CROSS-STATE MEMBERSHIPThe fact that I have a membership in San Diego and just pulled into Tucson today! I was able to wash the car ( you know the bug thing while driving) and no questions asked.I see you Super Star car wash.And there is complementary glass cleaner. I hope you don't change these perks. Maybe San Diego can learn a thing or two from you.I've had the membership forabout a year and I will not change it. The pressure could be better overall. I wash my car every week so this is probably a mute point. The best benefit is that if it rains and drizzles for an entire week, you can wash your car for an entire week at no cost. Love that. Most impressive are large bay areas (at this location) to vacuum and clean your car. I recently had an outstanding experience at Super Star Car Wash, and I couldn't be happier with the service. The staff, particularly Humberto and Alfredo, were incredibly friendly and professional. Their warm greetings and attention to detail made the entire car wash process a pleasure. The team's commitment to excellent customer service is truly commendable. I highly recommend Super Star Car Wash for their exceptional service and the fantastic attitude of their team members!

I used a free coupon, but my car looks great. After the wash there is an area to pull in to dry off any remaining wet spots, vacuum interiors, and check air in your tires. They make it quick and easy. Not sure how much they normally charge, but this may be my new go to car wash!

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!Every time I go here, I m wowed at how different it feels than other car wash places in Tucson. The staff is always so friendly, especially Solomon, the manager to my knowledge, and they always make sure I m taken care of. I love that I can vacuum out my car, clean my floor mats, and make sure my windows are sparkling at any time, any location! It s all self serve!! I seriously can t recommend this company enough, and especially this location. So well attended to, always clean, and again, THE STAFF IS AMAZING. I would give it 10 stars if I could, but 5 is all I m allowed. One more shout out to Solomon, my main man when I pull through here. You re the best. Genuinely love having a membership here.

What a fabulous experience. Clean, simple to get in and out on a busy day in traffic, and what a great management team (I know, it s a car wash .but hear me out- I m a traveling nurse and wash my bar A LOT.The machines are brand new and made my filthy car look amazing! They provided plenty of clean Towels, window cleaner, and of course the high powered vacuums and compressed air to blow out the vents and tiny crumbs. You can really tell this place takes pride in this service they provide. Alfredo the manager personally helped me decide which package to get and why without pressuring me one bit. This is the nicest car wash I ve been to in Tucson hands down.

This is such a great car wash! I have such an amazing experience every time. The staff is super friendly and helpful when it comes to assisting me with my wash and my membership. Beto was super helpful with choosing the best wash for my car! I will definitely continue business here!

Recently went here cause I saw some new locations in town and I m always excited to see what the new companies in town bring. Pulled up to the first spot and the employees were all so very nice and helpful. They helped me pick out which tier is best for me, and I went through. Solomon, who I believe is a manager of some sort, helped me so much in particular. Great to see companies still hire helpful and knowledgeable young men! 5 stars, will be visiting anytime I need a car wash!!

I got a membership at this place when it first opened and I really enjoy all the workers there. It definitely is a safe environment and everyone is really friendly around the vacuum areas especially Solomon. He struck up a conversation with me and made me feel like apart of their community. Definitely recommend this location

The best car wash in Tucson hands down! I have a membership and have always had a great experience every time I ve went! love all the resources and how everything is always clean and restocked well! I think it s cool I get to see the same staff whenever I go so I gotta give a shout out to my guy Soloman! He s always doing the Job with a smile and helpful if I have any questions.

Best car wash hands down! It provides free air for you tires, towels and glass cleaner. It s always really clean as well. Julian was very helpful and kind. He answered all the questions I had. Will be recommending to my friends and family.

Great car wash! Employees are very helpful. Free vacuums, air hoses to blow off excess water AND to inflate your tires. Free towels and window cleaner as well. Prices are very competitive with other car washes too.

My visit today to Superstar on Orange Grove had the most unsurpassed customer service than any other car wash I have been to. Kianna presented to me in depth and in detail the various options available to me as a customer. Kianna has a professional, respectful and knowledgeable attitude. She has me sold!! And I definitely will be sharing my experience with Friends and Family. Thank you Superstar for a Superstar employee. Kudos to Kianna s professionalism and kindness.

Love this place! It is clean and well kept, the staff is very kind and doesn't pressure you to buy a monthly plan. The clean 'free' use towels, window cleaner and dash cloths are a bonus! This place has the BEST vacuums I've ever used. Keep up the good work!

Jorge is an awesome associate who is very friendly and professional. He explained the services, plans, and benefits in detail. Jorge's positive and energetic personality is very much appreciated by customers like me. It is because of him that I decided to be a member of Super Star Car Wash. I was so impressed with Jorge that I made sure to provide a positive feedback to his Supervisor and GM Alexis, who was quite happy to hear about what a great job Jorge is doing.Everyone on this team is doing a great job under the expert leadership of Alexis, but Jorge really stands out as an example to be followed. Their wash, though automatic, is so fast & thorough it's definitely the best choice when you need a clean car on the run. And if you have the time, the vacuums, drying rags, and glass cleaner they provide are amazing. Super Star is absolutely my first choice when I need a car wash!

I 'USED' to love Mister carwash!! Researched a few local car washes after reluctantly deciding to venture out on a new limb and see if there's anything that compares to Mister- that's the only car wash I really know beside Blue Whale/Octopus. The main thing that attracted me was the fact that it was nearly � the cost of Mister.I'm 'Super' glad I did. I loved the fact they give you a dash/wet wipe and an air freshener, they had free towels for you to dry and wipe down the inside. They even have bottles of glass cleaner. The icing on the cake is that they also have air for your tires at the vacuum's

Best and cleanest wash in town! I was very impressed on the quality this wash provides my car has never looked this good !! Spoke with sales guy Julian he was amazing and very informative. The manager Alfredo and his team are doing great things here. Will be back for sure

New customer here and I have to say this place is second to none. I got a monthly subscription and when they say the first 2 car washes pays for itself, they weren't lying. It does and it has made my car look brand new again. I go 1-2 times a week and my car hasn't looked this good since the first month I owned it. I'm so glad I found them and of all places I find them on Facebook.They have different subscriptions that I believe let you use the vacuums free for all of them. They supply you with a dash wipe and an air freshener every time you go through the wash. If you use the vacuums there are towels there for you to use free of charge but be nice and leave them in the dirty towel bin before you leave. They are free to use, not to take home with you.The employees are all very helpful and very friendly. It doesn't matter who you are or what you drive they help everyone with a smile on their face.Go try them out, you won't be disappointed.

I had an awesome experience at this car wash, it was my first time here and Gabe helped me out and gave me a free car wash, some dash wipes and air fresheners! I think I'm going to change my membership to this car wash because I like that it's open late unlike the other car wash I go to. It also has clean towels for me to use , a floor mat cleaner, and large parking spaces. Thank you to Gabe who made this an awesome first experience Services: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

I m visited superstar car wash today for the first time and was greeted by Luis and Ryan. They helped me pick out the best wash for my vehicle. They also let me know that the vacuums are free and they have towels to wipe down your vehicle. Very awesome place!!!

This car wash is clean and easy. The free vacuums and customer support is top notch. While cleaning my truck Humberto came over and asked if I needed help. Guys are always on top of it

Super Star carwash is one of the top car washes in Tucson HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!. The bets part is you get a new air freshener and dash wipes every visit, also free vacuums and window cleaner!!.

So I was looking for a car wash in the area an was recommend this specific one by a friend. I drove in a was greeted by a young man Luis I had asked why I should chose this place over others an he convinced me into coming back. I would recommend to have your car washed here.

Overall a great place! Nice new facility overall can't complain! Great car wash they give you a towel and a car freshener, great prices too! I love the vacuum, complementary towels, large parking spaces to clean your car under the shade! :) also Alfredo one of the managers is super nice and helpful!

I m a member of another car wash , but I came here and could not believe all they have to offer. Even window cleaner for the inside! The staff and management at the Orange grove location are excellent with customer service and the management was super helpful! Great carwash! I'm a once every 2 or 3 months user and it cleans all my road grime and bugs off every time! It's like a power wash for your vehicle. A+ friendly staff and powerful vacuums plus the have actual towels for you to use and a place to put the wet ones back.
