I would give 5 stars for the quality of repairs and for how nice everyone is who I dealt with. On the other hand, you may want to heed my cautionary tale that the length of time it took (7 weeks) to repair the vehicle was longer than anticipated or estimated. I had to pay $2800 to rent a car during this time (note to self, get rental car insurance) Also, a friend of mine had an accident around the same time I did. She took her car to JD Autobody & Service, and got daily texts as to the status of repairs. I had to be proactive about communication and calling in to find out what was going on, as I didn t get any updates once I signed the contract for repair. These are the areas which need to be improved to warrant a higher rating.

Well, coordinated, professional, quality service. The advantage of taking your Toyota to PRECISION for problems is that I feel my car is respected and understood. This kind of trust is worth a lot. Yes, the prices up there but it s commensurate with the quality of the work. I think we gamble going to local shops, although some might work very well and might be less expensive but I ve never experienced the same kind of Care that I get from PRECISION TOYOTA

Great service. I had my car there for collision center and they kept me posted and gave me updates on my car in a timely manner. The customer service was good. I would recommend Precision Toyota if you need your vehicle fixed.

I have had several repairs on my vehicle completed by the Precision Collision Center. In each case they have always been professional and willing to work with me and the insurance company to complete the repairs in a manner that meets my qualitative expectations. They have also been willing to work with the insurance company and me to insure that the cost was reasonable.

Our car required extensive repairs that took about two months and the Toyota team, especially Jose and Ernesto, kept in frequent contact with updates and coordinated everything with the insurance. Ernesto was calm and organized despite the insurance situation being complicated and frustrating. We ve had our car back for a day now and are very happy with how it turned out. The damage was on the bumper, hitch, and under the car, which they completely rebuilt as the metal was all bent from being hit. They did an excellent job.

Great people! Great work! They, especially Alea, made my repair experience as pleasant as could be possible! They explained everything, told me what to expect, arranged a rental replacement, and performed a complex repair in the time they had predicted! Could not ask for more!

We recently had to have our 2022 Tacoma repaired after a fender bender at their collision center. PJ was our service manager. He kept us informed as the work progressed and made sure the insurance authorization was in place. It was the best possible experience we could have had. Thank you to all the people at Precision Toyota especially PJ.

I was told it would be a week to a week and a half before the repairs would be completed. I turned it in Tuesday morning and was called Wednesday afternoon stating the repairs were completed and I could come pick up my car. The staff was very pleasant to work with as well; professional and courteous. The work was done to the point I couldn t tell repairs were done. I looked as it did when I purchased the car.

I had a great experience, my 2020 Toyota Tundra had a broken front windshield that I had replaced and calibrated.it took less time than expected. I am very happy.Thank you!!

Toyota Collision Center was the only positive part of the entire car crash experience. My insurance was awful but the lovely people here were SO kind, so communicative, so transparent and just very professional. I am very grateful for their kindness and quality work. I would come back even without using my insurance company.

Precision Toyota followed through with their warranty to paint my vehicle. They even gave me a loaner car while they were painting my car . No charge. I m impressed. I m thankful. I really like my 2010 Prius. It s the best car I ve owned. I selected Precision Certified Collision Centre as my repair shop after I was rear ended in January. TJ Gibbons was very helpful in keeping me informed of my vehicle repair timeline. The quality of repairs to my vehicle confirmed to me that I made the right choice by choosing PCCC as my preferred shop. Thanks TJ. Great job.

Used their collision services for the first time ever. After having a terrible experience with CARSTAR, the folks at PreToy took care of my car and made it a very easy process. I was able to get my car back on time in a crunch as well. Amelia was incredibly helpful.

TJ and crew went above and beyond replacing the windshield on my Tacoma. The process was smooth. I was comfortable in the dealership. TJ kept me apprised during the process. I will always use Precision Collision Center.

Jose, TJ and Aleja at the Collision Center were absolutely a delight to work with. They are precise, thorough, professional and likeable.I definitely recommend Precision Toyota Collision Center as they are above the rest hands down!

I took my car there because I was side swiped and there was paint damage. The workers found out that in a previous accident from the previous owner had done a bad patch job on the same side that my accident happened on. They said to fix what happened from my accident they had to fix that bad patch job which would cost an extra over $3000 that wouldn t be covered by insurance. I said don t do it then bc it was all cosmetic. They then charged me over $2000 to put my car back together which took all of the money from my insurance claim, which still wasn t enough to cover it. I still had to pay over $600 out of pocket to get my car back from them when the entire thing was supposed to be free since the accident wasn t my fault. My car came back to me in worse condition than I brought it in because the bad patch job fell apart when they took that panel off. There s a big hole in my side fender now and I don t have the insurance money to fix it. I won t ever recommend this shop to anyone I feel taken advantage of and now if I want to fix the damage I m going to be out thousands to fix it myself now that I don t have the claim money. Don t take your car here!

I had my windshield replaced at the collision center. They did excellent work, everything was on-time or ahead of schedule, they were easy to work with regarding insurance. I can't think of how it could go better.

The service was exceptional.. I d like to single out Alea Meyer, for her knowledge and the attention she provided.No one wants to be faced with a car repair but in this case my car came out looking brand new.Thanks to ALL !

It was a very good experience. I was treated with courtesy and respect and it was obvious the people I was dealing with knew what they were Doing!I was kept advised as the Repair process progressed and extra help given when it turned out I needed a new battery in addition to the body repairs, That was taken care of with little stress on me.Hope I dont n�ed to go back but if repairs are needed, Precision would certainly be the first place I d go.

The shop does a great job and I have nothing to say but good things about their workmanship and in general dealing with them. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that there is a disconnect between the dealership and the Collision Center that makes transportation to and from the shop inefficient and confusing.
