I'm taking my car to Richard three times, and all three times he is treating me with kindness and care. He has been up front with me from the very start. If there's anything that needs to be done, he let me know before he does it and also his prices are right on spot. I appreciate this true automotive professional. My car will go nowhere else but the Planet Auto. Thanks Richard for taking care of my car and making it reliable.

Guy got me in not just same day but in an hour then it took him longer to get old part out but stuck to quoted price. He also let me know that I should get my belt tensioner replaced soon. I appreciated the fact he didn't assume I didn't know anything about cars and try to take advantage of me too. Great shop and mechanic. I will definitely bring my car back there.

I brought my Saturn to Richard after a large chain told me I needed a new compressor and related parts. Richard took the time to find exactly the cause of the problem . It was 3 small parts which he replaced. Compressor was fine. He is a masterful mechanic . A joy to do business with. The only shop I will take my Saturn to from now on. Highly recommend.Service: Air conditioning

Richard is the real deal. One of the most reliable, honest and knowledgeable mechanics I have ever met, and he knows GM cars better than anyone. However, he can probably take care of any car. Local Family owned shop. Richard, the owner is genuine and honest. No pressure just truthful and easy going. I take all my vehicles here, and recommend Planet Automotive to all my family and friends. Prices and service are the best I know of.

I honestly feel great about taking my vehicle here! I've been getting oil changes from here for awhile now. As well as my brakes & rotors done, nicely so! He is very helpful with great advice as well! Thank you!!

We have had such a hard time trying to find someone to work on our Saturn correctly! That is until now!! Thank you Richard! My a/c works again and it drives like a dream!!! We will Always go to Planet Automotive!!

It is because of the positive reviews, I went to Planet Automotive. Best referral you can get. I too, was pleased with the service I received. They are up front and no b.s. tactics to scare you. I will be using Planet Automotive from here on out. If you are looking for experts to work on your Saturn give them a call. Thanks, guys!My husband brought his Buick in for some major repairs not long ago. He, too, was pleased with the completed work. Our cars will be repaired here only from here on out! Again, Thanks!

I've used these folks for my Saturn before, and they're terrific. I was rear ended by a hit and run driver and both my tail lights and trunk were really smashed up. They repaired the damage better than I could have imagened at a really amazing price. I had my car back the next day. I highly recommend Planet Automotive!

"Rich has been helping me with my car for quite a number of years. I found him to be very competent, nice, and very fair and trustworthy. The repairs on my car have always worked out great. Rich can diagnose almost immediately what is wrong with the car and can fix it in a relatively quick time frame. His prices are fair and his work is impeccable. What a relief to have you back again. We tried to set up an appointment during your ownership change and wires got crossed - literally. The place we ended up taking it to got our car running but all kinds of weird electrical problems surfaced. In short, we missed your friendly service and your know-how. This is my car place... I bought her here, n I return if I need a oil change, or any kind of maintenance.. or even just a question or concern for my car.. HE'S VERY HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY, DEPENDABLE, N FAIR. not easy to find all those qualities in one place.. Especially concerning your vehicle..

Owner is knowledgeable about Saturns and he takes time for his customers. Even tightened my battery cables and helped me change my license plate at random times. I appreciate that so much.

Great crew of guys. Hard working, honest, and reasonably priced. I have been bringing my car to these guys for almost a decade now. I bring them my car even when the work it needs is something that I could do myself. Just so that I can support this business. And I don't do that with a lot of places.

You will not I repeat, you WILL not find two more knowledgeable, genuine guys to fix your car. I ve come in unannounced on two separate occasions and they took me in right away. Love this place, will only come here for any car trouble!
