I brought in two vehicles for transmission fluid that didn't leak, got both vehicles back with leaking! Talked personally with owner expressing his crew must of overfilled the fluids. He denied the possibility of that happening blaming it in the milage. Two non leaking vehicles......two leaking vehicles after service? Mileage?Asked him to correct the issue and he would not budge. Had to spend more money at a better shop to fix their problem. Won't ever go back. At least a little integrity might of kept me as a customer.

They sold me a routine front brake service and delivered my car undrivable. I gave them a chance to fix it and they couldn't. Instead, they asked for more money for rear brakes? They need more money to destroy my rear brakes too! These guys are a bunch of clowns. They'll treat you like an idiot too. It's almost entertaining.The solution was to replace everything they touched myself. Where do I send the bill, Rob? Just kidding, I know you don't care.Just give my refund to the poor cross-eyed guy who cuts rotors.

Went in for an oil change without an appointment. They got me in anyway without a long wait. Great price for oil change and no upsell like everyone else. Looks like they've got my business.

I have tried to fix my front end for months due to continuous vibration and no one could fix it. I brought it to Quality and they were able to resolve the situation Without overcharging me or telling me I needed things done that were not necessary at the time. Jeremy and Dan are honest and they do good work. I would Recommend to anybody looking for a new shop they can trust..Joe O

Jeremy, Lee and all the guys are great! Been taking our cars there for years. They always quote me a fair price and are diligent in doing the job quickly and correctly. I took my truck in for a road check as I will be traveling across country. Jeremy took special care to get my truck repaired and ready for the road to meet my timeline. I have complete trust in Quality Lube and Tune!I first stumbled upon Quality Lube a few years ago when I was having trouble with the A/C in one of my vehicles. All it took was one visit and I have continued to return. All of the employees have been amazing in their care and knowledge of all of our vehicles. Totally Recommend this Shop to anyone who wants Fast & Great Service s At a Good Price , They Fixed my Ac that wasn t even blowing any Cold Air What So Ever Since I got in a year ago & In less than 2 hours the guys Fixed it and had me on my way & Works so Amazing. I took my motorcycle to Quality Lube & Tune for a weld on my chassis, not knowing that they don't really do welds because it's a mechanic shop and I also didn't realize that there are two businesses in one. I was thinking I would leave disappointed but the owner Jeremy told me that they could do it on the TrailBoss off-road side which is the other side and they in fact specialized in welding and fabrication work. I didn't even realize that not only was there a great mechanic shop in this building but they do great custom fabrication work on the other side as well. They specialize in jeep building but they are willing to do anything in order to make you happy. I was referred by a close friend and was told that the wait could be a couple of weeks because of how busy they are but they took my motorcycle in and had the simple repair done the same day and it only cost $55.

I had just left Bookman's and went over a speed bump and was reminded of the annoying squeaky sound coming from the rear control arms on my 2004 Jeep Tj. I so happened to pass by Trail Boss Off-Road and stopped to see if they could grease up the control arms on my Jeep. Jeremy informed me that I had to wait for an oil change to be finished and he would have it done. My wait time was bout 20 minutes. During my visit I was in awe of how many accessories they have hanging out in the office ready to buy instead of waiting for the delivery guy or girl. There is a lot hanging on their walls enough to keep you occupied for 20 minuets. Jeremy Thank you for giving me a break man!!! I will be seeing you soon!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I stopped at Quality Lube & Tune while vacationing this winter. The cost for an oil change and filter was LESS THAN HALF of what another shop in the area quoted me. This is a growing independent business worthy of your support.

So my door needed repair and I went to Midas, right next door to Quality Lube and Tune. While there they estimated my repair costs to be 235 dollars and it would take a day and a half to have the work done. Of course I went with their estimate and happily agreed to have the work done on my car the next day. As I left the store I eyed Quality Lube and Tune over and thought to myself, "Lets see if they can offer me a better deal." Thank goodness I did. As soon as I entered the store I was greeted by the friendly staff, and they gave me a fast estimate which came out to be 150 bucks. Not only that, they said they could get it done in just a few hours. Of course I marched right back to Midas and obtained my refund, and happily had Quality Lube and Tune take care of my vehicle needs.These people are great, they wont rip you off, and they take the time to explain their QUALITY service to you. What I really enjoyed the most was the fact that they treat you with respect.Thanks Guys, keep up the good work.

This place is great. Jeremy always takes the time to help me out with the weird jeep stuff I often seem to be dealing with. They are trustworthy people who genuinely care about their customers. It's nice having a reliable 4x4 shop on the NW side.

Very HONEST, professional, thorough, friendly, accommodating and courteousI found this place through Google for oil change, had my oil change done twice over there, fast ,friendly courteous service. On last visit, I learned that they are a full service shop, had them examine the noise source in my high mileage old car from the wheel, thinking I would need some parts replaced, I got an appointment scheduled, dropped of car a day ahead, next day, to my surprise, they told me that fender well was missing a plastic clip which they attached and refused to charge me.Finding an HONEST repair shop is very very rare nowadays! I m forever a loyal customer now and definitely will be returning for more repairs and maintenance when needed.

When it comes to finding a mechanic you can trust, this is the place to go. They go out of their way to explain and show you any problems. Their prices are very reasonable too. I am pretty mechanically inclined, but if and when I do need service from a shop, this is the only place I will ever take my car. They never try to push services down my throat and I always feel like I am getting my money's worth for their quality of service!

I just popped by over a concern with my Buick SUV and Jeremy came out to my car to hear it, asked me some questions, relayed to his tech, and told me it was normal and explained why. I appreciate his professionalism and not taking advantage. They didn t charge me for a diagnostic and another place probably would have and gave me an answer. It shows me they have integrity and aren t just trying to make a quick buck off everything.

My husband and I are new to jeep ownership AND new to Tucson. We had the pleasure of meeting Jeremy Ford, who took the time to answer our questions, show us how certain features of our jeep worked, and provided us with wonderful information re: several backroad areas. He was professional, patient, and knowledgeable, and we will be using Quality Lube and Tune for all our jeep needs!

Excellent experience. Nathan was so helpful but most important, honest. He gave great advise and saved me from having to do repairs the dealership wanted. And of course their price was much better! Highly recommend

Stay away from these crooks!!! My elderly father had his car towed in for a simple power steering hose leak. Quality Lube and Tune took advantage of an 87 year old Veteran.1. My father was quoted a much lower price than he was charged when he picked up the car. He was lied to and over charged by Nathan, the manager.2. The shop had the car for two weeks for the simple repair, so my father had to rent a car to get to doctor's appointments.3. The car had the same problem when he picked it up and barely made it home, so he had to have it towed back to the shop (towing is expensive).4. The shop had the car for an additional week. My father had to beg to get his car back. Over three weeks total to repair a hose. WTH?5. The shop did not refund the cost for parts and labor for installing parts that were not needed and did not fix the original problem. No offer to make it right was ever made.

Jeremy and every one here rock . I am obsessed with cars (My Cars ) they have fixed things that other places did wrong and didn't charge me crazy to fix what i already paid for . They are fair honest and down right supper helpful . I obsess on some thing to make me 2016 Wrangler cooler and Jeremy comes up with the solution I brought my 1969 Chevy Chevelle in and was making sure that the breaks were good so that I wouldn't crash and he had him up on a in a hot second and even gave me a full assessment so that I can keep me Lovely running at optimal ! Thank you Jeremy Thomas and every one there at Quality Lube & Tune and Trail Boss Off-Road ! I have 5 vehicles My son goes here and I send every one who will listen to you all !!!!

Had all my maintenance done on my company and personal vehicles here for years. Jeremy is a very straight forward no BS kind of guy, and incredibly knowledgeable. We travel the whole US now, and go out of our way to come here to have our vehicles worked on.

Oh, I had a half inch bolt go through my spare and limped into the parking lot in front of their business. When we had trouble getting the last few rusty lugs off, I asked them if they had an electric impact. They came out and busted them loose for us. Good Guys! I live nearby and see that they are constantly very busy, which must be for...Good Reasons.Thanks Guys!

I have been taking my vehicles to Quality for over ten years and have always sent business their way, but after my last encounter with them I will be finding a new shop, which is a shame because it was all over $44. Essentially I was estimated at one price, one in which I was told included the diagnostic fee, and yet this was not the case. It was explained to me that the person that made the mistake was new, but that is the cost of business. Mistakes are built into training costs, not passed down to the customer, whether they are a new customer or one who has been a loyal customer for many years. When Jeremy explained the charges to me they made sense and I understood what I was being charged for but unfortunately this price was not what I was told.

I enjoy cars and have worked on my hobby cars for years. However, these are the only guys I will trust with my daily drivers. They are competent, honest and reliable. If you need it done right without paying a fortune, you have found the right place.
