The office was friendly and helpful. Repairs were done somewhat before promised. I appreciated that the car was cleaned inside and out: several valuables I had left inside the car unknowingly were returned safe and sound.

They tried to overcharge me until I called my insurance to clear it out. My car has been there over a month, don't take your car there if you don't have rental secured for at least one month.First time I took my car there, they neglected it overnight and someone broke in and stole my belongings.This is Not a safe place to repair your car becarefull Don't waste your time and money.

Art was most helpful and very professional. They do a good job of working with insurance companies, and I was very satisfied with their customer service. I would highly recommend their services if you ever need them in Tucson. Ask for Art!

Pua is friendly & approachable and has helped me out a few times with my car. She has given me car advice & estimates, and even went so far as to buff out a scratch herself. If you want exceptional customer service, go see Pua at the Quebedeaux Collision Center.

I went in for a part paint match. I found the work priced fair and was surprised when they offered to install it as part of the paint price. While I m sure this can t be for every part it was a small gesture that was appreciated. Will certainly look at Quebedeaux for future work.

My vehicle was involved in a hit and run so unfortunately I have to pay to repair! Anyway I stopped by Quebedeaux collision to get an insurance estimate. Typically I would not use a dealer just because it s more expensive. Art Robison was my service advisor. After listening to my issue. He provided me with a quote immediately. He was extremely helpful and guided us through the process. He answered all questions and we mainly appreciated his attentiveness and provided all options. Quebedeaux Collision would of not been my first choice but after Arthur s excellent customer service, I will definitely be using their service. The world could use more Arthur s!!

With my mileage at 158,000 miles, it was time to replace my front struts and tie rods. I also had to have one wheel hub assembly replaced on the driver side rear and my brakes done. Here in tucson, the roads are horrible, lots of rough pavement and potholes, so it's nice now to have a smoother ride over this chaos.The service manager and his team were excellent with their service, their friendliness, humor, and willingness to explain car things to me.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension repair, Brakes

I have used Quebedeaux Collision for decades and they have always provided excellent service. This last visit was for tinted windows and a rear bumper repair. They did an excellent job and huge thanks to the office staff for keeping me informed throughout the process.

Harley m/cycle tried to squeeze between me and a curb while stopped at a red light and he hit me from behind and damaged the entire the right side of my car. Quebedeaux gave me an estimate and the repairs were done in amazing timeframe. The result was excellent, can't find a scratch and the paint job was perfect. All the employees I spoke to were professional and very helpful. I would recommend this business without hesitation.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

Awful all around. Came here due to a collision repair and will never return here. The customer service was abysmal and the communication was sorely lacking. I had to return the car as soon as I picked it up because it still needed more repairs and no one had done a thorough check before releasing it. This place has a bad reputation and I can see why.Service: Steering & suspension repair

***DO NOT GET WORK DONE HERE***Starting with the manager Chris being the only good thing about this place. Besides that this is the worst body work I have ever seen, even after being "corrected". They can't paint match and originally gave me my car back WORSE than I gave it to them. They put parts on the quote that were never replaced and the only excuse was that it was because the parts were on back order... yeah try letting the customer know that before giving them their vehicle back??? This place does the bare minimum with what seems like zero experience. Just have to add that Art is a joke and needs an attitude adjustment, his lack of customer service and arrogance was 50% of the reason I had a terrible experience here with the other 50% being the s*** job they did for my Lexus.**UPDATE** 09/26Got my paint corrected at Chapman Honda in 3 days, Quebeadaux had my car for 2 weeks.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Had to wait over 30 minutes just to hand our car keys over to the tech to get the oil change. Then when they was done someone drove the car around back and never bothered to let us know the car was done even though we was standing right there . Then we had to walk around back to look for our car ( I'm disabled) . I've never gone to a dealership where they didn't at least bring the vehicle to you !!!

I don't normally leave reviews, but this time I have to. After fighting with my insurance aboit my car being a total loss, I was referred to Chris at Quebedeaux. From the start, they said yes,when everyone else seemed to say no. They took our beloved Chrysler, and made it look better than new. I'm beyond picky,and I can't find one complaint. Finished ahead of schedule, kept me informed, and most importantly, looks fantastic ! Thanks for all the hard work, and bringing our baby back to life.

I had a couple of interior mishaps due to constant usage of our company vehicle, Pua was able to assist me and make a couple of quick adjustments that made the vehicle brand new again. Great service and would recommend to anyone who needs body/interior work done!

Awesome service my truck was in and out fast. They even had my recalls done at the same time. Quality work done sooner then expected. They even did a complete detail on my truck. Highly recommend!

Garbage work. Don t take your car here unless you dont care about the quality. Less than a year and their repair was already failing. Dont be fooled by the good reviews. A handful of them are written by the workers and staff
