Ive been taking my vehicles to TCR 2 for many years now. I have been for the most part very pleased with the work and service. When issues do come up, which is common in the automotive industry, they have always very prompt in taking care of the problem. Andrew, the owner, as well as his staff are very friendly and professional. I am very pleased with the resent work done to my 2014 Silverdado 2500 HD. They replaced my entire suspension and front end with top of the line products. As well as motor mounts and valve cover gaskets. Feels like Im driving a new truck. If you want honest and professional work I highly recommend TCR 2 for all your automotive needs.

I took the truck there for an alignment on my 10 inch GMC that has the Lyft and large tires. They were fast efficient and had great customer service. I will use them again. You can t go wrong here in and out.

This was my second time getting work done at this shop and they re wonderful. I previously got an alignment done and went back to get my brakes done. The staff at TCR are very helpful, kind, patient and the work is reasonably priced. I will continue to go here and recommend this place to anyone I know.

I would like to thank Andrew and the rest of the team that helped out with the suspension of my 2007 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD with a 6" lift, amongst a few other issues. I want to thank all who were involved in attempting to find the issues with my trucks suspension, alignment, and lift, going over options and solutions and resolving the issues. All in all, everyone was a great help, excellent customer service, all the reps that helped me out in person and throughout countless phone calls during the entire process were awesome. The truck ended phenomenal, and the work done along with the parts is exceptional. I am nothing short of grateful for the work and to the staff. Just a brief description, had to get some work on a few control arms, a few other pieces for the suspension, and a few parts on the lift kit, new crossmembers and then some. Once everything was done, my truck was left looking amazing and I have had a few days to drive it, test it out, and it the end product along with the ride was very smooth. Thank you all for everything.

Took my 1959 Resto Mod Apache for alignment. Dropped Grace my Apache off at 0800. The truck has a Heiidts Super Ride Independent front suspension with a four link rear. Tech told me they have experience with that type of suspension and could definitely align it . Got a call one hour later and he gave me the specs on the alignment and what they wanted to do to fix the tire wear issue. One hour later Grace was ready for pick up. Grace drives straight no pull left or right. I don t leave Grace with just anyone but would leave her with them anytime Awesome job Awesome Service.Service: Wheel alignment

Outstanding service from the minute I got there. The service tech was really knowledgeable as to what needed to be addressed and explain why so I can make some of those repairs needed immediately and some that could still wait, They work with me to get good prices on the parts calling around to get the best price possible. Highly recommend this place, oh yeah! And they have the best massage chair I ever been on, while you wait in the lobby!

My wife and I have been taking our vehicles to your establishment since you opened your shop on speedway, I've always thought you consider me as a valued customer even though I wasn't bringing in a $100,000 off road vehicle ! Please continue to treat the regular customer the same as the BIG off road truck owners

Really awesome service Cisco was really great and straight forward about the work needed to my corolla they even stay 30 minutes late just to have my car ready same day and it is now driving great I am definitely coming back here again

Picture this you show up and dude calls you by name as you walk in the door the first time you ve ever been there. You check in and give him the key and kick back in one of their rocker/recliners and watch tv while scrolling some reels on your phone. As time passes quickly by, they fix the alignment you messed up when you changed EVERYTHING suspension and steering related on your 1998 GMC 4x4 Jimmy. They charge you less than the tire guys charged you last alignment and you leave a happy camper with your truck rolling along like a dream. Yeah it was like that!

I love the way they showed me the work that needed to be done. I went in for an alignment and they pointed out my serpentine belt was cracked in many places. I didn t know and really appreciated them pointing it out and how important it is. 5 stars

Knowledgeable, super courteous and straight forward. Took my JK in for an alignment and learned the lift from the dealership was lacking. Took the time to show me what the root causes were and recommended the proper correction. They know their stuff and I m happy I found them. Great waiting area as well!

I contacted TCR because I experienced a death wobble while pulling a 5th wheel on the highway. When I explained what happened, they knew what the problem was and got me in quickly. I was kept informed of the progress of the repair.TCR staff was very professional and they did a great job repairing my vehicle.

The gentlemen working here know their craft. I was referred here by a church friend (says Costco also recommends them), shopping for wheels and tires for a dually truck. Jyse helped me. He took the time to answer all my questions, and even additional explanation. He showed me several options, with the pros and cons, but never tried to talk me into anything. Even gave me pointers regarding how to take care of my diesel. They offer a military discount, and comfortable waiting area. The only reason I didn't give 5-stars is their price is not the lowest I found. However, they guarantee their work, and I would go back to them in the future.

From the moment I stepped into TCR I was welcomed and even with my usual requests they were more than accommodating, the tech took his time and explained everything to me about my alignment. The front desk was very personable TCR is top notch! I will definitely be back.

Took my 22 Tundra into TCR yesterday for maintenance. As always, the boys at TCR greeted me professionally and had everything ready to begin work on my truck. These guys always take care of me and I must say that the mechanics and technicians really know their sh ! They will not recommend any new parts unless you absolutely cannot get anymore miles out of the existing you currently have on. They also put the lift and 35 s on about a year ago and I haven t had a single issue. Thanks Andrew and crew!!! Tony, may you rest easy my friend. Much love. A job that was to take 2 or so hours took 5.I went in for an alignment an from what I see they really didn't chang much. I don't know if that is good or bad. they also soled me to replace my brakes on the rear of my van, but because they do not reface the rotor I had to buy new rotors. what I though would be a 2 to 3 hundred job need up bing over 8 hundred. the staff was nice.

First visit to this shop, staff was cordial, got my truck checked out at appointed time. I had no issues that needed addressed related to front end alignment, I had just put on new tires & wanted to be sure. They didn t charge me anything which I appreciate that they didn t just say something was wrong to make a buck. I ll definitely go back if I have another need

Not a very good experience for lowering an Acura TLX. I was told that I could approve the lowering level but it was done when I picked it up. Camber is off and they seriously couldn't install brake caliper covers. AND it was a few hundred more than I was quoted. Freaking Pep Boys could've done better. They had metal and cardboard boxes sitting on m�y trunk lidvand back seats (scratches everywhere) I won't be back unless they make it right. When the gentleman showed me my car he placed the still heavy boxes on my trunk. Also I don't have the adjustment keys to my suspension. 1200 just for the install and I gott screwed. It's not as low as I requested and they seriously couldn't install simple caliper covers, yet charged me more. Make it right and I'll change my review. Suspension is of which screws my 400 dollar a piece tiers, and it looks almost stock height.

Experts at what they do!Their friendly staff engages you as soon as you walk through their doors. Staff is knowledgeable and experienced!They cater to the customer, above and beyond!! They gave me 2 dozen Tortilla's during my visit! I'll be back!!
