Caught a flat coming into Tucson and Ivan & Fabian patched my tire and had me on my way within 30 minutes. Kind, helpful folks with a comfortable waiting room and clean bathroom.

Best customer service I've ever experienced! I came in at the very end of the day (I called ahead of time to make sure this was okay) with my own tires and wheels to be mounted on my 2020 Volvo V60. I was taken in right away and they stayed after hours to make sure I was good to go. Unfortunately due to the valve stems I requested, I noticed a leak the next day, but I was able to get it taken care of within 10 minutes and haven't had a problem since.Additionally, the waiting room is the nicest I've seen in any automotive business. Coffee and water is available as well as comfortable seats and plenty of reading material. The bathroom is extremely clean and looks good as well.I was treated with the utmost care and this will be my go-to tire shop in the future. Genuinely kind people work there and it was a pleasure to have them work on my car.

Absolutely fantastic I was in a tight situation they with no problem took care of me with a smile. I highly recommend them. They were a huge blessing to find them. And was able to head home with the security that I had the best tires and service

I'm an Uber driver, had a slow leak in my back tire, they patched it up so I can get back out there driving around town! Great, friendly people! Professional! I bought my tires here back in April and so far they been good also the service received was great and the waiting area is very welcoming. They will also take care of any flats for the life of the tire. Highly recommend.

Small but cozy place, arrived and was done fast with 2 new tires and a 3rd tire repair. They answer the phone and their social media. Very polite via all methods of communication and prices are much better compared to chain business establishments. They have my future business. Highly recommended.

Fast service, good price. I've gotten tires elsewhere before and none of the valve stem caps seem to match but these people put matching caps that go with the rim it was a very nice touch.

These people are the best, installed 4 new tires from them last year, I was in and out in 30 minutes. Their prices are also the best in Tucson area after comparing to some other quotes. I ll 100% recommend them to friends and come back in the future I ve also stopped by twice for tire rotations, they do it for free if you purchased the tires from them. Just simply amazing experience every time

When your tire goes flat unexpectedly, you want quick and attentive service without upsells. That was exactly my experience at TireUp. Despite a few people ahead of me, they were able to patch my tire and get me back on the road quickly. All while giving great service and having a comfortable (and cute!) lobby. No cramped quarters or lack of waiting area. They have free coffee, wifi, a cool lobby and TVS (even cute holiday decorations!).Skip the visit to a chain next time and come to this local tire shop. They take great care of you and you can feel great about supporting a local business that cares about its customers. Thanks Diego!

Came to Tucson with the family and got a flat tire we went to Firestone and waited an hour and they said I d be another hour so we came to TireUp and the service was super fast friendly the waiting office was clean with cold water and hot coffee. David worked on our tire . If I could give this place more stars I would from service to pricing .Don t look around just come here

Outstanding business!! I called yesterday, made an appointment for today, one of my tires has a slow leak. Very pleasant on the phone, I spoke with Diego. I arrive today and Michael takes my car, directs me to the waiting room. All done in no more than 30 minutes. Plus they rotated my tires (at my request) and only charge me, as new customer, $20 for all. Exceptional experience, fantastic service, very reasonable. They have me as long-time customer now.

Very friendly staff and willing to work with you. They helped me get a used tire that's very hard to find and at a more than reasonable price. They're definitely my new tire shop. It has the prices and service of a small town tire shop but is way nicer their lobby is very comfortable and has fresh coffee. I won't lie, I went in with very low expectations and left pleasantly surprised.

I went to have my tires evaluated. The staff was very professional and honest. They showed me the results of how much tread I had left and recommended the right tires for my lil Latina mobile. Prices are super fare and they have financing options in case you are in a tight spot and in neeed of tires. Customer service is what they are all about, enjoy coffee in a nice cool cleaaan spot while you wait, and you can also watch a movie while you wait. It is a 10/10 experience, totally recommend!
