This Thanksgiving I'm thankful my service rep was Lisa Smiley. We brought our 2017 Nissan Murano in for a power draw issue. They were able to accurately diagnose and repair the issue at hand. Before any work was performed she was sure to communicate effectively what the price out of pocket would be and when I came to pick up the vehicle she had managed to work with the warranty company so it was as little cost to me as possible. Thank you so much Lisa!

I've been going to this Nissan service place since moving to Tucson and generally have happy with the maintenance done on my car. However, on my latest visit, someone decided to add a surcharge when paying by credit card. I don't appreciate being punished for my preferred method of payment and I see this as nothing but greed-flation. Your credit card processing fees are the cost of doing business, not another way to nickel and dime a customer. Negotiate a lower fee with your processor or slightly adjust your prices. I make it a habit to stop patronizing businesses who decide add these "surcharges". So congratulations, you are losing a customer over it.Services: Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Battery, Oil change

My day was made today by a representative from Service named Tony. I came in with concerns on how to fix my middle console lid. I had no clue on how to get the lid put on there. He greeted me very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Not only did he show on how to fix it but also did it by tightening a few screws. Left me speechless because it took less than 1 minute to do so. I don't usually do this, but that man deserves a raise or something with how knowledgeable and helpful he was great customer service. Tony gets 5 stars in my book, Thank you!

I ended up taking my Infiniti to Nissan to get serviced because the local Infiniti dealership has not returned my calls to schedule service. Ultimately I was VERY pleased with the service I received at Thoroughbred Nissan and will be bringing my car back to them for any subsequent service.

No appointment needed for an oil change and tire rotation. First come, first serve. I was able to get in and out with in an hour. Very happy.

Brought my car in to get a check engine light figured out. They thought they fixed it, light came back on, they tried to fix it again, light came back on. Then they tell me I need to pay 4K for a new transmission because my car won't shift into a higher gear and the rpms run high. The problem? I instantly got in my car and drove it and it shift 3 times into a higher gear repeatedly and rpms ran normal. It's also NEVER failed to shift into a higher gear since I bought it. So apparently if they can't find the problem they just lie and make up an extremely overpriced option.

Looking for a vehicle the other day I ran across thoroughbred Nissan s website .I found a 2011 Nissan frontier 4 x 4 with a roof rack . For the most part the vehicle in the picture looks pretty clean . I contacted the Internet sales staff one of the salesman initials (EE )called and said the vehicle was a new trade in and had not been reconditioned at that point I asked if I could see it before the recon. The salesman was happy to oblige. After looking at the vehicle I determined that it seemed mechanically sound and that I was concerned with the interior to which he replied that this would all be taken care of at recon. I made an offer and he suggested we close the deal. Which I had no problem which assuming all my concerns would be addressed and taken care of. That wasn t the case I felt like this was a bait and switch from the beginning. The big stain in the back seat was never cleaned and overall appearance was lacking ..Salesman said it was very difficult to remove from the material I later remove it myself. by then the deal was done. Since I ve done business with them in the past I felt like a trust things would be done properly.Thank you, Former loyal customer

Sadly I was there just to get a new stereo w camera recalibrated and was treated so badly, disrespected by a service adv.named Lisa. Spoke to her Manger and he was just as unprofessional as his employee..Stick to Jim Click at Auto mall. They are Amazing!

Motion detection sensors crashed at 3 weeks,800 miles. 7 to 10 working days to get it then 3 to 4 hours to replace it. GrrrrNot happy

Can use more professionalism in an industry that is customer service based..a simple good morning goes a long way when you first get there..first impressions go a long way in my oppinion..other than that once clocked in employees seem to come alive and customer service becomes a little better.

I had the nicest experience at a dealership I have ever had with Thoroughbred Nissan. Buying a used car is usually a big hassle, but Carl Falwell and Brandon Young made my experience super smooth and I couldn't have asked for better service. If I need to get another car in the future, I know where I'm going!

Lobby was not clean. Car interior was not vacuumed. Rep too bubbly when mispronouncing my name and then became offended when I requested she not say my name aloud in the lobby. Car ran beautifully.
