Took my car in for an unknown issue. They were able to diagnose correctly and fix it in one day. It was greatly appreciated not to have to keep coming back multiple times to get an issue fixed. I can't comment on the affordability as I did not have time to go from place to place for price comparisons. The price I paid was worth having no more issues afterward. It's been about a month now and running like new.

Ron and his crew were the best and most honest but Ron retired and I think half his crew is gone. Changed ownership few months ago. Changed service manager about 2 months ago. Changed rates too - I was quoted higher than dealer for timing belt and water pump last month. Going back to the dealer. At the very minimum I know I will get genuine Honda parts. Worst case I'll pay for Honda parts I may not really need right now. Giving 5 stars because I did get full brake service done perfect under new ownership but original crew and decent service manager about 3 months ago.

I bought my car out of pocket for 7 grand and took it for a quote for shocks. They ended up giving me a whole total of 6 grand to fix everything wrong with the car. I took it to two other mechanics for a different opinion and they both said the parts Prudence Car Care are giving me are way too expensive. The labor for three parts was up to three hundred EACH. I was referred here by a coworker and I m getting charged like if I have a race car. My car is over 13 years old. If you do come here, I would also get an opinion elsewhere.

My mom s car wouldn t start and we were able to get it to Prudence. They took care of our problem without charging a diagnostic fee. Other dealers were going to charge $175. Tony was a complete professional and went above and beyond the call of duty to help my 87 year old mother. I strongly recommend them.

Took my car for an estimate to repair my brakes. I did get an estimate, didn't have work done. I was charged $100.00 to have the car looked at with no prior communication of the charge,they had me mixed up with another customer they thought I was there for a oil change. So my receipt had my estimate with his oil change and his name on the paperwork I'm still confused. I won't be back.

The new owner is great! Same level of excellent, prompt service as before. They know Hondas and Acuras. That's all they do. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Used this shop several times for several vehicles throughout the years and every single time they've been incredibly honest and helpful. I've trusted them to do heavy maintenance on my vehicles and it's always been a good experience. The last time I dropped my vehicle off there to get an oil leak inspected I wasn't even charged for it.

Very friendly, competent, knowledgeable, professional, fair, honest, kind. I will not take my business elsewhere. I can trust that my car is well cared for and I am treated fairly and with the utmost respect at Prudence Car Care. I highly recommend this business to anyone who owns a Honda or Acura.

I have used their services a couple of times for my 2015 Pilot: oil change, wheel alignment.I bought new tires from Discount Tire & heard it's good to get a wheel alignment after installing new tires (even though my Pilot was driving straight & was not having any issues). After I took it to Prudence C.C. for the alignment, my Pilot was pulling right as soon as I drove off their lot. I was busy for several weeks, & I eventually called them & told them what happened. The owner assured me there was something else causing the pull. I was skeptical, so I decided to take it to Big O tires since I received a good coupon in the mail. They gave it a try, but afterwards my Pilot now pulled left. I couldn't understand how two auto shops weren't able to fix my alignment. Finally, I received an oil & service coupon in the mail from Chapman Honda. I took it to them & they were able to fix my alignment.Conclusion, if u have a 2015 Pilot that needs alignment, don't take it to Prudence, nor Big O. Those places work fine for my other auto repair needs.

This place is fair, reasonably priced, and pretty fast at solving your Honda's problems. On our first visit just yesterday, the price to replace compliance bushings and control arms on our 2003 Accord was less than half of what a local Honda dealer quoted us. I'm pretty upset with that dealer, as I've purchased two vehicles there and have been taking all three of my Honda vehicles there for service for several years. Prudence came highly recommended by a friend who is a former auto mechanic, and I can see why. These guys are knowledgeable and seem to be honest too.

Good place to help keep your Honda healthy. Nice folks who do a solid job for a fair price. Definitely no qualms about going back.

I have taken my two Hondas here for years, & cannot speak highly enough of Rod & his staff. Every repair is explained thoroughly beforehand & fully itemized, so you always know exactly what is being done & how much it will cost. The crew at Prudence demonstrate an honesty, integrity, & professionalism that are increasingly difficult to find elsewhere. For Honda owners like myself who care about the long-term health of their vehicles, this is really the best (& only) choice for repairs & maintenance in Tucson.

I've taken my Honda's to Rod at Prudence Car Care for years. Great professional service and quality parts. Always sound advice on maintaining your vehicle at your level of comfort and affordability. How many people ever miss their mechanic? I did- after my Accord was rear-ended it took me 3 years to find a quality, used replacement. Day one- took it to Rod's for inspection and service.

I've been very happy with the service here. The prices are good and I feel that he is aware that some items are big monetary decisions and does his best to help out in making the best decision. I usually do all my own car work, which I enjoy, but as I get busier in life I've had trouble finding somebody that I trust to do the work instead of me. Prudence Car Care has fit that bill for me and I appreciate having somebody trustworthy to take care of my vehicles for me. Thanks!

Finding a good mechanic can be difficult, and I'm thankful I found this place. The staff are courteous, the work is professionally done, and I never have to worry about surprises when the bill comes. The staff knows Honda vehicles, and I'll be bringing my car here as long as I've got it.

Great diagnosis, service, and people. I brought in my 2006 Acura TL and they diagnosed my issue the same day with an estimate. The bushings and shocks they had replaced were genuine OEM Acura parts. The car was ready when they said it would be and drives a lot better thanks to them. Very knowledgeable Honda/Acura specialists.

Honest and reliable! My family has been going here for our Hondas ever since I can remember. I've strayed from Honda in the past, and had to use other mechanics. Never again! I honestly don't know what I'll do if this place were to ever close its doors. All of my family's cars have lived to a ripe old age thanks to these guys.

I have used Prudence Honda for several years for oil changes and scheduled services. The service has always been excellent. Prices are reasonable compared to dealers. I will continue to use them as long as I have my Honda CRV.

Felt like they were very honest and upfront about what was needed with my van, they took the time to make sure I understood what work was being done and why and they finished the work within their estimated time frame.very impressed, they are my new Honda mechanic.

Rod & staff are absolutely fantastic. They always go the extra mile for me, and are as honest as the day is long. Luckily they re right on the other side of the wall from my apartment!

It's obvious that the previous review (man nyugen) was inspired by downright ignorance. I have been taking my daughters Civic to Prudence Car Care for over a year and have NEVER been made to feel like I was being "sold" a service or parts that weren't needed. The owner of Prudence Car Care explains every aspect of what the car required and found the best deal on tire replacement for me. I've even had to have the car towed (FROM CORTARO RD) to PCC and bypassed all other options on the way - to get the best service. Try this company for yourself - form your own opinion - I'm positive you'll agree with me. Honda's aren't cheap to fix - it is well known.

Great people, very knowledgable, and gets you in and out quick. They diagnosed and repaired the blinker issues and oil leak leak i had when brake max couldnt do it after 3 visits. I will be taking my car to them for a future service.

This is a good honest shop that uses quality parts. I've been taking my 01 Accord and 06 Odyssey here for a few years for small and large repairs, and I've not had any issues. I can't recommend this shop enough.

This the worst used car inspect experience.we have our honda CRV SINCE IT NEWWe have full service record from day 1THIS SHOP HUNGRY FOR WORKTHE MACHANIC TRY TO SELL EVERYTHING ON MY HONDAJUST BECAUSE THE MILEAGE ON THE CARSCARE AWAY THE BUYERMY HONDA JUST HAVE SERVICE DONE AT CHAPMAN
