I was introduced to Mark over 30 years ago by my Dad. Not only is he a wonderful person, he is the most honest, reliable, hardworking mechanic I know. I've send everyone I know to his shop and not once has anyone been disappointed. He is Absolutely amazing.

Mark is totally AWESOME! All of my repairs have been top notch with very reasonable fees from him and his staff. Definitely my go to shop here in Tucson. Their name says it all!

Mark was going to sell his business to one of his mechanics but that didn't happen. Where did the mechanics go after Mark sold to Next Leve ?I had scheduled maintenance done, replaced timing belt on Chrysler 300. The work was done for what they estimated the cost would be, they did the job right, replacing components (water pump etc) since they were already in there, and the car has never run better.Fantastic job!

After reading all the reviews on Google and Next Door I felt confident going to Superior Automotive Repair for the first time today. I have to agree with the majority of 5 stars reviews. Excellent service, price was very reasonable...it even came in under what Mark (the owner) estimated! ...WHAT!! It was a joy to pay my bill because Mark only didi what was necessary and was patient enough to answer a number of my questions. I will definitely use this company in the future when needed.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Auto brake replacement

Mark and his staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and kind. You can tell they love what they do by the work they put into your vehicle. We've never had a problem with the work they've done. We totally recommend them if your looking for someone to care for your vehicle.

Been going to superior since I was 16 and had my first car in high school. I'm 29 now and I still am proud to get my mechanic work done at Mark's shop. Hes honest and very, VERY, reasonably priced! Thank you for the great service always Mark!

Had to have my car towed and dropped off. Was told they were booked through the week but they managed to diagnose and fix within the next day. Very fairly priced and quality work. Will definitely be using them more often.

Mark of Superior Auto is the most honest mechanic I have ever known! The mechanics he employs are the absolute best and do the job right the first time. I have used their services around 30 times and have never been disappointed by the service they provide. I have recommended several people to them and they echo the same thoughts.

The owner is the best!! I always get top-notch service from them, and they have affordable pricing. You may want to call ahead to make an appointment or ask when a good drop off time is because they are always busy. They do oil changes, but you have to get in as soon as they open to avoid a long wait and they may still have vehicles ahead of yours from the day before.

Mark is the best mechanic in town. He won't scam you. Have been seeing him with different cars for years. Honest reliable and trustworthy. Jim click said we had all kinds of problems with the car but taking it to mark nothing is wrong. He won't do you wrong. Go to him!

Mark and his Crew are the Best! I had them check out a 03 Ford Ranger I picked up for my Daughter to drive. They did a fantastic job looking it over for Safety and couple minor needed repairs. Great Job Guys! Thank you.Bobby B.

I have known Mark Vuletti, owner of Superior Automotive on Research Loop, for about ten years now, and have used him to repair and maintain my vehicles exclusively. Besides being a great guy, always with a smile on his face, he is a great mechanic, and employs two other great mechanics. Most important, he is honest. Really! That's why he is always busy. Even in the recent depression/recession his business did great when others were foundering. Because his customers are loyal. At least three times in the past I have brought him my car and he didn't charge me anything, because he fixed it so easily, or he could find nothing seriously wrong. In such cases I always give him a twenty or so in gratitude for his being honest. When he fixes my cars I always give him ten or twenty more than he charges because I know I got quality work. And I well remember in the old days when mechanics would cheat me, or try to. Mark is the best.

Brought my daughter's car here after an expensive diagnostic from Firestone for a second opinion! Best move ever! Firestone had reported things wrong with the car that were not wrong and the estimate for repair went from $1600 at Firestone to $200 here! What a wonderful honest place! I highly recommend taking your car here!

This place is always a great experience for me and my mom. Mark is as honest as the day is long. No matter what we show up with, he can and does fix it!!! I wish I could give this place 1000 stars because that is what Mark deserves!!!

If you're looking for a 100% reliable, trustworthy, honest, very reasonably priced, no bs shop, go see Mark. I work at Costco and I was referred to go see Mark by a couple of my coworkers who have been going to him for years. I met Mark today and Hes such an easy going and friendly guy. Everyone wants their own go-to shop/mechanic, I found one here with Superior automotive. Will be back without a doubt and will refer it to friends!

Mark is honest about the work that needs to be done and charges fairly for his labor and parts. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to Superior Auto, especially if you've gotten a high repair quote from somewhere else.

Very poor communication. I called in regards to a specific part that I needed fixed on my vehicle. They said they d give me a call back if they had the part in stock. A day went by and no call. When I called to ask if they were able to get a hold of that part, the guy who answered the phone said no. After asking why they couldn t give me a call back to let me know, guy said he was too busy and hung up. Awful customer service and awful communication from this shop.

Exceptional business! They were recommended by a friend when I moved to Tucson. I always feel confident with their work. I especially love that they DO NOT talk down to us women. I recommend them often.

I came here to get my belts replaced on my vehicle. They were pretty quick and I felt that they were reasonably priced for all the work they did. Place looks like a hole in a wall but, they provided me with great service, would recommend again.

One of the few straight-shooter mechanics in town. Do yourself a favor and go to Superior. They fixed my brake system and AC system for far less than anybody else quoted and the repairs WORKED. No return visits or surprises.

Loooooooooooooved this place!!!! My car had been overheating and after a frustrated experience at Garrigan's on Wilmot and Golflinks... Mark from Superior Auto Repair took care care of the problem fast, inexpensively y super kindly. Highly recommended.
