Spent over $1000 for window tint on a new tesla. Car was left an absolute mess and liquid stained front passenger seat. Car was only a month old. Entire interior was full of tint solution stains, all 4 door panels with stain runs, dash full of stains. Dirty hand marks on interior railing above doors in interior. Did zero clean up when they finished and now my front seat is ruined. The rest I was able to clean up on my own but spending that much money for tint, I would think service would be better. Very unhappy. Suggest looking elsewhere for your tint.Update: They responded that they have tried to reach out several times to resolve the issue. They called only one time and left a call back number. I have called back 3 or 4 times and left multiple messages with no returned call. I think they just add those messages on reviews to appear they are trying to resolve issues when they are not.Update 2: Finally, the specialist stepped up to the plate and replaced the seat cover and returned my vehicle to original condition. It took a lot of time and effort to get here, but happy they took ownership of the issue and corrected it. This is the first bad experience I had here after several vehicles tinted in the past with no issues.Services: Sun control window tinting, Vehicle window tinting

The team over at the Specialist have handled multiple vehicles of mine both personally and professionally. The latest vehicle that the did both PPF and window window tint on I attached the video here, impeccable work they are craftsman with their trade and aim to please Johnny over the Specialist is who I personally deal with and he is more than knowledgeable, hard working, honest, and aims to please you the client with every little detail! Without a doubt, would not recommend another shop in town! Top-notch!

Johnny was incredible! Very professional and honest. I would say workmanship but instead I will say true craftsmanship! I will definitely steer everyone I know to The Specialists. The name says it all! I am DEFINITELY going there for all future work. I will trust no one with our vehicle but them! Johnny, from the bottom of my heart, thank you NOT only was the install perfect and crisp but the deal you gave us was heavenly.

I had my vehicles windows tinted at The Specialists on North Fairview Avenue and I am extremely satisfied with the results. This is the third or fourth vehicle they have done for me in the last few years and have never had an issue with their workmanship.The window tint is very high quality and the application was done professionally in a few hours. The vehicle is much more comfortable to drive now.The manager (Johnny Diaz) answered all of my questions and made sure that I was satisfied with the selection before it was applied. Went in to inquire about possibly re wiring my stereo or something. Gentleman at front desk was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and although couldn't sell me anything, he still took time and explained options to help me achieve what I was looking for. I felt extremely comfortable here, trusted they knew what they were doing, and hope to give them some actual business in the future. I appreciate you, thank you.

We have used these guys to put on paint protector shields on two almost new cars. They are highly professional and very friendly and helpful. Christian, who did the work on the BMW, went the extra mile and took out a few minor scratches for free. Would highly recommend this place!

I had paint protection film applied at the Specialists on the auto mall this past week. This was my second experience with this shop and I couldn't be happier. This latest application was for a full front-end protection for my new 4runner. Simply put, Christian Salgado, the application professional, did an amazing job. The work was completed with great attention to detail. Christian was more than interested in providing a finished result that exceeded my exception and I must admit to being a bit of a perfectionist. Johnny Diaz, the store manager, was polite and professional and went above and beyond to assure my complete satisfaction. The cost was very reasonable considering the level of time, effort and materials involved.

This place was recommended by the auto glass installer. We were on a RV trip and broke a window. The Specialists had a place to drop my trailer. They were very profesional as the check-in and out was very quick. They completed the tinting in record time. Would highly recommend this place.

I reached out, through email, looking for tint and paint protection film quotes and spoke with Luis who was extremely knowledgeable, patient with all my questions and gave me great feedback with some of the things I was thinking of. Their guarantees on their work really made me comfortable especially since there's not a whole lot of examples of the cars they work on, which just had me thinking they might be doing a lot more work than what they share on Instagram. So I trusted them, dropped off my car, got to go through some tints with Luis and he gave me some great suggestions and none of it was up selling me on anything, I literally didn't pay more money by going with his suggestions. The next day I picked my car up and, I was really surprised at their attention to detail. My last car had PPF done in Phoenix at a shop that does tons of supercars, and they didn't do such a great job, so I tried to lower my expectations, but damn I can't believe how great then did. I'm super happy with the work, I'd go again and I recommend anyone take their car to the specialists! Thank you Luis and the team for all the help!Services: Paint protection, Vehicle window tinting

The team at this location is amazing! Johnny and David were a great assistance in helping me get a great upgrade to my audio system and a backup camera for my 07 Avalanche. The prices were fair and the service was exceptional!

Only place I trusted 2 put a whole system in my new Hybrid Camry 24 SE. Its all fosgate. I kept my radio which is needed for this car. They rewired the whole radio wiringfor the new system. They installed two amps a mono 1500 watt and a 600 watt for the door speaker's. Man this place is highly recommended. Seriously check out the pics

I called Jon Diaz at 10 this morning and asked if he had a Bluetooth touch screen radio with backup camera that would fit my 2008 F150. Oh, and I'm leaving on vacation in two days, any chance you could do it today or tomorrow? At 3 in the afternoon I picked it up, the new unit looks like the factory put it in and works perfectly. The installation went easier than they expected and he charged me a little less than originally quoted. You might find a cheaper offer somewhere else (not by much on the hardware, they were competitive) but you get what you pay for especially on the installation. These guys are honest, knowledgable, skilled, hard workers and they have parts in stock. Awesome! My 2008 feels a lot newer!

My husband surprised me with a Brand New Stereo & Backup Camera for my car. Johnny helped him through the entire process. The Entire Crew on Friday was Amazing. Great place, Excellent Service & Rick the Owner is always great. Can't thank you guys enough! You all kept the secret for me & I was excited. Highly recommend this store.

I have a 1968 Convertible Camaro that has been highly customized. The sound system however was old school, and I was looking for an upgrade to modern technology, with a modern look. Getting a modern sound system to fit properly in an old car, and look like it belongs, is no small feat. Johnny Diaz and the team at The Specialists did an outstanding job. The sound is truly incredible, and the entire system looks like the car came from the factory this way. HUGE THANK YOU to Johnny!

I called the morning of and was able to get right in to the Fairview location. I dealt with Daniel Drachman. He was very knowledgeable of the products, and he was patient with me when I had questions. I was quoted a time of about 3 hours, but they were done in just under 2 hours. They were able to give me a table so I could do some of my work while they did their work. Overall, I was very happy with this experience, and I will be sending friends and family to The Specialist for whatever they need. Highly recommended!Service: Vehicle window tinting

They did a good job installing the dashcams in my new truck. Quick and painless. Had a slight snafu that I didn't notice until I got home and had to drive all the way back to get it sorted (the auto up/down on my window stopped working), but they had me come back and got it all fixed in a couple minutes. They honestly made the dealership I got the truck at look bad, as it took the dealer 3 hours just to install a bed rug and it took these guys less than 2 hours to install the dashcams (running wires under panels and tapping into the ignition wiring). Highly recommend due to their professionalism, quality of work, and all the employees I interacted with were very kind and understanding.

Made an appointment to get my windows tinted and new stereo. Showed up for appointment and it got canceled and was not notified. They had me leave the car over night or I would have to wait longer. I get a call it was done. They did not hook the back up camera up and the sound was crackling. Brought it back they hooked up the back up camera and informed me I needed new speakers. I was told my speakers would be compatible. Sounded better with the stock stereo. The tink was the only good thing about the experience. That was not worth 2 Uber rides.Service: Vehicle window tinting

I was thinking about bringing my vehicle in from out of state because these guys used to be the best.Called all 3 locations to finally get luis from the automall location on the phone. It was a very dry conversation with luis who was not very enthusiastic about taking my money. I had to ask him to look my vehicle up to make sure what parts I would need and he told me my key is chipped which it is not. Its a bare metal key. No chip. Luis gave me a price of around 800 for the alarm I wanted, which is very pricey. Got off the phone with more questions than answers but the conversation was already unpleasant before the high price so I decided to just call around.Audio Express is installing my viper 5806v for around half the price Luis quoted. I remember the specialists costing a little more but almost double price is outrageous. I recommend you shop around before spending your money here.

Johnny Diaz helped me get my car all set up with a top of thebline alarm system, key fob and remote engine starter. I couldn't be happier with the results. I'll be back for any speakers I might need. Shout out to Jermey and Fransico for their expertise.
