Been searching for a mechanic as mine went under during COVID. Phil did great work. Sometimes takes a while to respond as he's a one-man show, but worth the wait. I'll be working with him again.

Have a 96 Toyota Corolla he is the only one able to tighten up the rear end. Had other work done as well, he is fast, efficient, cost reasonable. I will definitely be going back.

We're so glad we found Phil (Randall automotive)! We'll never take our cars anywhere else. He always works around our schedules and gets things done quickly. He's great at educating us and communicating clearly what's going on, and he's always up front about what recommended repairs are urgent and which ones can wait. His pricing seems to be really fair too, as we just recently got a quote for $1500 on a repair from a local chain auto repair shop; we decided to take it to Phil instead and he completed the service for about half the price!Service: A/C installation & repair

Amazing experience! Phil is extremely knowledgeable and expertly diagnosed an issue to the root cause; not just fixing what was broken but the actual cause. Fixing what would have cost me thousands to repair if not remedied properly and doing so at a very fair price. Would not take my car anywhere else! I have had many great experiences here, the pricing is well beyond fair, and my car runs better than ever. Each time my car is worked on promptly, with clear expertise. I truly cannot recommend Randall Automotive enough. Very trustworthy!

Honest, straightforward, & fair pricing. What more can you ask for. And, Phil had my car done in a day when I was expecting a week. Highly recommend. If you are in search of a mechanic you can trust, take it to Randall Automotive.

Very disappointed in how my truck was sent home from this shop. I ask the shop to service and inspect the rear differential on my F350. While it was in for the transmission to be rebuilt. Was told everything looked great, to find a couple hundred miles later, the rear axle bearing was completely wasted, and the splash washer was in five pieces. Called them up and was told we didn't touch any of that, all we did was change the differential fluid. Maybe he shouldn't have told me it all looked great, if he never checked it. Then I asked for a quote to bearing and re seal the rear axle hubs that we are heading out on vacation in four days. Never got a call back about the quote. I called the shop again and was told I don't have room for the truck for at least two weeks.

Phil knows his stuff and wont steer you wrong. It's hard to find a repair place that is honest and fair. Phil is just that. I wouldnt take my car anywhere else. Thanks for the great work Phil!
