Absolute trash towing company... Paid for parking and displayed it visibly on the windshield. Yet, when we came back, the truck was gone, even though we had 3 hours left. We saw a guy running around so eager to tow cars, so I took these pictures before leaving the truck in the parking lot as evidence. We weren't charged, but absolute waste of gas and time for everyone, for something that was completely avoidable if they had just opened their eyes. Will look tomorrow for any damages to the truck.

This tow company is awesome hands down my favorite to work with in Tucson. Sheldon and his son.. so both Sheldon's are super personable and helpful guys good hearted dudes for the people, never ripped me off. His team has always been there for me when I needed them on multiple occasions.He fixed my mirror on my mom's car first of all the repair shop is quick easy and the pricing is well worth the quality of work.He's towed atleast two of my vehicles that I can remember within this year and they took care of them nothing broken no rough handling they were great.Alfonso just moved a specialty vehicle for me. It's just a low car (Mercedes) with no keys it's hard to move but that man made it look easy, knowledgeable and had the right tools on hand to work with. Thank you Alfonso and thank you Sheldon Sr. For lining that up for me kind sir mucho appreciated!!!!Your doing a great job guys. Well done.

My check engine came on and I coded it my self. It was either my fuel pump or fuel injectors. I was referred to this location and honestly I was very trepidacious about taking my car in. I thought I'd have to pay a fortune to get either one of these two problems fixed. To my surprise I met with the owner and his wife and told them my story. They were so kind and open to my story. They fixed my issue quickly and they didn't charge me for the labor. I also found out that they've been doing work in tucson for 20 plus years I'll never go to another mechanic.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Rushing & Sons are prompt when you need help and need a tow. They have a very kind and friendly staff. Their service is consistent and they are reliable! Highly recommended!

I parked at 5th and 7th downtown Tucson, paid at the kiosk and displayed the ticket on dash of car. I paid for 6 hours and entered my parking spot number which I verified I had done correctly. 3 hours later I came out and the car was gone. Called the phone number on the sign for this towing company multiple times and left many messages. They finally answered my call after 1 hour and 20 minutes of me calling. Finally got a ride to their location and they asked for $300. We said no, then they lowered the cost to $100. Although we showed them that the ticket was visible and paid correctly. Then they wrote down the credit card number and took pictures of it with their cell phones too. Never had a towing company do business like this. Usually if there is proof that you have correctly paid for parking, they will give the car back.

Rushing and Son's was there for me when I really needed them. I'm a 911 dispatcher and I had just worked a 12 hour shift and came out to a flat tire. I called and they sent someone out within 20 minutes to change my tire. The gentleman who came out was extremely polite and professional. It only took him about 5 minutes to change the tire as well because he had all the proper equipment. I highly recommend rushing and Son's to all my friends and family now! I parked downtown in a lot without paying and they towed my truck . I knew not paying that this could happen and it did . I thought it was going to be a horrible experience but actually i wouldn't want my truck to be towed by anyone else you could tell that they took care in removing and dropping it correctly and i was worried maybe there would be damage but there was none. The office lady was actually really nice , i apologized and she actually gave me a fair amount of the price off . Lesson learned i will always pay before parking ! Somtimes people get so upset at these companies just like they do police for getting tickets but you have to remember they are just doing what they have to and it was 100% my fault for not paying the 8$ i will actually be using this company whenever or if ever i break down. Wouldnt recommend anyone else in town. Completely respectful and actually gave me a deal . I see some of the reviews on here and im guessing that if they didnt wanna pay the tow fee they should have paid to park. 5 stars!

The service tech that arrived to my call, from THIS business, went above and beyond helpful. He showed up to a chaotic scene where other providers left me high and dry and waiting over 4 hours for a simple tire inflate. Will, was very professional, and courteous, despite my impatience and attitude from the frustration. Turned it all around. Used his intelligence and problem solved a solution. It is a sad state of affairs that only 1 out of 4 responders had enough problem solving skills to deal with a simple flat tire.

They lifted my car dragged it 6 streets and left it with the damage, office guy threatened me and the tow driver almost hit two people

Absolutely horrible situation. They towed my car from a space that had no signage indicating it was a No Parking zone. I was so anxious that it had been stolen but then a man came and told me they had been towing cars from this block all day long. So he gave me the number to call, and I called it. Peggy said that the fee was $300 plus $30 per day. Then, when I got there, the other woman tried to up charge me an administrative fee for an extra $150. WHAT?! Even though my car had only been there for less than 3 hours, there was no signage indicating we could not park there, and about 100 other cars were all parked there all day! They tried to squeeze me for $480! No ethics at all. I fought back and they generously brought the charge down to $330. But you know what? This was nothing more than taking advantage of a lucrative hustle to bilk people out of money during the Gem Show.

This company engages in predatory practices and violates AZ law. Rushing and Son's mandatory requirement on cash payment for towing is a violation of Arizona law - HB 2306. They impose exorbitant, arbitrary fees with forced cash payments. Their unethical conduct raises serious concerns about their integrity. Avoid this business and opt for a reputable automative company that follows the law, treats customers fairly, and offers transparent services at reasonable prices.Police should not have to be called in order to get your own vehicle back, especially when it shouldn't have been towed in the first place!

I parked in the paid parking downtown on 5th/7th. I paid for 6 hour parking at the kiosk. Had to input what spot number I was in. Usually when direct slots are assigned there is a computer system that saves that information for you. I paid attention to the kiosk, the signs and the receipt and no where did it state "place receipt in window of vehicle" looking around... maybe 1 or 2 people had it in their window. I came back 4 hours later and my car was gone. I called the tow company in the morning and they wanted to charge $510 CASH for me to come get it. They made a "deal" with me and gave me a discount to only pay $100 CASH ONLY (SUSPICIOUS..A COMPANY THAT ONLY DOES CASH).

This establishment is not only being run illegally but is extremely dangerous to enter. The workers are openly carrying firearms and blatantly threatened us. They were extremely rude and misogynistic. BEWARE avoid this business at ALL costs.

Steven really saved me today. I had been waiting 5+ hours with a shredded tire and no spare out in the middle of nowhere waiting for my insurance to send someone out to me. The other companies kept delaying and postponing the service until they canceled and I was getting desperate and my phone was no longer working. Thankfully Steven saw me on the side of the road and checked on me to see if I was okay. He towed me to my destination promptly and was very kind throughout the experience. Made me feel safe as a woman on my own in the middle of no where. Could not thank him enough for his kindness today.

Excellent mechanic. They've really helped with my fixer upper PT Cruiser I bought off a friend. They have on house towing and the windshield replacement center next door gave me the best price ($200 less than the internet quotes I received)

I was so nervous waiting on side of road for my insurance to find a tow company in network (this took long). I called and insurance advised they would find company out of network (since no one in network was responding) and not even 10 mins later the tow driver called me and was there in 5 minutes. I never pay car payments, I own my vehicles so I have used road side many times in the past and this by far was the quickest tow arrival I have ever experienced. Thank you again for helping me take myself and my car home safe and sound! It s already nerve racking because your car broke but waiting on side of road alone at night is scary, I cannot say thank you enough. Driver was very polite professional and even offered to put my car inside my garage without me asking. Over all experience was wonderful!

Absolutely disgusting how you "tow" I mean steal people's cars when they are clearly not breaking any parking enforcement laws. You demand a cash only payment which is very illegal. If they tow your car call the police immediately. This place is a scam!!!

Family of Thieves of the lowest caliber. What you get for shopping local in Tucson. They are so terrible they can't keep themselves off the news. How much time and how much money have they stolen from hard working Tucson folks? Withholding medication from a person you stole a car from is akin to evil.

Stop poaching cars for money. If you get towed by these guys, call the police to get your car back! No way you have to pay $510 CASH to get it back. Don t fall for the scam! Research them, they have a history of shady business dealings.

Had a great experience with Steve and Dusty after our truck broke down. They kept us informed of there whereabouts since we were an hour and half away from our destination. They were very nice and professional. Would definitely recommend this towing company!

The company canceled their mission directly calling me as we had been waiting on the side of the road for over 2 hours, the insurance did not seem to know they had canceled so we waited more until they could call someone else. They canceled just because I asked if they would take the two motorcycles instead of one (I don't ride at night). I would have taken a "no" for an answer, but not a last minute cancelation. When I called back they did not answer the phone or returned my call.

Needed a tow, talked to Peggy who s service was incredible, and they sent out Dusty. Dusty was right on time and extremely efficient, even helped us with our car real quick and didn t even need the tow. Amazing service and experience and service, made a real annoying situation a simple fix.

Steven had to drive 2 hours to do a 20 minute tow. He was cheerful, extremely competent and personable. We had a great conversation about our various race cars during the tow. Definitely a 5 star experience. HIGHLY recommended!

Fantastic awesome genuine From Ms. Peggy on Down to Erin(called her 4 times for a number I just couldn't get right had no pen to write with she repeated the number with a smile and a giggle in her voice each time) On down to the nice gentleman that checked each of my tires, and filled them with air. Was not the best situation I placed myself in however, Ms Peggy reasoning with me and making sure I got my vehicle back. Reassured me I was dealing with REAL SOLID PEOPLE!!!! THANK YOU FOR ALL THAT YOU DID FOR ME! YOU AND YOUR STAFF ARE SIMPLY THE BEST! NO OTHER TOWING SERVICE DOES IT Better; THAN RUSHING & SONS!!!!! No need to look else where the best is RIGHT HERE!!!!!!!

This evening Steven and dusty came to tow my truck and trailer when I broke down. They were both very pleasant and knowledgeable about solving the problems that were presented. Steven and dusty were very efficient and didn't waste any time. I will always use rushing and sons towing! They get job and done right!!Thank you!!

I live in South Florida and needed help in getting my car that was in Tucson towed, as well as having a key made. I made a call and spoke with Peggy, and she went above and beyond what I'm sure her normal duties entail. Not only was I able to get my car but also a locksmith to get another key. Before leaving Arizona for the long trip back she had her garage check over my fluids to be sure I could drive the car back to Florida. Also, she kept in touch with me through out the trip to make sure I made it back safely. I'm not sure you could find that kind of service at a lot of places. Definitely recommend to anyone! Illegally tows paid parked vehicles and then tells people to sue them for the funds if they want their vehicle. So insanely shady. Funny that vehicles are immediately turned over upon officer arrival. Disgusting business practices.

I ended up using Rushing & Sons Automotive for towing. On Friday, 07/23/21, I contacted Subaru Roadside because my car was dead (no electrical power). I was informed that another tow company was going to pick my car up within 2 hours. After 3 hours I notified Subaru Roadside, that the company never showed-up or even called. I asked Tucson Roadside to notify on Monday, 07/26/21. I was notified on Monday the Rushing & Sons Automotive would be arriving from 90 minutes to 120 minutes. I believe David showed up under 45 minutes. Now to compliment David, he was very professional, courteous, polite and patient. He explained exactly what he was doing and didn't mind me watching. The whole experience I had with David, I would recommend Rushing & Sons Automotive to anyone. Thanks for making me feel important!
