Had my car battery replaced within about 40 minutes of arriving. The manager, Gilbert, was courteous and the young man who did the work attended to it efficiently. No complaints here.

Bought tires from Sam's Club a little over a year ago and realized I had a slow leak in one tire. I called and scheduled for the tire to be repaired and all 4 rotated. Dropped car off on the day and time scheduled, and within approximately 45 minutes they called and said it was ready to be picked up. I noticed on the paperwork it said the tires were rotated but nothing about the repair. I asked the man that handed me the keys about it and he assured me that the tire had indeed been repaired. 2 days later my light for low air came on and I knew they never repaired it. I took it to Discount Tire who repaired it at no charge, which they do for everyone even if you don't buy tires from them. They found a screw in the tire. I can see why this store has low ratings.

The staff at this location are glorified Nazis. They give me trouble for walking through the parking lot. The people in the tire shop constantly harass me when I walk through the lot to go to the QT, they've threatened physical violence on me multiple times and when I went to talk to a manager they wouldn't let me because I didn't belong to their little club. Sam's club is more like fight club. Save your money and go anywhere else

Friendly service at tire and battery, but I would suggest calling before you go to make sure they have what you need in stock. It will take about a week to get your tires or battery if they have to order it.

The worst experience I ve ever had. Waited two weeks for some tires that just seems to never arrive at Sam s club. Customer service is horrrible. DONT COME HERE

Told us Bay does were closed, as we saw they weren't from parking on that side then they were unable to change battery for us. We changed it out (since we had tools in vehicle) and tried to get the core but we were told No before 7PM the service area was closed and apparently customer service doesn't take batteries. So after finally getting groceries with my young kids and family we went to load up and many many transits were rummaging the parking lot making us nervous.

I had to call 3 times to find out if they had my tire size available, 2 of the calls were put on hold until I hung up and called back. 3rd time's the charm, I guess.

Great prices and they installed my new tires for 10 bucks each! Only took 40 minutes too for the whole experience. No waiting

This was a good deal on tires but when I went to get air in my tires they said they were closed but they weren't! Terrible service after the sale. I cancelled my membership.

They didn't answer there phone after 30 mins and just hung up. Then they didn't call for glasses.
