Took my Jeep Sahara here for some steering issues. David took me right in and was to forthcoming and accurate on the issues at hand. He corrected everything with precision and even went the extra mile to check a few more issues....no extra charge. Jeep drives like a dream now. These guys are the best, I have worked with them several times. I highly recommend them. High quality outfit here.

We changed the gears in our Jeep JL to 5:13s. PV Auto was highly recommended and rightly so. They were kind, informative, and did exemplary work on our gears. We had a great experience with PV Auto and will be back for more work in the future.

David took care of business like a boss. He worked with my chaotic schedule and got my rig in and service quickly and thoroughly. All my questions were answered and the entire process was explained in detail and left to me to decide. He even suggested and performed some money saving repairs. Top notch service.

I "crawled" my Jeep TJ to PV Auto after breaking an axle on a trail East of Florence. We installed a temporary axle assembly on the trail since we were not able to remove the broken section of the axle shaft from the differential.David and the PV team repaired my axle assembly, installed a new axle & replaced rear shocks. While there, the crew replaced my malfunctioning turn signal switch, replaced the horn fuse, changed oil & greased.At pickup, David explained in detail what was work was done. I can tell that the Jeep is happy to be back on the road and ready for the next off-road adventure. Regardless of what issue(s) I might have in future, I'm confident that PV Auto will resolve my Jeep problems on a timely basis and at a fair price. PV Auto is a LONG way from my home but I wouldn't consider taking it anywhere else for service.I'd strongly recommend that you take your vehicle to PV Auto for service and/or repair. A smaller locally owned and operated auto repair shop. Staff is amicable, knowledgeable, and skilled.Services provided were done well, priced very reasonably, completed promptly, and there was no attempt at upselling parts or service.In summary: Good work, fair and honest pricing, good turnaround times. Will definitely be my goto and recommend shop.

This little auto shop is legit. Family-owned, decent folk who couldn't help me with my issue and didn't wring me for money even though they took precious time out of their day to investigate my issue. Would recommend and def return.

I had an excellent experience at PV Auto! They have a straight forward approach and didn't try to up sale me any additional services. They went over all of services and provided me with services that will be needed in the near future. I am very happy with my experience and will be back! FYI to non auto repair savvy folks out there...I truly believe that PV Auto will not take advantage of you and that you can trust them to do the work that is needed. Even if it is just an oil change.

PV Auto has consistently provided excellent customer service for the 7-8 years I've been their customer. PV Auto is an hour from my home but well worth the drive. They are honest with their assessments of what needs to be done, complete the required work on time and bill at competitive rates for the work done. What makes the most difference for me is their focus on customer satisfaction. I'm proud to call myself a satisfied PV Auto customer and am confident you will too.

Thank you Melissa and David for getting my jeep jk back on the road last week. David and Melissa diagnosed some issues in the front end steering and rear axle gearing on my 2014 jeep jk. Not only did they get the job done properly, but there level of customer service was fantastic!! It's nice being comfortable and confident with the people that work on your rigs. This awesome shop always has time to help out. They helped me with 2 issues that were minor without making me get an appointment...which most shops do. This wasn't the first time they've done it, either. If you want expert advice on your 4x4 or even street rods, this place should be your first stop!

Took my car here for an issue that another garage couldn t figure out and they were awesome! Got me in the same day and had my car back by the next day. Great customer service and very friendly. I heard this place mentioned by a member at a meeting of the Tucson Rough Riders 4x4 club. So when i noticed a significant leak from my front differential just before leaving Tucson for Joshua Tree Natl Park-and discovering that 4Wheel Parts could not honor this warranty repair for several days-I sought out PV Auto and am SO GLAD I did! They got me in and out in under an hour and charged only for a standard differential service job. They were a GODSEND. I made it all the way out to California and then back home to Texas without incident. These guys are GREAT!

Very nice, family ran business. They were extremely helpful while inspecting a used car for me. They took the time to explain everything to me, answered all my questions, and helped me look up different parts for the car. Even though it is a far drive for me, I will return for future mechanic needs.

This is a fantastic shop, Melissa and David are a pleasure to do business with. If I can't do the work myself, PV Auto is THE place I bring my cars to. PV was recommended to me a couple of years ago and I won't go anywhere else.

Feel the shop always looks to do the best for you and your car at a reasonable price.. At times they have suggested alternatives to what I was considering which saved me money. I feel that they have also always looked out for my safety, and I believe they tell you honestly what they think.

I've used this shop for repairs on my TJ and now my JKU. The prices are fair and the quality of the work has been all I can ask for. Everything I've had repaired has worked as needed and the work has been done within the time quoted.
