NOVEMBER 2023: I went to Royal GMC collision for needed repairs. I asked to speak with the manager, and was told he was too busy. I was told they were scheduling 10 weeks out, so I ended up leaving and going to Watson Chevrolet for my repairs. Watson Chevrolet treated me great and got my car in for service almost immediately.Yesterday, unfortunately I was in need of some bodywork again.I thought I would give Royal GMC another try since I buy all of my new vehicles from them. I asked to speak with the manager and the receptionist told me that he was too busy and that he had to go pick up his daughter. The receptionist then told me they were scheduling eight weeks out, laughed, and then told me that they are so busy that they don't even have a place for the employees to park their cars. I took a seat and filled out the form they gave me. While I waited for an estimator to come out, I listened to the receptionist tell the other customer the same story about being too busy, and there is no room to even park. I decided to just leave (again) and drive over to Watson Chevrolet, where I was greeted in a friendly manner, received an estimate immediately, and was scheduled for service on Monday. Having the exact same experience five months apart is telling. I will just go straight to Watson in the future!

Excellent service!! Luis Carmago handled the bodywork for my car and came in on estimate and time. He saved me 2 extra days on my rental car by bringing in the job on a Friday. You can't tell where the damage was on my bumper - like new! Paint matches perfectly!

Took my car in for a minor body and paint estimate on December 7, 2022. An appointment was made for the repairs on February 13, 2023. The appointment was rescheduled to March 6, 2023. The date for the repairs was again rescheduled to March 27, 2023. Always backed up on parts, my car didn't require any parts, staffing issues, setting appointment issues, etc.I had two other estimates for the repairs and Royal Collision was my third. I selected Royal Collision not because Royal Collision was the cheapest, but seemed to take a real interest in securing my business, and the assurances that I would be pleased with the repairs to be made.Each time that the scheduled work was rescheduled I had to notify the car rental agency to change the date. I called and canceled the March 27th appointment.Royal Collision Center lost all credibility to repair my car on March 27th. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

My experience working with Royal Collision Center has been superb.Filed my claim with State Farm and Anthony was on point. Advised me that he can get my bumper done within 3 days and I didn't have to wait to long for my parts to arrive. Everyone was friendly and the quality of the work is definitely worth the wait to get scheduled for the repair. Being in any type of collision is stressful enough that the Royal employees take full control of the repair. Thank you to everyone that worked on my work and would definitely come if I ever need repairs again.

Trying to leave this as unopinionated as possible so you can make your own decisions on this place of business yourself. My trunk part was ordered in December and the replacement appointment was in January. It was then pushed out until March 21st as the part was on back order which I know is no fault of the repair center. It was estimated 2-3 days, on the third day I called 3 separate times and was given no answer until the agent called me back right before they closed to leave a voicemail saying my car would not be ready until the following Wednesday another 7 days later. This was not communicated effectively. The next Wednesday they continued to push it out again until that following Friday leaving it to be 2 weeks instead of 2-3 days. In the voicemail the agent left he admits that his workers didn t know what they were doing and that they had to redo the work multiple times on the trunk and repaint, doubling my estimated original cost, also thankful insurance covered these costs. But for those who don t have the best insurance, this os what happened. When receiving my car, there is a dent on the left side panel that was not there when dropping off the car, causing the trunk lid to not be completely flush with the left side panel. There were also two scratches in the top coat by the tail light and underneath the emblem that were visible. However I will not be returning to have this work repaired by this company as I do not trust their ability nor their communication.Services: Body & Trim, Paint repair

Amazing service, awesome staff, wonderful experience. After a collision, my Honda Civic was serviced by Leo (technician) and supported by Emily (receptionist) and I cannot express my immense gratitude to Royal Collision and their staff and partners for their help getting my car back to top-notch and for working with the insurance company to make this experience incredibly smooth and stress-free. Coming from a former owner of an auto body and frame shop, Royal Collision is outstanding. Melissa (reception) and Leo (technician) were great. They both went out of there way to make sure I was a satisfied customer. The shop was clean and organized and the quality of work was exceptional. 5 STARS! Excellent work, professional people and detail oriented process done to high quality standards. I am extremely critical about quality of work and this shop, I believe, is the best in Tucson by far. They work exactly to dealership OEM factory repair standards and codes. I have had tons of work done at body shops over the years, so i am very familiar with what is involved in the work.. They do not short cut process, time nor materials like other shops. They do not manipulate process. They also will not break rules, they are honest and transparent about what needs to be done. I saw a few negative reviews online about Royal but a friend told me to disregard them, that any negative reviews are total nonsense and I trusted my friend's advice. He was right. I don't have a single negative thing to say about Royal Collision on competition parkway. Work can be done fast, cheaply or done right.. if you care about work done right, this is the place to go. What i could assume about any of the reviews under 4 stars - Some people try the blame body shops for bad insurance coverage or try to abuse the repair process.....then rant about the body shop for things that have nothing to do with the shop. Anything that they touched was repaired and restored to like new condition, even any aftermarket details. Paint work, body panels, interior work, mechanical work were ALL flawlessly performed. I highly recommend going here with confidence.

These guys were awesome fixing my new truck that was damaged by a shipping company and got it back to mint condition. They even came in below the original estimate. Repair took over 2 months. Told parts were difficult to get. OK. When we received the call to come and get the car we were shown the work from the rear end collision. This all appeared ok. We were handed the keys and the person left. When I walked to the side of the cat there was a good size dent and paint scratch to the metal of the car. That was not there when we left the car and was not part of the accident. I would say it happened while on their lot and ought to have been repaired before the car was released to us. Also as I started the car it registered 4 tires with low air. I would say that for over $7000 of repair costs that vehicle wasn t really ready.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Courteous, friendly, and honest body shop. We're upfront with costs and timeline to finish my repairs. Anthony was great, keeping me I formed during the process and delivering great results. They offer a courtesy driver to help with drop-off and deliveries and work with Enterprise if you need a rental. Beyond satisfied with my experience.

Royal Collision did the accident repair on my 2016 Dodge Ram. They did a great job. My truck looked like new when they finished. Anthony and his team are very professional and friendly. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs accident repair. They are great!

My vehicle was in an accident and went up a curb. My insurance brought it to Royal Collision in the Auto Mall. Royal Collision was able to do a majority of the repairs. After the repairs, they called me to pick it up. After I picked up my car, there was still an awful noise coming from the accident area. After returning my car I found out they did not test drive the vehicle. They had it for about another week (on top of the two and a half weeks they originally had it). They were not able to figure out what was causing the noise. I brought it to my car dealer and it was the control arm. My dealer had the repair fixed within two days. Royal Collision had my car for an unnecessary amount of time. This location fixed somethings but were not able to completely repair my car.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Never been here, and i figured try some place new and see what this place has to offer so I went in for quote, I had asked them how much it'll cost to repair at least 2 areas on my car that the clear coat was peeling away on my 2002 mustang. We did the walk through and I showed them there is no body damage, just that the paint was peeling. The gentlemen took down my info, had a discussion how they worked and confirmed all my contact info, I was very polite and mentioned a few concerns, and said they would get back to me in a week. I NEVER heard back from them. Tried calling them, and never returned my phone call or responded to my e-mail! Extremely unprofessional! Definitely lost me as a customer that was willing to work with them on my car

Fixed our nearly totaled Lexus RX after a tree fell on it. The work was good except a few places where they were supposed to repaint were actually just buffed. The sunroof also has a weird whistle now, too. Didn't notice until later. Contacted them but nothing was done. They claimed it was like that (not!!) And that insurance said buffing was okay.

Anthony has exceeded my expectations for customer service!I have had 2 other cars repaired here and I requested this shop again. I love the " absolutely can do " attitude and am grateful for Anthony's having taken on the burden of the timing so that I'm not carrying that weight.Thanks Royal Collision !

They fix a $5.5k body damage on my 2003 BMW ROOSTER Z4 CONVERTIBLE, UNDER ANTONI ROMERO SUPERVISOR EXELENT COMUNICATOR. I always known was what the progres. Thank's Antoni. for the top notched paintors and body works workers. Team.Cisco from Sonoita.

My car was involved in a hit and run i took it to Royal Collision Center and i worked with Marty and he did amazing job in making sure my car was in great hands and they were fast to get my car back and he told me it was going to look brand new when I would get it back and he was right my car looks amazing . Thank you everyone at Royal for taking care of me and my car.

I work for a large tow company here in Tucson, Az. and we transfer vehicles all over Tucson and I'm here a lot at this location and other Royal locations , they have great friendly staff and clean facilities, safe to do business with and I highly recommend, "Where i would take my mom if she ever needed it"!
