I found Rick's Collision based on its impressive Google reviews, and being from Wisconsin, I thought I would give them a try. My Honda CR-V was severely damaged in a rear-end accident, I suffered a debilitating concussion, and my insurance company was prepared to declare my car a total loss. Rick's Collision was a silver lining in an otherwise horrible experience. Cassandra, at Rick's, helped me at every step of the repair process and provided constant updates. Rick's pushed the other party's insurance company to pay for my repairs and offered immediate substantiation when the insurance company balked. Rick's took on the pain and hassle of dealing with a third-party insurance provider, which gave me tremendous relief. They also fought to provide the best replacement parts for my relatively new car. I would not hesitate to recommend Rick's Collision to anyone.

Rick's Collision did an excellent job on my son's car! Cassandra took the time to talk me through the process. Even found out we needed a new battery and replaced it for us, of course added to the invoice. But it was nice to get the car back with no issues and it looks awesome! A huge thank you to all the staff at Rick's Collision!!

Rick and Cassandra (owners of Rick's Collision) are the epitome of a truly honest, customer focused small business! We needed a fairly significant repair on our U of A student's vehicle, and they hit it out of the park. Open communication, patience, over-the-top desire to be helpful in this type of long distance situation, and most importantly....beautiful work. I almost don't have the words to properly frame how they care for their customers! To top it off, when the battery on the vehicle my son had just picked up a few days before went bad, they ran over to jump start the car and wouldn't accept a payment for their time or inconvenience. I now feel like we have new family in Tucson through this experience. You can trust the great people who own this business to do right by you, and as a lifelong sales profession devoted to customer service myself, there aren't many of these kinds of people or businesses left. Thanks you two! Amazing experience! I recommend Rick's 1000%

I have used Rick s collision a few times over the past couple years and I can confidently say you won t find better or more personalized customer service at any other shop whether it s a chain or a stand alone shop. I wouldn t trust another shop in Tucson with my car. Every time my vehicle needed body work Rick s was not only extremely friendly but quick, and efficient with the process. If you want to support a local body shop while knowing your vehicle is in amazing hands this is 100% the shop to go to!

Rick s Collision Center in Tucson, AZ is a great place to take your car for repairs! Everyone there is friendly. They are willing to work with you on repairs, cost, etc. I brought my car in for repairs to the passenger side! It came back to me looking brand new! Everything was fixed and done within our specified timeframe and cost! This business is amazing!!!

I cannot recomend Rick's enough. Let's start with the fact that the DAY I bought my car, I backed into a branch that my old car smoothly went under. Turned out, the new car did not. Instead of getting it looked at right away, I continued to fail to prioritize it until just over A YEAR LATER when it started to rust. It was at that point I realized I really needed to have it taken care of, though I was not sure where to start.Google reviews to the rescue, where I saw that Rick's was well liked, and close to home. I called them up, explained my issue and they were able to have me come in for an estimate the next day. When I arrived I was immediately greeted, both by the employees and the employee of the year, Bruce Wayne. Definitly as for Bruce if you have a spare minute. He has a propensity for tennis balls and a very soft head.As someone who has not filed an insurance claim with their own insurance, I was a little intimidated by the process. It was so reassuring to have Rick's on my side explaining the process and how to get things done. Not only did they make it no big deal that I had NO IDEA what I was doing, but also did not make me feel stupid for failing to have the damage fixed a year ago when i should have.Once the car was dropped off for repair, they were in communication regularly about the expected timing. When it was time to pick up the car (I even got it back early!), Bruce again greeted me enthusiasticaly and the car looked amazing. Looked better than it did the day I drove it home BEFORE I hit the tree.Finally, what a surprise it was to see that the folks at Rick's had noticed my headlights were super fogged/yellowed and it took it upon themselves to shine them good as new before I arrived.Overall I could not be happier with the service provided and recomend that anyone needing body work reach out to Rick's, you won't be dissapointed!

I cannot explain how above and beyond the customer service at Rick's Collision was. I was dealing with a very complicated insurance company and the staff took it upon themselves to take over discussions with the insurance company and made everything so stress-free for me. They were very quick and kept me updated every step of the way. Not only was their service and customer care excellent, they went as far as cleaning my car! It felt like I was getting a brand new vehicle. Seriously, if you need any body repair, look no further. Rick's Collision gas the BEST service in all of tucson. I found Rick's via a google search and thought if the shop had this many positive reviews, it was the obvious pick. My wife was rear ended by a bus in Mexico. It blew out the glass and mangled the rear hatch. I was immediately stressed because I wasn't sure how I was going to get it fixed with my Mexican insurance policy; nowhere near me had the right parts. I didn't need to worry. Rick's was extremely understanding. They worked with me and my insurance to sort everything out. They held the car for a few extra days once it was done so that I could pick it up on a weekend. The car looks like nothing ever happened to it. The paint is an exact match, no window tinting issues, etc. Throughout the process, the communication was fast and honest.I'd trust Rick's with any job after that experience.

We parked our 2022 Mustang Mach-E at a grocery store parking lot. Someone (I now have a dashcam which monitors the car when parked) sideswiped our pristine car as they were backing out. No note left and no surveillance cameras covering the parking lot. I got several quotes and Rick's was the best. His reputation is superb. His state-of-the-art equipment allowed him to repair the door and match the paint. My wife took a look at the car and said 'I can't tell which side was damaged'. The repair was that good.

Rick's Collision did an amazing job repairing damages to my car. My vehicle had over $11,000 worth of damages and I couldn't be happier with outcome. The care and attention to detail that was put into repairing my car was very apparent and it now looks as good as new. The employees at the shop went above and beyond to keep me updated and I felt confident in entrusting them with the job. They also helped with communicating to a third party insurance company to ensure coverage of all the repairs and processing of the payment. After picking up my vehicle once all repairs were complete, my first stop was at a gas station to top off my fuel tank. I was complimented on how good my car looked while I was there and it made my day! If you're looking for a dependable and reliable auto body shop with honest employees, look no further. You will not be disappointed if you choose Rick's Collision & Refinishing. Thank you to Rick, David, Cassandra, and Marco for all your help! I truly appreciate it. Amazing service! Needed a rocker panel replaced on our car and we procrastinated for so long because we were worried about the cost. Not only was Rick's affordable, the repair was done quickly, the customer service was amazing and they even paid for a Lyft for my husband to get home and back when the car was ready. There was also a very cute dog at the shop, so bonus points there. Definitely recommend coming here for your repairs. So grateful to them!

We couldn t be happier with the service Ricks Collission, especially Cassandra, provided to us advising how to best handle our BMW that was tangled up in a car accident. Cassandra went above and beyond to help us out. Super easy to communicate and work with and absolutely superb customer service. Highly recommended!!!

I needed collision repair on my Jeep Renegade through my insurance. David, at Rick s Collision, was very, very helpful throughout the entire process. I took my Nissan Sentra to be repaired after a front end collision. After only a year and a half, the paint is cracking and swirling, the bumper is falling off, and I had to spend $1500 fixing my a/c due to shotty and overpriced repairs the made. After the collision, the a/c was functioning perfectly, despite the damage, but they claimed that they needed to replace the condenser. 3 months after that, my entire a/c system needed replacement. I d never in a million year s recommend this company. I had another vehicle with more damage fixed at Dan s paint and body, and to this day, professional car appraisers can t tell it had body work done.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Wow! You will love this place. Rick, David, and Rick's wife are awesome. They were so responsive to my concerns and my car's needs and they are perfectionists. The parts for my car were ordered and received quickly and Rick's got me in quickly and they were done with the repairs when they said they'd be. A very small scratch showed up on the door adjacent to the one they were replacing. I probably wouldn't have noticed it but Rick called to tell me about it and offered two generous solutions. The finished job looks beautiful. I have a body shop for life! (Hopefully I won't need them too often.) Please give Rick's Collision a call if you're in need of excellent body work. I can not endorse Rick s Collision enough. Rick did tremendous work on my Audi with great skill and professionalism. Cassandra was great in communicating with me throughout the process. If you need bodywork in Tucson, no need to look anywhere else. Very nice and professional staff. When I arrived to pick up my car, everyone who worked on it stood by it to see my reaction. You could tell they were so proud of their work. They really understood how much the car meant to my family so they took the time to fix it right. When every other shop told me it was not repairable, Rick s took on the challenge and I m so glad they did. I can take my car to shows again and continue to make memories with the family. Rick s Collision team won me over with outstanding customer service. How? First, Cassandra, Mrs. Rick, as she calls herself, responded to my online request for information on a Saturday, a day they are closed.Then, she and David, Rick s teammate, worked with me on quotes, as I waited for insurance information whethermy insurance would cover me it didn t. Then, they let me know: Cassandra, David, and Rick let me know how much they valued me as customer with individual needs.Their standard of workmanship was superb. And, they let me know that they warrantied their work on my car. But more than that, they warrantied their customer service. If anything were to need attention I understood they would be available to respond down the road.To sum up, the experience with them actually made me feel better as a person. First, there's not enough stars to give... DAVID IS THE MAN! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OUTSTANDING, COMMUNICATION IS SUPERB, PROFESSIONALISM IS TOP NOTCH, QUALITY CRAFTMANSHIP (in my Mike Tyson's voice), IMPECCABLE!!! I recently had work done on my 2011 Ford transit at a previous shop that done a horrible job. I found Rick's and took my vehicle there. Along with insurance issues David was professional, kind, friendly, and very patient in securing all needs needing to be met with the insurance company giving him hassle and with find resolutions to my vehicle. David even helped out with other issues that he didn't have to by going the extra mile!!! Rick's also has their own custom sound systems. Hey! If you need great photography David does that too! I don t doubt in terms of their service quality but never doing my car here because they wanted to charge a simple bumper repair with over 3000 dollars, which is 3 times more of what their competitor services with similar review score said. A good habit, to always monitor the market for such events.

The best experience I have ever had. Rick had repairs done quickly and you can not tell the vehicle was ever involved in an accident. Rick worked with my insurance company and expedited everything including my rental while my vehicle was being repaired. He did a great job. Don't go anywhere else.
