Charged me half a grand for a car window regulator and then told me I can't even get an uber credit because my car just got out of warranty, even though I'm paying for work. Called around to try and get the work done somewhere else and was told tesla tries to keep a monopoly on their parts, that it's difficult to get parts through them, and to just bite the bullet. Might just sell this car because of the constant poor service and Nickle and dime via their dealership. Didn't even diagnose my vehicle for all issues mentioned as the sun roof should of also been diagnosed. It's the worst service I've ever dealt with with any high end car I've ever had.

Terrible customer service from their "service" department. I was told to bring my car in earlier than my scheduled appointment due to worsening issues. It's been sitting in their parking lot for four days, and they just told me they won't be working on it until my original scheduled appointment on Thursday. They tell me my car isn't safe to drive, but they won't work on it for almost a week!They won't give me a courtesy vehicle or credit for an Uber. So I am stuck without a car and at their mercy as to when I might be able to get my car back.Who treats their customers like that?

Absolutely horrible service department. Took my car in at 8:30am for a "three hour" diagnostic on the failing charging port after being told it was likely covered under warranty. After 6 hours I received a notice in the app that my $600 repair was complete, and I couldn't pick up my car without paying first. After dealing with FOUR different employees and being given different stories from all of them, I was finally told that they went ahead and waived the charge and it was ready for pickup (3 hours later).Then, I arrived and took my car home. Upon plugging it back in, I discovered that the port was actually NOT replaced, and instead they reinstalled my original part, which is now no longer functioning at all. After calling back and dealing with another set of employees, I am being told by the service manager that they aren't liable for breaking things during diagnostics. Now I need to find a different, reputable shop that actually is capable of repairing this issue that is now COMPLETELY BROKEN.Save yourself the time and effort: have a real mechanic perform the work on your Tesla, or you'll be left in the same spot as the rest of the reviewers here; with a broken car.

Wonderful experience with Tesla Service. Had a small nail in my tire, called on Saturday, Manuel worked me in that day but I needed to reschedule. I called this morning and Stephanie worked me in as a walk-in, had tire plugged within 30 minutes and while I waited was able to do some work from the conference room. Wonderful experience. I m so happy with my Tesla Model Y!

This place has incompetent techs. We took our tesla in for service in late November. Then we needed a new hose not even a week later. Had to take it back and they had it for a week. Have had it back barely a week and it's leaking again. Would never buy a tesla again after working with these people. The unbelievable incompetence.

I dropped off my 2020 Model S LR+ for a tire rotation, and to check if I had issues charging my car.Two mobile technicians came to my house prior to look into the charging issue. Both technicians were very professional, answered my concerns, and were friendly.I dropped by car off today around 8 AM and had my car back after I ate dinner the same day.When I received my car back it felt brand new. My Model S rides much smoother from the tire rotation.I received my car back charged from about 50% to about 85%. My car came back clean with no issues and Tesla took amazing care of me. The team also updated my car which was nice. After the update I noticed my speakers sound clearer than before.It was so convenient being able to drop my car off in the parking lot, confirm my arrival in the app, receive $100 in Uber credits, and get back to my car feeling brand new later the same day!I look forward to my next service visit when the time comes.Thank you Tucson Tesla Service Team. I am thankful for the exceptional customer service I received today.Services: Electrical repair, Tires

ALL of the staff was friendly and easy to talk to. I probably spoke to 6 employees total and they were all extremely easy going.Service was easy to schedule and the repairs were relatively quick. Clean facility with snacks, coffee, and water.Gotta love being able to get some service work done without anybody offering me a quote for trade in value so I can upgrade to the newest model
