We had driven by this place for years and admired all the amazing vehicles out front. Now we are proud to say we own a vehicle that has been transformed by Raul and his excellent team at Platinum Rollas. Thomas completed the look with some amazing rims.We weren't exactly sure what we wanted done with our Hyundai Tucson. We drove down there and met Raul, who was overflowing with ideas that would be a tasteful way to make our new-to-us vehicle stand out, but not too much, just as we desired.When we picked it up, it looked fantastic. Raul even had them add some additional color around the bottom of the sides, to make the wrap color flow better. He said no charge, and they could remove it if we didn't like it, but we loved the look.All through the process, Raul was so helpful. When there were some bubbles in the wrap because of the cold temps when it was applied, they immediately fixed them. He truly cares about making his customers happy and completely satisfied.Thomas, in the Wheels/Tires dept. found us some beautiful rims and they arrived within a few days. They made sure that all the pressure sensors, etc. were re-installed with our tires and working correctly. It was the perfect look to complete the transformation from typical to Custom.I highly recommend Platinum Rollas! We are proud to display their logo on our vehicle. Raul does a lot for local charities and the Tucson community as well. Great local business!

Thomas literally saved my day.I was in from out of town at another tire shop with a flat & was told that they couldn t get my tires off because I didn t have a special key.I called Platinum Rollas in hopes that they would be able to help me & the owner, Thomas, said the shop was closed but that he would come by and see what he could do to help. He came by & saw that my car actually didn t need a special lug nut key and all they had to do was pop off the plastic coverings and I was able to get my tire changed.Thank you, again, Thomas! You went out of your way on your day off for a stranger & it was much very much appreciated.Definitely recommending to all my Tucson friends!

Tito and his team are top notch. Very knowledgeable and great prices. This isn't only a tire and accessory shop, it's also a great barbershop with extremely talented barbers. Great fades and beard trims. Tommy and Jess are highly skilled in their craft.

Just had my Tesla wrapped with PPF and I got tint done as well.The service was amazing ! The craftsmanship was out of this world!I m returning customer. Done business with them for a long time. Always take care of me like I m a king doesn t matter if I do 200 $ or 10000 $ job.I highly recommend platinum rollas!Thank you Raul ,Thomas and Julio for excellent work!Good Job!

I Bought my Ferrada FR2 wheels a few years ago and absolutely love them. Thomas took really good care of me when I came in and has continued to do so! My misses hit one of the famous Tucson potholes and ruined a rim, he got me a replacement quickly and came to where it was parked and replaced it!!! Excellent customer service Thank you again!!!!!!

Don't go anywhere else to get your rims, tires, tent and accessories. I could spend a lot of money here getting my car customized. The staff gave me ideas and advice I would have never thought of. This is a quality location for custom needs.

Fantastic Service and Exceeded Expectations! I have brought 3 vehicles to Platinum, where Raul and Thomas have displayed nothing but genuine first class service and premium work! Always a fair price and stellar service! Platinum has wrapped 2 of my vehicles, tinted 3, and put custom wheels on 2 of them; all was conducted perfectly! Highly recommended!

Brought my truck in looking like a base model left with some 24 inch Wheels and great accessories ! Great place to do business have been taking my cars since the very beginning ! Raul & Thomas always take care of me and they have great pricing on everything you can think of ! Best detail service and I take my vehicle every 3 days !

The staff were totally cool and professional. The shop is casual and clean. To my surprise its floor plan, probably not on purpose, but by accident well organized. Space is utilized, music is appropriate and snacks provided ( i love candy). My truck was out of there in under 45 minutes with 4 new shoes mounted and balanced. NO LOUD PNEUMATIC OR HYDRAULIC SOUNDS. NO OIL OR RUBBER FUMES. Dudes hair cut looked good too.

We were very happy with the service and quality of the work they did on our daughter's vehicle. She goes to college there in Tucson and we live in Ohio and they went above and beyond to help us with her vehicle. Thank you Platinum Rollas! We will definitely be using them again in the future!

Definitely the best, Raul hooked me up with my led headlights, which were incorrectly installed elsewhere. He was able to fix it for a couple hundred when others were quoting me much more or wouldn't even touch it. He even had to use extra parts that cost $100 a peice which he didn't charge me for, sticking to his original quoted price. These guys know what they are doing! Will definitely be going back to trick out my wheels and custom wrap!

Very great customer service! They always fit us in their busy schedule and make sure we are happy with their service. Got our vehicle windows tinted here and they did a great job. Their car details are the best! Highly recommend!

State of the art service. Platinum Rollas is a jewel to be discovered by a Tv Show. Raoul always has been honest, professional and ready to provide the best service and innovative ideas to help me. Thomas and Raoul have been and example of work ethics to my son since he was 15 years old and helped us with his first vehicle. Thomas has improved my Magnum, and my Toyota Runner to a new dimension with his perfect choice of wheels and tires. They take their personal time and effort in order to provide the customer the highest value by the dollar available in the USA. They honor their guarantee, their word is written in stone, that's why they have such a great reputation. Thank you guys! you are the best!

Great owner and he has a wonderful work crew. Thomas the owner really knows his stuff. Listened to what I wanted and found it. I definitely will be returning and spreading the word to eveyone I know. They do rims and tires for any type of vehicle you have.

If you re looking for any vehicle accessories for a high line or daily driver they have your one stop shop. They hooked up my BMW Gran Coupe into a totally different vehicle. Thanks Raul and Thomas for making my whip turn heads. If you re looking to make your vehicle unique shop with them. They have no competition!!!

Raul walked me through what kind of lights are best for my 07 Honda Accord! He made sure I was educated on the entire process, which made me felt comfortable. I definitely recommend anyone looking to upgrade your lights or even rim!

The shop is your go to..not only wheels and tires wraps and interior as well and always give extra for the price you pay..think your just getting what you payed for? Wrong he always got a surprise for his customers that's integrity and appreciation at it's finest

Tried doing business twice with this company and got the cold shoulder. I ended up purchasing from another rim shop! Not sure what lead to them ignoring me, regardless of how busy they are. If my money's not good enough, I'll go else where.

Its a one stop shop. No matter what it is u need for your car Thomas or Raul can take care of you. Although there are other shops out there one can truly go with a shop that has not only the experience but the year's of serving the community.

Extreemly unethical buisness. They dont even own a tire machine they give you the run around and have other people occupy you while the sneak off in your vehicle to c&j tire. Asked where they mount tires and they say they have a place off site which is a lie.

My truck went their for paint, sat for 9 months, had to pull it and take it somewhere else. I will point out, the painter is a separate entity that the wheel & tire operation, I have had no dealings with that department.
