My car has been there for a week and a half. I have no idea what s going on with it. No one answers me. They leave me on hold and then never pick up again. They purposely dont answer my calls. The first day it was there they were supposed to fix that fact that it was overheating then tried say it wasn t over heating and they ll try again tomorrow. Making me feel crazy. I will never bring my car here again. If you want good costumer service and need you car done within a week. Cause it s been a week and I half and I still don t know what s happing don t come here.Update!I got my car back and they fixed the coolant reservoir but that not the water pump which is causing the sound (I know this because I went to a different auto shop). IT WAS MY WATER PUMP MAKING THE SOUND AND CAUSI G UT TO OVERHEAT. They tried to give me a quote of $2000 dollars for something I didn t even need!!!!!! Thank god I got a second opinion. Also its the new staff that gave me the quote.

Awesome repair shop! The employees are super friendly and make me laugh, shout out to Cliff and Brian, amazing people. I always feel intimidated going into any kind of auto shop, I feel very welcomed here and taken care of, THANK YOU! :)

Worse shop ever!!! I bought a Chevy Silverado in November of 2023 at Premier Auto truck transmission went out as soon as I bought it pretty much. They put a new transmission in January 2024. Soon after my truck broke down again. Truck was towed to Watson Chevrolet was told throttle body, oil in cylinder 4, engine lifters out. Pretty much bought a POS truck. April now and still no resolution. Nobody calls me back. They have the worse customer service at the shop not to mention no workers they got rid just about everyone that was supposedly helping me. Nobody answers my number at the shop now! The manager from the actual dealership Tyler was helping me out yet he decided to block my number and not get back to me just because I was asking what is happening with my truck that been paying for all year long and not able to use it. Tyler took a bigger role with the company yet he blocks his customers!!!! No rental has been provided nothing. I have lost my job and I m sick cannot go to my Dr appointments yet nobody seems to care or create a resolution my truck has just been at the shop and shop does not answer me at all. Was told they ordered the engine lifters was set to arrive March21st, then March 26th, now they were never ordered. Claudia is a new person there she s completely clueless about everything. She is rude and has NO customer service at all. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The staff here is awesome. Very friendly and professional. Great service and reasonable priced. They don t pressure you and give you honest opinions.
