Junior, the master mobile tech was incredibly helpful. Knowledgeable beyond belief. Personality and kindness second to none. Very pleasant working with him, and the rush truck center of Tucson team. This Rush dealer is the best location I have ever been to. I was only there for parts. If you need Pete parts in Tucson this is the spot! Ask for or see Nathan! He is very knowledgeable and helpful, both of which are rare in these times. THANKS NATHAN!!!

These guys sold wrong parts for me. Then I came in 3 min back to refund my money they told what they can t cause I already tried to put it so I ll give 1 star for them and say people be good and polate. it was bad service guys

Went in for ac work on my cabover. They did great bit I wish they would of came and got me to raise my cab up and put it down because now my cab won't go up..it was in the up position on the pump the next day. So it begs the question why? It goes down by itself. Now it won't jack up. I just replaced these rams on here. That sucks.. edit also they ac lines on the pump were loose and i ost last all my juice in thr high dessert middle if summer for 2800 dollars..but they did call and offer 2800 of work at any shop they have a name on. Times are getting tough hope they meant it maybe cash in on that lol. Or maybe it's another warranty rebate scam like all the shops are selling ha duh

We arrived last Monday. We were told we had 9 trucks ahead of us, and would likely be Wednesday or Thursday before we could even have it checked by a mechanic to tell us what was wrong with it..... then Friday for sure. Each day has come and gone and still our truck hasn't been looked at. When the shop is open again on Monday we shall see.They are polite on the phone, but not having enough workers due to Covid is a weak excuse not to hire more. I cannot afford to keep sitting here and they seem to not care. I can understand waiting a bit to diagnose the issue, but this is becoming ridiculous.It is Tuesday and the truck had a diagnostic done Monday. Now the truck is being repaired. AC filters, and a DEF sensor. We will be very thankful for the repair being finished today.The 3 star review was because of how long it took to even look at the truck. After speaking with the shop, we are sure the work itself will be perfect. Thank you very much. I am glad to finally be able to pick it up when finished today.I left a message with the owner.The owner did call me back to apologize for the miscommunication on when the truck was supposed to be looked at. He further stated that this was not how it should have been handled by his team. He apologized and said our truck would be ready shortly, it was just doing a regen.That is something we have never had, someone contacting us and trying to correct the problem.Thank you

Absolutely horrible customer service in the service depth. Manger could careless if your loaded and need help. Not a let me see what I can do for you, just a flat out no! Was told to come in we can get you today. Show up. Who told you that maybe tomorrow maybe Monday. Was the response. As the manager gets in his pick up truck and leaves at 3:30 pm but they're open till 7pm

I came to this place 15min before closing. I talked to Nicole about a battery issue that I was experiencing. She immediately contacted the mechanics before they left and explained my situation to them. Nick and Ryan agreed to stay solve the issue. Within in a hr they found the problem and fix the issue. I personally thanked Nicole, Nick and Ryan for going above and beyond measures to ensure the issue was solved. Thank you again for your generosity. It was much appreciated.

My truck is been there for almost 2 months for a power steering pump now. Really frustrating and disappointed of this place. If I could I would have never taken my truck to get fixed . Every time I call they say the ae thing. Really frustrating

Hi, I would not recommend this place.. I would shop around.. I was here earlier today.. I went in fora carrier bearing replacement..Check out codesDpf cleanedAfter waiting in the waiting room for an hour or so. They came at me with the $2,800 estimate.. for a laundry list of things.. one of them was some cracking disc for front brakes, they were cracking but weren't that bad.. another was for a wheel seal on did not notice, the wheel seal was pretty bad..So anyways I tell him no I don't need all this done and why is it $666 4 labor alone on my wheel seal.. anyways some numbers were wrong or whatever..They come back at me with just the carrier bearing and a wheel seal.. for 1488 dollars.. the carrier bearing only cost $480 out the door... I asked them why is it $950 for a wheel seal, that's insane. I guess they had a couple of labor things on there that shouldn't have been..Anyways.. the diagnostic result was I needed for new batteries.. the charge for said diagnostic was $296.. which is what it is, I bit high in my book. 2 hours for them to put it on a computer and test batteries.. but like I said it is what it is...One last and man complain I have is at checkout, I noticed they charge me one hour of labor for inspecting my carrier bearing..I said why are you charging me an hour of labor for this I knew it was broken that's why I came here. The lady (which was a super nice young lady by the way no complaints there) she explained to me how that is their policy because if they don't inspect it and just change it and that's not the problem and ends up costing me more...Let me say that again, my carrier bearing needed replacing I walked into that dealership and told them my carrier bearing needs replacing, and at the end of the day they charge me an hour of labor for inspecting the carrier bearing.!!!This place likens to me as a money pit, certainly do not recommend going there.

I went in with a check engine light, Andy said it would be 2 hours before I can get in. Well in 3.5 hours and $1,311.59 I was out. The mechanic JR I think they caled him was good, smart kid. Andy seems a little rough around the edges (he did answer all my questions). overall I had a good experience. I would recommend this particular location to my friends.

I wish I could give them Negative star for their service. They took almost 2 months and charged around $9000 but didn t fix the truck completely.At the end they said they don t have system they can t fix the international truck. Take it to the other dealership.

I went there and they had no idea how to set my waste gate without serial # to motor. Found it on you tube in 10 minutes. It was 3 turns. Sure they know there stuff but why they have to confuse it with all the technical stuff. Have had good service from them before and have found many good parts here for my truck.

Worst customer service ever, been trying to call them for 2 days to see if they have a sensor and nobody ever answers the parts depth phones. What a joke they are.

Slow slow slow. Not only did they work on a truck who checked in AFTER me, they really don't have any giddy up n go. Been here four hours for a five minute rear diff sensor job, and I still haven't been move to a bay! I feel.bad for a couple, that have been here two days and are getting the shaft and run around. If the truck was owned by me, I'd move on down the road, but I don't and its warranty work... as long as they get to me in the next six months

Mechanic' s good, Rafael in the parts department is probably the best parts guy in town. But the service writer has no clue of what is going in the shop. Told me my truck had not been worked on yet when it is sitting in the lot done work already had been performed.

I recall taking my son there to purchase a Petebilt toy truck in red and got back there after the pandemic and was mislead by a white women I never seen before this who appeared to be misleading customers who been there before opposite her department and on the other side of the building in which had the gate opened but the door locked. She dipped over to the other department as if she had been speaking with someone who appeared not there and came back in seconds to feed me a hort of lies while adding insult to injury about her being there for 13 years and she'd never known Petebilt to sale these toys or have any casing that holds them while appearing to be on the other side of the location. Well it ended with she wasn't going to argue with me while my son stood present and others around us. First and foremost I don't know the lady, and based off what she was selling regarding lies, I'd assumed she became quite upset because what she was saying was being discovered and not trustworthy. My impression was she would tell anyone especially a person of color anything and since I've been in Trucking for 20+ years! I've purchased these trucks for my son over the past 8 years and I do remember every location across America where I have gotten them and I would just pull this out of the hat but when I told the woman I had a receipt and could show her she pulled back by saying she wasn't going to argue it has always been the disposition of these people who you know best and have proven your case while they hate to be discredited and look like a fool with these remarks and unfounded claims.

Excellent experience, even though service didn't open till 7am, service writer was early, 6am, and checked me in. Service was fast, everything was explained and I was back on the road, would give 10 stars if possible

Without a doubt the worst shop I've dealt with in 24 years. Excessive wait time ( 5 weeks ) and very poor workmanship and incompetence. If possible, bypass this shop

They have alot of stuff there!! Only thing I didn't like was that the guy helping me, was on the phone while talking to me and I was confused if he was talking to me or the person on his bluetooth. Rude...

Had a great experience at Rush Truck Centers of Tucson Arizona. Should truck probably won't be done till at least Monday but they had it done Friday afternoon awesome job guys
