Best experience I've received in getting tires. I work at a gas station close to the RNR. And I've been so hesitant on taking the step to get new tires due to bad experiences at other tire shops. Not only did I receive amazing customer service, but I was set up on a plan that fit my budget, and was personalized to what I could afford. Dillion was very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. If you are like myself and are worried about taking this step, ask for Dillion and he will get you going in the right direction.. I appreciate his efforts on getting myself and my children back on the road safely.

This place is the absolute best in Tucson. Great customer service and amazing problem solving solutions. They handle my vehicle and time with a sence of purpose and urgency. I have never left shaking my head in disbelief. If you want prompt quality service then stop here and talk to Barbra or Trevor. They are the best.

They serviced in one afternoon two of my cars at a third of the price of their competitor... I don't want to say who but another tire place was quoting me at 3x times as much as what RNR did. And their service was friendly professional and respectful. I'd come back and I've already called my Dad and told him so yeah I'd recommend them!

Give this place a good review because they have great customer service and are always willing to help and find what you are looking for. They also have a great payment plan as well if someone is also looking for that easy to apply for and most anyone can be accepted for it. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for tires or rims and is on a budget.

This is a great place to come if you need 4 new tires for your car but can't afford to buy them all at one time. You can finance them and pay weekly or bi weekly. A little pricey but includes a good roadside assistance package that includes towing, lock out, and gas delivery. Trevor at the Prince location in Tucson was super helpful and went out of his way to help with anything needed. I had bought a car from All Cylinder Auto that needed 2 new tires. I went sto RNR and financed 4 tires paying $25.00 a week however 46 days later the car I bought broke down needing a new engine so I had to turn the tires back into them. Trevor made sure the tech brought 4 used tires back so my car wasent sitting on blocks. Beware of All Cylinder Auto. They don't have ethical business practices.

I got my wheels and tires from Barb!! She was phenomenal!! Great customer service and super friendly staff!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!!!! Barb was awesome

Do not take your car here. We took our car in because we had a slow leak. As we were waiting I went outside just to watch. The mechanic was spraying my tire down then 10 min later came in and said they replaced the valve stem and it would be free. We thought we were in luck. Come to find out they did not do squat. The leak came back the next day and we took it to Manny's on Prince and Fontana. There was a damn screw in our tire I don't understand why they would pretend to fix our tire issue. Come to recall they never took of the tire to inspect properly. Manny charges $10 for the fix. I highly recommend them.

I arrived to the shop near closing time on a saturday with a cracked rim and despite the circumstances, The whole team went above and beyond to ensure i left in good spirits and back on the road ASAP. Great business all round and highly recommended!

Mark and Dillon are wonderful at RNR ,they walked me threw the whole alignment process . Made sure that everything was tightened to specs on my jeep grand Cherokee

I really appreciate the help! Such a great manager, communicates with you and understands problems happen! I recommend everyone to come here for new tires and rims, 20$ down for a whole new set!?? Like where you gonna find that at?! And I didn t even have to do a credit check or anything. If you re honestly in a bad pickle, I d come here for cheap, brand new tires & rims!! Thank you Elijah!!

I went in for a tire rotation at 11:30 am was told a 30-40 minute wait. I left at 1:15 because I can t be late for work. No service done. The service clerk had a bad attitude about servicing my vehicle. If I would ve knew service was this horrible I would ve saved up my money and just bought my tires at Discount Tire.

Friendly staff, they actually showed that they cared. They explained everything in detail and showed me everything to expect with the contract and how it works. If you're on a budget and need help the process is quick and easy. I definitely recommend. Also the account manager Elijah is amazing and understanding. As long as you keep in touch with him or anyone from the store they will work with you if you have some hardship. I mean In this new world we live in times are hard. But stop by check them out.

If I could give 0 stars I would!! I was in need of some tires badly and had no money to buy any, So I went here and spoke with Barbara. Never once did she mention how you ll end up paying $4,000 for a set of tires. Here I am stuck with a contract that She made me sign without allowing me to read. I tried reading the total price and she was quick to flip the page and say sign here we got you cover you can trust us. It s a SCAM. Just to make more money. It sucks that they re taking advantage of people who are really needing tires to be able to move around. Barbara discriminates you if you re also a behind on a payment!! Stay away from this place. Here I am struggling to pay them. I m literally paying 300$ a month and am no where near done.Oh and yeah! If you don t communicate with them about a late payment they will come to your house and ask for their money or their tires back!!

RNR tire shop is one of the best tire shops I've ever been too. I had some tires mounted on my 2021 chevy silverado truck. I was very happy with the customer service they provided. All the employees where very polite and professional. I will recommend them to everyone.Also they have great deals on tires and rims.

Matt the manager took care of me like no other place I've been before. The shop was so busy that he went right out to the shop to help the guys get cars done quickly. He literally was outside balancing my wheels and helping install them! Nobody is lazy at this shop! I'm just not used to that. They seriously go above and beyond to get you in and out!

Stopped by to get my tire repaired and was greeted immediately and was taken care of right away. Was impressed with their customer service so while i waited, i asked for a quote for 4 new tires. Barbra was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Good people.
