Have been using Revolvostore Service for a long while now. They take very good care of my vehicle. Super easy to work with and they seem to know more the than dealership does. Have had issues that the dealership could not resolve and this place was able to figure out what the problem was and resolve it. Have not been back to the dealership for service or work on my Volvo in several years now. Thanks for the great service and quality work!

We have been going to the Revolvstore (now Stuttgart Auto Haus) for at least 15 years for service to two Volvos. They are honest and excellent communicators. I highly recommend them.

I've driven nothing but Volvos for decades, and this shop is hands down a gem among mechanics. These folks know their stuff, and have taken such great care of my Volvo -I'm very grateful for all their help!The team at Revolvestore is upfront and honest, and are always happy to help me understand the repairs, and what items/potential issues they may see. These folks are some of the kindest, most unassuming people I met in my 5 years in Tucson. I recently moved to Florida, and definitely miss having the Revolvestore as a resource for my car! The mechanic I've gone to here in FL is blown away at the excellent condition my 2004 Volvo, which is 100% due to Revolvestore's expertise. If you're looking for an honest mechanic, who values both you and your business, that keeps their prices competitive, I 100% recommend the Revolvestore. Thanks so much guys! I had a GREAT experience with Revolvstore/Stuttgart fixing my Volvo this week. I took it in for weird sound, and they quickly diagnosed the problem and fully explained the fix. Even with a holiday in the mix, the had my car back to me quickly and UNDER the estimate. Both Mike and Chad were friendly, knowledgeable and willing to take the time to help me fully understand. When I had a new problem a few days after, not related to initial problem, Chad immediately made time for me and got the problem resolved quickly- and at no additional cost. I am blown away by the level of customer service, and will forego the dealership in favor of Stuttgart moving forward. It's not a mistake that Andy & his crew get cars shipped to them from everywhere. Their service is top notch and I've never found another business owner, let alone a mechanic, with the level of compassion to match.My father & I have entrusted 6 different cars to the Revolvstore over the years & will absolutely continue to do so as long as the shop is open.No matter whether you're a long time Volvo fan or new to the brand, you're lucky to live in Tucson where you'll get the most honest, dependable & best qualified care.

This is hands down where you should be having your Volvos worked on. I trust Chad, Andy and their crew without question, and both of my Volvos are doing great after 4 years of Revolvstore servicing them. They know their craft and these vehicles extremely well, work efficiently, and the rates are extremely reasonable. I can't imagine taking my cars anywhere else.

If you are looking for a shop that will care about your Volvo just as much as you do (or maybe more), this is the place to go. I first came here to get my PCV system fixed which is common on high mileage Volvo s. Volvo of Tucson wanted just over $1000 to do it but Revolvstore was able to do it for less than half that by providing a more detailed diagnostic and only replacing what needed to be fixed. Ever since then I have been going to Revolvstore for everything!Andy and his team are dedicated to providing the best results at an affordable price. I had them replace my CV axles at one point, but one axle failed again in under 2000 miles. This was my own fault since my car is running more torque than stock, but Andy replaced the failed axle with a more heavy duty one and only charged me for the difference in cost for the more expensive part and no labor.When my AC compressor clutch went bad, Revolvstore was able to repair it instead of replacing the entire unit which saved me a ton of money. These are just a few examples of their close attention to detail, customer service, honesty, and desire to fix your Volvo at a reasonable price! Overall I am very impressed and wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

This place is the best!! Great customer service. Good honest business. They do all service on our 2005 S60. After feeling like we were just a number at the Volvo dealership we found this place on line and decided to give them a try. Best thing we ever did!! Their prices are far below dealership pricing and the service is top notch. Congrats to Andy on his new expansion and look forward to many more years of doing business with them.

Friendly. Knowledgeable. Great service. Andy and Revolvstore recommended to me by former auto service shop who couldn t figure out an issue with my wife s V40. With look on face and tone of manager, he knew I wouldn t be back. Been a Revolvstore customer for a few years now. Not leaving anytime soon.

I've known Andy for many years but never needed work done by the Revolvstore because I live in Tempe. However when my '71 1800E finally headed to have its engine rebuilt I automatically turned to Andy & his people. I was not disappointed. Andy, Kari, Chad, Thomas, Robert and all the other guys who work on Volvos, are consummate professionals! Courteous,, knowledgeable, hard working and thorough. I recommend The Revolvstore to anyone with a Volvo who wants it fixed right!

I cannot say enough good things about the Revolvstore. After having taken my car their for three years, I can safely say they are the most pleasant mechanic I have ever dealt with, and their customer service is some of the best I've experienced in any context.They are incredibly thorough in what they do, but that somehow never impacts their promptness. If they say they'll have something done by the close of business, they'll probably have it done before lunch. They communicate clearly-not only do they go over everything that needs attention (which in my case was substantial), they explain how that particular part or system got beat up, what that part does, and what might happen if it goes unfixed. This was a refreshing change of pace from what I was used to, which was usually getting a list of problem areas with little to no explanation, and was definitely a huge help for someone without extensive car knowledge.When things did need fixing, they were always fair. They provided a range of estimates covering new options to refurbished, and left the decision entirely in my hands-no up-selling or pressure. More to their credit, the bill always seemed to come in a little below what was estimated, and I never had issue with the work done.On top of all of that, the people are just plain pleasant. Andy, the owner, is about as hands-on as they come, and always greets customers as they arrive. Chad, the office manager, is just as friendly, and is quite patient when asked a multitude of questions.Again, I cannot recommend the Revolvstore enough. If you have a Volvo, bring your car here.

Great mechanics who will not rip you off and genuinely care about fixing your car. Before COVID they even offered to drop you off somewhere if need be. Excellent customer service and Chad is very helpful! So here is my heart wrenching dilemma. My sweetheart is in AZ, going to the Cancer Center in Phoenix. I am out of town and my sweetheart has to drive from Tucson to Phoenix by her sweet little self. My worst nightmare realized when I got the call that her car was breaking down on the way back from the Cancer Center. It was 119 degrees and after many prayers, she was able to limp back home. We were at a loss as to where to take her car for repairs as Volvo's (I know after having owned several) are kinda special. I had to help her, long distance, via the phone, to find a repair shop. I personally believe the Lord directed us to Revolvstore. Not only did her vehicle get the red carpet treatment, but she too was the recipient of wonderful, concerned care. What a wonderful group of folks. I will be seeing them when I return from out of town, so I can personally shake their hands and thank them for taking such wonderful care of my sweetheart. Obviously I highly recommend them and wish I could give them 10 stars. The car runs like new and we are both stoked.

Chad and his guys came in clutch and were amazing to work with. I had some work done incorrectly at a competitors shop that had my car for almost a week. The competitor did the timing job on my car incorrectly. Revolvstore had my car for less than 5 business hours and successfully diagnosed that the previous mechanic messed up, they fixed the timing, cleared codes, and sent me all the documentation I needed. Friendly prompt service and communication from beginning to end, at a better price than the competition. They've certainly won over my business for the future. 100% recommend Revolvstore for any Volvo related work you may have.

I took my car there for basic service and they did a great job! Not only that they were half the price as the Volvo store! When I dropped my car off I needed a ride home so they also gave me a ride home until my car was ready to be picked up. Everyone at the service center was very nice and the Owner himself introduced me to everyone there. I. The waiting area there are pinball machines, a video player for movies to watch, and magazines and things to entertain yourself with if you do decide to stay and wait for your vehicle. I highly recommend the Resolvstore for service for your vehicle! Tell them the girl from VA sent you!

I still have not actually had any service done to my Volvo S80- but you know that gut feeling when you are speaking with someone that makes you feel comfortable about leaving your car there ? That s how I feel so far.With Clear information and a good vibe.Chad is great. They say if it feels good from the initial start it most likely will be good till the end.Thanks guys!!

I was BLOWN AWAY by this shops' customer service, attention to detail, knowledge, and overall humanism. They understood my problem, explained the issues, and worked with me to ensure I would get the best price without sacrificing quality. If you have an older model Volvo, I highly recommend this place. My V70 is running smoother than the day I bought it.

RevolvStore s owner Andy and his staff are the most professional, responsive and personable folks you could ask for. My recently acquired Volvo was found to have a failed engine and a mangled electrical problem as a result of a former owner s bad installations. The work was formidable and they went far and beyond to replace the engine and make the car perfect again. It was all done with utmost courtesy and good communications. I could not be happier. There is no doubt that RevolvStore will remain my service center for the life of this car.

Revolvstore is the best place to take your Volvo. Andy is an honest mechanic that really cares about your Volvo. Andy's staff is knowledgable and very friendly. Regardless of the work I've never seen a price that was not reasonable. You owe your Volvo service at the Revolvstore.

Andy, Thomas and Chad are wonderful people to deal with! They cater for customer above and beyond...my son found the BMW wagon he really like in his store. They worked with us and treated us well like family. They extended their support beyond Volvo cars:) My wife and I are very impressed!

I've recently become the owner of a 2003 XC-70. It's in great shape for the age but it is over 12 years old and needed some work. I went to Tucson Volvo for oil changes first for oil changes. The first visit they left the cover on the air filter (after just checking it) not connected properly and with a huge gap in it! I live in a very rural area that requires a 10 mile dirt road to get home. That was not cool! So anytime I went in for oil changes, I told them that I had a K & N filter that I cleaned and PLEASE do not touch it!They would always go through the Volvo and give me a shopping list of items they felt I needed to do. It made me want to scream and get rid of the car!I heard about Revolvstore from a friend in Prescott who has owned several Volvos and highly recommended the repair shop, so I decided to give them a try. Boy, am I glad I did! The service is amazing. Customer service is unlike any I've ever experienced at a automotive repair shop. Being a woman, you become very sensitive to being treated like a imbecile with limited intelligence. Not here! I gave them my list from Tucson Volvo and told them I was ready to go on a long road trip and asked them to check the car out and tell me what they saw. They came back with a report and EXPLAINED what needed to be done and WHY! What a concept, huh? :)I live about an hour and a half from town and needed nearly a full day's of work. I had planned on spending time at the mall and catching the bus and trying to fill time in whatever manner I could. I had a dentist appointment in mid-afternoon. Once Andy's right hand man found out that I had the appointment, they arranged for a car for me--amazing! And their prices are less expensive than the dealer. Yay!I was thrilled when I got the car back and could tell that it was riding better than it had since I bought it! I actually enjoy it now and am thinking that maybe Volvos aren't so bad after all. ;)Andy, the owner, called me a day later to make sure I was happy with their service. I was very happy to tell him that he has a loyal customer! I highly recommend them, and I can tell you that is an understatement!!

Oh my goodness, how could I put into words the extent of my gratitude for this place. Their knowledge and expertise with Volvos is unparalleled to any other shop here in Tucson. Here I have zero worries of being financially taken advantaged of, they are beyond honest and fair. Calling the staff friendly is an understatement, they truly do treat you like family. I praise this establishment with all my family and friends with Volvos, hell, I even tell mere acquaintances with Volvos to come check this place out.

I can't say enough good things about these guys. I have a 2001 Volvo V40 with 110,000+ miles that usually runs great, but frankly, I can't afford to spend a lot of money maintaining it when it doesn't. They understand this and do their best to keep my costs down: good used replacement parts when available, they let me know what will need fixing soon--but no pressure-- and they have gone way, way above and beyond in dealing with tricky computer/check-engine-light problems that make it hard to pass inspection. What more can you ask for?

The very best people, the very best work. Wouldn't take my Volvos anywhere else - ever. In fact, my out-of-town daughters still bring their cars to Tucson when they need any work. Andy Aragon is like family.

These guys are AMAZING! I drive an 07' XC90 and I recently broke down and had to have it towed to the Revolvstore. I received a call from Chad the next morning, and I was able to explain how I was completely misdirected by Autozone about the issue with my vehicle. Within the next hour I got a call back from Chad, with the diagnostic results. That same day I arrived to pick up my XC90, worried about what was going to go wrong next. I was lucky enough to have Andy(the Owner) standing in the office when I arrived. He dropped everything he was doing to take me to the shop and walk me through my vehicle and how to prevent any further issues with some mild maintenance. I got there thinking of selling my Volvo, and left Only wanting to drive Volvos, just to keep the Revolvstore as my mechanics. Thank you Revolvstore!

Friendly service! I took my Volvo in for regular maintenance and a staff member called me and told me in detail what he recommended I have done. I don't know much about cars but he explained everything so I could understand it.
