I had an excellent experience with service on my Range Rover! Travis is amazing. He was very professional, caring, and extremely helpful. He also worked with my busy work schedule. I couldn't recommend a better service advisor. The service technician was super kind and helpful as well! I have always been hesitant to go to car dealerships for help but the service team is fantastic and completely changed my views on this. Will be coming back again!

Although I didn t purchase anything the day I went in, my sales consultant Cesar did a great job presenting the newer model Jaguar F type to me. He had great energy and wasn t pushy at all. The show room is also beautiful as expected for a jaguar dealership. I am specifically looking for a Jaguar F-type R which is hard to come by. However, I did spot a customer vehicle in the parking lot which was an [email protected]

Krysta Valerio was very pleasant. She understood I didn't want to waste a ton of time in the Dealership office. She streamlined the buying process and was responsive to me, even on her day off. First Class Krysta.Keith was very professional, personable. I could tell Keith wanted me to have this beautiful car.I was attracted by the warranty forever. After dealing with many dealerships in my car search, it all came together at Royal Jaguar.

My experience with Royal Jaguar of Tucson has been excellent. I would highly recommend their service team as they make the entire experience pleasant and totally transparent. They work well together, communicate effectively and can be relied on for the high quality of their work.The service advisors are extremely knowledgeable and able to explain services in detail and answer any questions. The service technicians have a wealth of experience and have always been able to diagnose and repair any issues with my older vehicle (2004 Jaguar XJ8). This vehicle still runs like new in part due to the incredible level of expertise of Tom, the service technician who has performed most of the services and repairs on this vehicle over the last 18 years.

I test drove a RR Velar and Jaguar F-Pace here before finding my F-Pace at a dealership in Scottsdale. I have been bringing my Jag here for service for the last 2 years and can't say enough about James and the rest of the service team. Warranty service has been amazing and have also had a tow hitch installed.

I saw the company website Royal Jaguar - Land Rover Tucson while scrolling through Facebook one evening. While viewing the company site I saw a Fuji White 2017 Land Rover Evoque. This was a vehicle type I had been searching for during the previous pandemic year but found none available and had had little success. I immediately drove out to Royal Jaguar, unscheduled, to view the vehicle even though it was already late and the dealership was scheduled to close in 45 minutes. Upon arriving at the lot I was met by sales manager Ezekiel Catanach, Zeke , who quickly set me up with sales consultant Tim Taylor.Tim Taylor was very personable and walked me out to view the vehicle. Together we drove the vehicle from the lot. I spent the next half hour discussing with Tim the Land Rover Evoque's vehicle history, upgraded control & navigation system, current vehicle warranty, and all the recent service maintenance just performed on the vehicle. After my pleasurable drive it had become dark and I was trying to decide on the vehicle purchase. Tim was very persuasive in that their was no pressure to make a decision on the car that night.The next day I made an accepted offer on the vehicle with Zeke who set me up with his sales consultant Jackie Carpio later that morning. Jackie was a great pleasure to meet and handled all my financing, warranty questions, transfer of title & registration, all quickly and smoothly. Jackie did a great job! The entire process was completed in less than two hours.I was then escorted to my vehicle, which had been detailed during that time, and was now sitting in the receiving showroom waiting for me. How great that was! Jackie spent another hour with me going over the vehicles features and controls, including interfacing my cell phone and satellite Sirius XM radio service provided, to the vehicle.Extra care was provided for me by Royal Jaguar sales staff, without any request from me, so that I could safely drive off the lot feeling confident and comfortable in my newly purchased vehicle. :)Next day sales manager Ezekiel Catanach followed up with me to see if I had any questions or issues with vehicle. I scheduled with Jimmy from maintenance for a newly purchased vehicle protective coating. The whole atmosphere at the dealership was professional and friendly and would highly recommend Royal Jaguar to anyone thinking of purchasing a new or used car here in Tucson.

The entire staff at Royal Land Rover of Tucson, very professional!Ezekiel, Cesar and Alex awesome to work with! I have purchased several new cars from the auto mall here in Tucson, this was the best experience. I never thought it would possible, as we all hear the horror stories of shopping for a new vehicle. Very comfortable, no anxiety, no pressure. The service was fantastic! The team is very knowledgeable every step of the way. Highly recommend!

Alex was very knowledgeable and super helpful with our long distance transaction. We arrived in Tucson from Texas and Alex picked us up from the airport and brought us to the dealership. The car was exactly as listed, very clean and ready to go. Alex made the transaction smooth and very enjoyable. I am very appreciative of Alex and Royal Jaguar of Tucson in helping make my childhood dream of owning a Jaguar F-Type coupe a reality!

Everything about this experience was absolutely amazing. I am buying my first car and they were kind, cooperative, and willing to work with my price point. The car I purchased was out of my budget after taxes, but they worked with me to bring it down.The salespeople helping me, Cesar and Leslie, deserve a special recognition. Leslie was a part of the staff that hadn t been trained in sales yet (her training is next week) but, I was wanting to test drive a car in the middle of a shift change and she was the only one available. She stepped up, answered all of the questions that she could, and made me feel appreciated as a customer (not to mention she was kind, funny, and enthusiastic about it all)! Then, Cesar took over and helped me work out a deal and talked me through the warranty and packages. He understood my financial situation as a college student and took extra steps to make a price work with his manager.To wrap up this review up, everyone knows that dealerships/car lots can take advantage and overcharge customers. This dealership absolutely does not. They charged a little over market price (as any business would) but their final price was nothing compared to other dealerships, and it included their lifetime warranty (unlimited maintenance on the engine/pit stop service). And, like I said previously, they worked with me on the price even though it was already on the lower side.Service was quick, easy, and respectful. I enjoyed every moment and that is something I can t say for other dealerships! They earned my lifelong business!(Also, they gave me a bouquet of roses to celebrate my first car! It was so sweet!)

I have to start by saying that I wasn t supposed to be stepping one foot Inside the dealership. My husband wanted to just See if they had the Electric vehicles. We were greeted by Alex as we walked the parking lot. My husband was asking about a few vehicles on the lot. I was just walking around and listening as Alex and my husband spoke about the other vehicles on the lot.We went inside the showroom and I immediately saw and fell in love withJaguar F-Pace SVR. I did not show any reaction and Ask Alex about the car.He was able to go over the design and functionality of the F-Pace and how it compares to other vehicles of its class.My husband had me test drive a Land Rover which was also a very nice and beautiful car. I kept looking back at the Jaguar and once we decided that we were going to be leaving with a new vehicle, I blurted out from the desk and pointed I want that car! So I was lucky enough to test drive it out of the showroom. It was the perfect car for me.Alex and his team were absolutely Top Notch with all the paperwork and made every bit of owning this car just fantastic.We had lots of laughs, and Alex was very easy to have a great conversation with.Because of Alex s professionalism, knowledge base on the vehicles, I know I found a dealership that I will continue to use and refer family and friends.A family member had also used the dealership for service on the car and had been previously been using the El Paso Jaguar dealership and stated that they will continue to use Tucson as their primary service center. They gave them 5 stars as well.That means a lot to me! I wanted to be treated well and Alex and the staff at Jaguar of Tucson are the best way to go.

Whole deal took 1 hour! Definitely one of the only dealerships I've worked with that did not make me feel uncomfortable or taken advantage of. Highly recommended Krysta. She was kind and very efficient! Oh, and they gave me roses

We d like to start by saying THANK YOU to our salesperson Jackie Carpio, and all of the staff we had the pleasure of working with at Royal Jaguar Tucson! Everyone was AMAZING, super generous, resourceful and overall welcoming to my family and I.We visited to look at a Chevy Tahoe that caught our attention immediately, and with Jackie s help we were able to purchase our new family vehicle.Our overall experience was by far one of the best, as Jackie was very patient, understanding, and resourceful. She gave us all the information we needed to make a decision, and we felt comfortable making our purchase thanks to her. She was very thoughtful, and treated us so professionally. We felt welcomed the minute we arrived to the dealership. Our transaction was smooth and painless, but best of all our experience wasn t the common long and boring dealership experience. On the contrary, we had an amazing time chatting and laughing with Jackie. This place is AMAZING! Like most people, I am not a huge fan of car dealerships. After having my car totalled around the holidays, finding and buying a car was the last thing I wanted to do. I had spent days going through different websites and visited no less than twelve dealerships when a friend suggested that I stop by Royal Jaguar and speak with Krysta V. From the moment I showed up I was met with a smiling face and no pressure service. The conversation was easy and after going through a few questions I was shown a few cars that would fit my needs. When we went on multiple test drives, information was relayed in a pleasant, no pressure manner. It was after only the second test drive that I found a car to love. When it came to buying, no haggling, no hidden fees and surprises that did not make sense. No sleazy finance person, no offense to any finance people out there, to throw on more fees. It was a beautiful experience that I was fortunate enough to experience. They were accommodating to my financial needs and helped me buy the car in a comfortable and reasonable manner. They will always get my recommendation. I will return here for any car in the future.Thank you again Krysta for making it such a wonderful experience!

Alex Solis was very professional and polite the first time I made a call regarding a car I found online. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and made every effort to answer any questions I had.I live out of state, so after much research, I made a decision to fly into Tucson, AZ to test drive the car. Alex greeted me and made my automotive journey a pleasant experience with no pressure.After, what I consider to be an important decision, I bought my beautiful car!The entire staff were very professional and friendly.Alex made this a truly memorable experience.They surprised me with a dozen red roses!!So thoughtful!(The roses made the 2 day journey home!)I would rely on and recommend him again for future purchases!He was amazing!

Definitely had the best experience in buying a car, then I ve ever had in the past years. Krysta was so informative on all subjects. They did not hide anything from me. They worked with me on understanding all procedures in the car financing.They had a beautiful video presentation that explains so much on the warranty insurance and financing.This company definitely holds their word.They make sure that they make it a very pleasurable and informative experience. You will not walk away and ever doubt that you did the wrong thing.I will definitely return to this car company when I decide to buy again.Thank you so much again for a great experience. I am so well satisfied and thankful that I was able to buy such a beautiful car and a very good deal.

The guys at Royal Land Rover have been amazing. They made the process of buying a new car easier than I expected. Everybody was friendly over there and they all gave me their business cards incase I needed anything. Mr Cesar Miranda also explained to me all the buttons that I needed to know off and took me on a mini test drive in which he showed me the capabilities of my vehicle.The car was also decorated with a big red ribbon when I went to pick it up. It looked amazing. Without a doubt I will be recommending them to anyone who wants to buy any Land Rover vehicle.

Krysta was very pleasant to work with. Most of our purchase process was by phone and she was very professional and straightforward, making sure that everything went smoothly. No pressure, no contradicting information, nothing negative at all. Once at the office, we had to do nothing but sign some paperwork and off we went. Worth noting that we have experienced nothing but pains at dealerships in general, spending hours and hours on the site, and this was very painless, having spent less than an hour at their location! I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I had been car shopping and test driving for several days before I found a used mini cooper that caught my attention. I was pleasantly surprised by this top notch dealership. The sales experience was very personalized and hassle free, every step of the way, thanks to Cesar Miranda.Cesar explained everything I needed to know and made me very comfortable with my purchase, particularly considering the warranty that came with it. These people care about their reputation and really seem to take care of their customers. I would highly recommend Cesar Miranda for a hassle-free experience in buying a vehicle. Super nice guy and passionate about his job.
