitment than the robots at the plant you call Tony's Auto Glass!

At Tony's auto glass I had an awesome experience today. The technicians were friendly and patient and explained in detail what the process was gonna be . The lobby was clean and had seating . I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a windshield.

These guys are so great. I showed up over lunch, and they normally would have to schedule it I think, but they took me right in and fixed a spider crack on my front windshield and did a great job. Great job and price on a cash windshield. The one thing I love about this place is the one thing I hate, no appointment. But it keeps everyone equal and gives no special treatment. Also they work fast and do a great job

Lucy in front is awesome! She gets a 5 star. She needs more support from the techs in back.I took my car last week 1030-11am as the heat shattered rear passenger window and was told by Lucy there was a window in stock.Car was done around 4pm. No tint applied as Progressive didn't approve even though asked for this to be added.Got a call 7/18 tint approved and made appt for 8am7/19 with some gentleman. While there,930am, asked Lucy to ask how much longer she said, "tech said another 45 to 1hr." Well then low and behold car ready less than 5 min later! I could tell Lucy was embarrased to have to tell me an excuse as to why 45 to1hr to ready. She is the front line dealing with customers on phone and in person. She represents Tony's auto glass well I might add.She does her job well but when she has to deliver news to customer, she needs the truth!(Long story and tried to cut short.)

"Trustworthy, reasonably priced and professional" are the words I would use to describe the team and service at Tony's Auto Glass. Spending a lot of time on the road and going to different events as a public figure makes safety a top priority for me. When my rear window stopped working I was shocked and nervous because I knew if it wasn't fixed ASAP at a good price, it could really slow down my day to day activities. A peer suggested I go to Tony's because of their great prices & work. So I stopped by for a quote and was blown away how quickly they were able to see why my window stopped working, how to fix it and suggest a very reasonable price. I'm an Old Hat at Tony's Auto Glass! They did a fine job as always. The office gal was pleasant to talk to, and there was no urethane smeared anywhere. I took the tape off well past the 24 hours. They removed my dashmat to prevent it getting gooey with urethane. Left it off for 36 hours to be sure.We've had MANY windshields done there in the last 15 years. Never had any trouble. Cash price was very reasonable. Under $175 out the door! I only had one chip, but many pock marks in my windshield. Insurance would NOT have paid it, even I had had glass coverage.

I went to the Oracle location and Jesse took plenty of his time to explain and assured me of the details of what needed to be done on my truck. It was a job that involved Ford dealership and he went over and above in coordinating the job to get my vehicle back in a very timely manner. I called Tony's after being jerked around by another glass company on my 71 Chevy pickup. I was greeted by Hector on the phone and immediately he built confidence knowing exactly where challenges lie while doing a windshield on my model truck. He also ensured id be able to retain my factory trim around the windshield. He then went as far as to work with my schedule and got my in the next day. Their company is the best in Tucson hands down. Outstanding customer service. Hiram went out of his way to schedule me in the same day. The technician Alexis had excellent customer service skills and even asked me if I needed the sticker that was on my windshield. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have a no-hassle windshield replacement.

I rarely write reviews, but because I was so satisfied with the service, I felt the need to take the time to write about my experience. I called in for a windshield replacement on Monday and took me in on Friday. For a brand new car 2020, they were able to get the windshield that was weeks in backorder within a 4 day period, pretty impressive I thought. They took care of the insurance process for me and coordinated with the insurance estimator. All I had to do was show up Friday morning.While I waited in their lobby during the repair, I was able to continue working through their wifi, and provided me with coffee and water. Even after they had finished the repair, I honestly remained working there I as was so comfortable working on their high top table. It was great to see them practicing social distancing, a sneeze guard at the reception desk and they kept the lobby sanitized. Very clean lobby.Over all, I had a great experience. Great attention to detail, to me (the client), the service and the product. Very happy with the end result and would highly recommend them for their services.

[UPDATE 6/11/2018]I returned Hector's call within 5 minutes and he said he was going to be out of town for a job the next week and would like to reach out after that. it's been 19 days and I haven't heard from Tony's Auto Glass.I typically don't like to do reviews, but my experience here is going to cost me over $1000 and I hope others can learn from my mistake.I brought the vehicle in on 4/24 to have the windshield replaced. They were closing at the time they finished, and on my way home I noticed that there was a whistling sound on the freeway distortions in the glass that were in my field of view, and even worse distortions on the passenger side. While I was inspecting the glass, i discovered that both side moldings were about an inch short, and there was exposed metal in between on one side. It was a really shoddy job and looked terrible.I brought it back the next day to show Jesse and David and was told the issue was the aftermarket moldings. They said they needed to order them from Honda and that it would take a couple weeks to get them and that they would call me when they came in to replace the windshield and moldings. I waited 2 weeks and didn't hear anything, so I called to check for status and was told Jesse would call me back. He didn't, so i drove down the next day and he told me that they were still waiting for moldings, i checked back the next week and he told me initially that he had checked the status and they were still waiting for moldings from the dealer.On 5/22 I still hadn't heard anything, so i called Chapman Honda myself and inquired about the moldings, they said they had all 4 in stock, and that they had been in stock for weeks, with multiple sets. I went to talk to Jesse about this on 5/23 and he told me there must have been a misunderstanding.... OK. We scheduled for 5/24 to replace the glass and to his credit, Jesse did bring 2 windshields for me to inspect for distortions before installation, and both were good. He also showed the molding fitment, which was much better with the Honda parts.After 2.5 hours, the car was done and I was then charged for the new moldings, and then I drove home. On the drive home, i discovered that i now have a loud rattle on the passenger side in the a-pillar and the dash near the windshield on the passenger side! I am so disgusted, I am not going to let them touch my car again, they are either incapable of doing the job correctly or they just don't care enough. So now after $330, 6+ hours of my time, and nearly a month of waiting, I get to go pay a dealership to do it right.

I really love this place and can not imagine using anyone else. I am off road a fair amount and over the years Tony's has replaced a windshield in each of my last 3 Range Rovers. Yesterday was # 4. Hiram Cruz is the best. He always ensures that the windshield being replaced is actual Range Rover glass - insignia's and all. You can always count on Hiram to keep you informed and do a quality install.

I was able to schedule Tony s auto glass to come to our house and replace both my windshield and my wife s. It was easy to schedule the service, they were professional with a good quality repair and best of all the technician wore a mask for the entire repair. Tony's auto glass is the best. They took care of all the insurance matters, they got me in quickly to replace my windshield and I was able to pick up my car, with a new windshield, within 1 1/2 days. No better company.

I had a GREAT experience with Tony's Auto Glass. I work out of town and Hiram can to my house to pick of my car. After it was done Hiram came to pick me up late Friday after I returned home to ensure I had my car for the weekend. I own a Jaguar which has cameras and sensors. They did a great job. I will use them for the rest of my vehicles when I need a replacement or fix. Thank again to Hiram, I really appreciate your help. Joe.

Picked up a crack in my Audi Q7 (after owning for only 3 weeks) and wasn't happy to find out Safelite and most glass shops couldn't fix it.Went on a search and was referred to Tony's Auto Glass by Audi. I contacted Hiram (Oracle) and he gave me quite an education on what's involved beyond simply putting new glass in. He toured me through the shop and pointed out several calibration systems that were in their inventory, patiently explaining how and why these additional steps were necessary. It's all technical enough that all of Tony's guys even had to travel for training. I was surprised to learn an authentic OEM windshield was necessary, and glad I had glass coverage! I left my car feeling totally confident it was in the best of hands. Before installing, they even sent pics of both windshield imprints - identical!I returned same day for my car to find a super clean job with no damage or scratches. Now after driving a while I can report it's tight, dry and quiet as can be! Can't say enough about these folks at Tony's. Hiram really went out of his way. If you need windshield work call Hiram at Tony's for peace of mind and a great job!

Must have called 7 places looking for a quote. Not only were these guys the cheapest, but gave me a 2 hour window for the repair and it was done on time. Girl at the front desk is very sweet. Installation of new windshield was solid, no leaks or anything weird. I highly recommend this place!

Took my truck in for another windshield replacement. Have taken my work vehicles along with my POV s and the work is always fast and done meticulously. I had my car windshield replaced at Tony s Auto Glass last week and had exceptional service. It s a clean and safe environment. There is a huge shield to separate the customers from the employees, and they comply with CDC guidelines. They used an OEM windshield and recalibrated all of my sensors. In addition, the insurance process was simple and only required one phone call. I would recommend Tony s Auto Glass to all of my friends and family!
