The best experience I have had with a collision center. Nice clean waiting area, polite and attentive staff, excellent communication with me and my insurance company and most importantly, an excellent outcome. Car looked new when I got it back. It really was a stress free experience.

First time ever getting my 4Runner serviced at this dealership. Was just getting tire rotation and fluids checked/general inspection. Waited 90 minutes. Checked with the service desk to get an update. They had no update. Waited 40 more minutes and went back to the service desk. They told me they were unable to get a hold of my advisor. Turns out my vehicle had been ready for quite some time but my advisor took a long lunch and provided no communication. I wasn t apologized to. I found it rude and unprofessional to wait 2 hrs 15 min for a tire rotation without any communication despite multiple attempts to find someone to help. I won t be coming back to this service center.

This was my first time visiting Precision Toyota. I was greeted by Jason the service advisor.Jason gathered all my info and set the service call in motion.While I was waiting in the lounge I had a few questions that I hadn't asked initially. I went and tracked Jason down. He literally stopped what he was doing and had me go over to his workstation.He took the time to go through all the details about what was included in my Toyota ownership. None of which was clearly explained by the dealership I purchased the vehicle from( In New Mexico) I find that to be outstanding customer service. Based on my experience with Jason and the dealership I will be a returning customer and will tell anyone who will listen how great Precision Toyota isRespectfully,Dan Keith.

Juan was able to keep me informed on the status of the repairs. The insurance company took forever to go look at the car after they wrote an estimate of about 20% of the actual damage from my pictures. Service was exceptional as were the employees. Would recommend and will repeat if necessary.

Best service experience! Nice waiting lobby with concessions and free coffee. Even massage chairs in the quiet lobby upstairs. The service team sent me a video of the inspection so I could easily see issues. Service was fast and friendly!

Well organized. Beautiful building. Courteous professional people. My visit was a 35,000 mile check - very simple. I did agree to draining the break fluid which was due. This is not my usual dealer - Kentucky resident.

I dread bringing my vehicle in for service because I have to wait BUT their customer service waiting area is spectacular!!!! Plenty of nooks and crannies with power outlets to plug in phone, tablet, laptop, etc. A quiet zone with individual rooms with recliners and television monitors. Plenty of complimentary coffee, tea and soda. A snack bar area with delicious pastries, chips, cheese and crackers. Kurt is exceptional with checking in, following up and making any warranty related arrangements.

My experience with buying our car was good. Our sales agent was good.I ve had two unpleasant experiences since:1) the finance man at the dealership, who finalized the deal, told us I would have my new permanent license plate within 45 days of the sale, which would be April 16. It still has not arrived, and I m getting concerned.2) the car came with only 1 key. Our sales agent said to go to the Parts Dept to order a second. I did that two weeks after buying the car (approximately 3/15). The parts dept man said I d hear from him within 2 weeks as to when it arrived. It s now four weeks past the two week date, and I have not heard anything.Can you help me on both issues?

My sales person was Saber, he was excellent. Very attentive and patient. Ensured all the paperwork was taken care of. I never felt rushed or pressured to buy anything and left with a vehicle I was very happy with. The reason I give this place 4 stars is because of my interaction with the finance manager. I forget his name but I had to wait 2 hours to speak with him to finalize the sale. By this time I was falling asleep in the chair. He had a personal story about everything to try to make you feel more comfortable, but rushed through the details of his sales pitch trying to upsell the warranty, anti-theft, expensive paint coating, tire warranty and one or two other products that came all bundled together. He talked super fast and drew big pictures on a piece of paper to make it seem like what he's selling is super important. I basically agreed to all of it without really understanding what I was buying. I felt like he took advantage of the fact that we were exhausted and just wanted to go home.

Oil change and spark plugs replaced on my Tacoma. Truck runs great and was done on time and for quoted price. They tried to upsell me on other stuff that wasn t needed or due. No mention of checking the K&N air filter and cabin filter as I requested. Not sure if it got done. I prefer to know the person working on my rig, but that is really rare these days. First time here for service. Will be interesting to see if the same staff is there next time.

Because we were in the military, we have purchased and serviced many Toyota vehicles from dealerships all over the country since 2001. The service I received from Richard Li at Precision Toyota in Tucson was undoubtedly the best experience in the last 23 years. He was professional, courteous and very helpful and informative in answering my questions & making suggestions to get my vehicle serviced & on my way. I was very impressed with the experience.

Awesome service. DJ was my service technician today and did a wonderful job of explaining what was going to happen with my car. He promised delivery within 90 minutes and all was said and done within 60. Prompt, courteous and professional.

Professional service and quick responses. I greatly appreciated the updates by text from the service staff during my last appointment. The facility itself is top notch as well with coffee and separate conference rooms for those who need to get work done while getting service. My advisor was Tito (Listed as Jesus online) and he walked me through the warranty replacement, the service updates, and answered my general questions about the car. Highly recommend this service center.

My first experience with Precision Toyota was outstanding! Service Advisor Justin Vario was great to work with. He listened to me and kept me up to date on what was needed for my RAV4. Justin was able to get me a rental quickly as my vehicle needed extra work. The facilities were very comfortable for waiting. My RAV4 runs great! I appreciate the Techs who worked on my vehicle and didn't just rush to get it done. I look forward to bringing my other Toyota to Precision for service soon.

Everything was easy! From setting up an appointment, reception, and out processing. The wait was very reasonable and extremely comfortable as Precision's waiting areas and amenities are exceptional. The staff was professional, helpful, and courteous. Highly recommend Precision Toyota of Tucson for all your Toyota needs.

Poor service, job that was supposed to take 4 hours, took 4 days. Price was constantly changing, inflating. Service rep had no idea of what she was talking about, kept blaming service tech. Also, every part or service she quoted was $400. I could keep going but I ll stop here.

Not a great experience with the customer service. Missing steering wheel side covers, rear view mirror was disconnected, disassembled and left in cup holder with screws, not sure why. Was told someone would reach out twice about missing parts but haven t heard back. They did get our vehicle running again so we can be thankful for that. Our family has purchased 4 vehicles from Precision and we buy all our parts from there, but definitely thinking of taking our business elsewhere

Best service experience ever. Same day appointment, on a Sunday, great clean and modern facility. 35 minutes after arriving we were on our way. We barely had time to finish lunch at the deli. Well done.

The facility is nice. Didn t like the time it took for an oil change-2 hours. New Toyota 4 runner 10k service, ticking noise driver side= 6 hours. Passed and stated I would come back another time. Need to hire more techs, not just lube techs.

Jose was very helpful from the start, very busy but was able to multitask efficiently and answer all questions promptly. Helped as much as he could to get me in to the truck I loved, it unfortunately didn t work out but he sat and gave me options of other vehicles and worked with me to get something I love even more!Great dealership with great people!!

Sean, the service manager is awesome! I am just disappointed he had to get involved. I told the first service representative the exact same things I told Sean but the difference (in my opinion) is he listened and the first rep didn t. It wasted another full day without my truck and put me in danger because the tire continued to lose air randomly.I gave 4 stars only because Sean was there, very professional, communicated constantly and ultimately got it fixed. Thank you Sean!

Going in for service at precision was great. Everyone I talked to was polite and knowledgeable. Despite the larger number of people around for the same services the waiting area was spacious and my car was done surprisingly fast. Henry Force was the one to oversee my process and he was great, I don t know what y all are paying him but he definitely deserves a raise.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Was early for service, 80 thousand miles. They got it right in and indicated it might be two hours, which I had planned for. Thirty minutes later I m done and on my way. Great service and experience.

These guys were able to correct my brand new Tacoma s alignment after two failed attempts at my local California dealer. They were much faster as well and seemingly more efficient overall. Very nice lobby area. I believe Tony was my service writer and he introduced himself very professionally with a proper handshake and had me on my way in good time.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment
