Joe showed up early but with a call which was perfect. He was very professional and very knowledgeable yet fast. He did the best job in a timely manner and the price was pretty decent as well. Speedy glass I would definitely recommend if you ever have to replace glass.

I really recommend speedy glass we had called and gotten online quotes from multiple places this place was affordable and the customer service was great sarah the receptionist was so sweet when I called. They were able to the window replacement same day. When my husband pulled in at our appointment time there was no wait they were done super fast. I am very happy with the service. I will be recommending this place for glass repairs and replacements!

Great service from Jeff and David . Travelling thru Tucson we got a chipped windscreen. Jeff was super friendly and got us in for repair as it fit our schedule. David greeted us , professional and friendly. Job well done!

I was referred to them by my trusted mechanic (Desert AutoTech) & I was very happy with the service. I called to get a quote - very affordable & the lady on the phone was super kind. They came to work south of Tucson and installed same day, Luis was kind, quick and efficient. 10/10

Got a chip in my windshield repaired here for a great price! Only took about 20 maybe 30 min. In and out quickly. All of the employees were extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

Came in with my 40 year old car and needed a new windshield gasket. Super friendly and fast. Great quality work and they were very respectful of my 40 year old interior also. 10 out of 10 these are my glass guys for all my projects cars now. What an awesome group of people! Speedy Glass is not just for windshields. I was able to use Speedy Glass as an alternative to a very expensive replacement of new windows with frames and a new patio sliding door. My window frames are in good condition but the glass, itself, was foggy. Speedy was able to replace the window panes on three windows (conditions apply) as well as replace the track and rollers on my patio door. I can now see clearly out of my windows and the patio door opens easily and locks for safety. Thank you Jeff, Sara and David!

This business offers a great service for a reasonable price for auto glass, and they stand behind their product with a good guarantee/warranty. Doesn't matter if you're paying out of pocket or with insurance, these guys are better than the big national brands. They are very friendly over the phone and in person. Plus, they offer military discount. I'm a repeat customer, and highly recommend them.Services: Auto windshield repair, Auto windshield replacement

Jeff, Sarah, and the staff were awesome. Competitive Price, great service, they installed my windshield within one hour. I bought here because of the staff. They were great. When I called Safelite, I never got a real person, and the robot kept telling me to do everything online. When I called Speedy Glass, I got a live person immediately and Jeff is the kind of person I like to do business with. Sarah was great too.

Jeffrey was great in helping with a cracked windshield replacement on my Alfa Romeo. He worked with my insurance, Tesla, and Alfa Romeo to ensure the repair went as smoothly as possible. Would highly recommend him and his shop for any glasswork.

So originally I gave a good review until I looked at my payment. I was told my window was $114 then they said when they came it would be $50 more because it s putty. After the guy went to get the putty then came back put the window in which looked great. Really cool guy. I was frustrated because when the lady took my quote she said it will be the $114 like the original price and I said okay but then got charged $10 more which annoyed me. They texted me my receipt then the guy was already gone but I m not calling back because I don t want to make myself even more upset or say something negative. I m not saying people shouldn t get glass here but I would recommend paying in person or maybe triple checking or paying in person what s going on so you don t get screwed like I did. They made me sign the paper before I even seen my receipt. What a shame. The guy who came was amazing and did an amazing job but the office part was not it for me. Speedy glass was great! They were able to send out a mobile unit the same day requested. I did need to go into the shop to have an adjustment performed on the window, but they handled that quickly. Everyone was friendly and a joy to talk to.

We ordered a tempered glass shower panel from them and despite a few hiccups along the way, we ended up with a beautiful piece of glass. I would suggest that if/when they offer their free in-home measurement service, take advantage of it. Thank you!

Speedy Glass is fantastic, and they live upto their name! I called with an emergency broken house window on a Friday that needed to be replaced by the weekend. Speedy Glass came to measure immediately. I got a quote within a couple of hours, and my new window was installed by 3pm that same day. Amazing overall experience. When calling for info, Jeff was fantastic - answered all my questions and was able to schedule a mobile appointment for us very expeditiously. Joe showed up on time and did a terrific job removing the old windshield and installing the new one. No issues. This is definitely going to be my go-to place for glass! They do windshields and glass of all kinds. The service is honest friendly and welcoming!I went to speedy Glass after getting a chip and a brand new windshield I had done it another windshield place. I didn't feel like I could go back to that place because of the service that I received there. Speedy Glass was very happy to help me with my windshield repair. I then return to have glass cut for a table. Very happy with the service.Don't go to the D place that was a nightmare.

Jeff at the broadway wilmot location is a genuine good person. He took on a restore project when all others wouldn t. Because he was willing to think outside of the box for a solution I have a beautifully restored piece. Thank you Jeff!

Shattered the rear window on my RAM 2500 while passing through Tucson. Stopped at Speedy Glass to get it replaced. They did an adequate job of getting me in and replacing the glass, but in the process they cut the wire going to the defrost so no defrost. Only discovered it when I had some other work done on the truck. Speedy didn t tell me; just let me go on my way assuming I had rear window defrost. Also, based on a subsequent quote, they over-charged me by $140.

Stay away from this company. Total dysfunction from top to bottom. Called towards the end of September for a quote to replace a bathroom window. They came out in October 1 to measure and said I would get a call in the next day or so. Did not hear anything so after waiting 10 days I called to follow-up.The individual that answered the phone stated that the quote came up as $0 so she did not call me. She asked if I wanted a quote, which I said yes. Gave me a price and said it would take 7-10 days for the order to come in. Time passed and never got a call. Called back and got the same person. She stated there was supply issues and it was going to take longer than usual.Fast forward to December 17th, as I am still waiting. I call and ask about my order. The individual who answers my call says they don t have an order for me!! She gets the manager on the phone who stated he was going to look into it. He calls me back and the district manager is also in the phone. The manager stated that they had to fire the employee I spoken with the past couple of times because she was not doing her job properly. He said he would get someone out to remeasure the window and would rush the order through, along with giving a discount.Since the holidays were coming up I scheduled the remeasure for December 27th. They showed up promptly and reassured the window and again said I would get a call within 24 hours. Surprise surprise, I received no call.I call mid-January and the new manager said that he could not find an order for me. Shocking!!! He stated that he was going to ask another employee to see if he could find the order. He said if the order could not be found he would call me back the next day and personally come out to remeasure the window. Received no call and he didn t show up to remeasure.Clearly no one at this business knows anything about customer service. If you need a window replaced do not call these incompetent fools because you will be waiting months for nothing all the while being fed a bunch of b.s. Do all of us in Tucson a favor and close down!Service: Window repair

I had to break into my truck because I not only locked my keys in , bit my cell phone as well. Tried to break the little window behind driver's seat because I thought it would be less expensive. (It's not, by the way.). I also broke out the drivers side window when that did not work. They gave me a quote by phone to fix both windows and had an appointment for the next day. The actual cost of replacing the windows was even less than the quote. I'm very pleased with the overall experience, as well as the excellent work, timeliness, and customer service. I definitely would recommend this business should anyone ask.

I had a broken car window on Monday and I called on Tuesday and was able to schedule an appointment for Wednesday which was much sooner than I expected. I arrived and even though it was down an ally, there was a man who waved at me to drive in and was expecting me. I pulled in and the man who helped me was very nice and friendly. He vacuumed the glass out of my car and very quickly replaced the window as well as replaced a little part in the roll down handle. If I remember correctly, the man who helped me out was Chris. I highly recommend this shop.

Called for quote and got good price. The lady that answered phone really is not sure what she's doing. She's calling back to make sure of what she said or told me. Not to to complain about that with is good but needs little more knowledge on business. The day came when they were to show up and the games began. Lady called and said they were having trouble at store getting window in and would be on there way right after. I get that, said if I could make new apt for afternoon but gave me no time. 3 hrs later guy calls and said he's in benson and on the way. Gave address cuz lady at store didn't give it to them. 1hr later I texted him with what house looked like. He texted back saying he's still working on car in beson and will let me know when there. Confused I am to hear they lady say that were at store when they were at beson job, then there saying there on there way but still working on car. 1hr later they (2 guys) show up and don't get off all the sealer and only use scrapers and leave chunks of sealer left that when they put my new seal on lumps and bumps all over it and in some place it pushing up the seal for water to get in. They had no silicone lubes for gasket and had to use my 303 spray cuz they didn't know what to use besides water. Where are the supplys in the truck. So the company should really evaluate those 3 employees quick. I'm not very happy with the job. This company used to be awsome. What's really going on with the quality. Please contact me owner and manager. Got to talk to manager and district manager. Said he send a professional out to fix the clowns job next day and sent same jokers back. Wth! All they did was argue with me and tell me the gasket need to settle. The spent 20 minutes clean the rubber off and put seal back in and does same thing. Over heated chris manager telling them that if I harrassed them to just leave. There was never any harassment at all and just let them do there thing and they left. Again I spent 20 minutes cleaning up after these jokers. Left all kinds of sealer all over the floor and didnt clean up any of there mess again. Pretty disapointed with them. Have used them for 8 vehicles and now I never use them again. Just a mess. Disrespectful employees. Talking in spanish so they thought i couldn't understand. That's dumb! Chris told me they fired all 3 employees but didn't and then said these are the only guys I have right now. Should be enbarrest to treat people like this and exspect to get paid.
