I needed to get repairs done on my car, the staff was professional,prompt and prepared to take care of my needs. I am thankful to Pima Automotive for their help getting me back driving confidently, knowing they did what I requested on top of addressing some other issues I wasn't aware of. The time I was there waiting on my vehicle, I saw them assisting other customers and knew they weren't giving me special treatment, they treat all there customers like family! The price was reasonable and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who inquires about a local repair shop that will get them right! "Keep up the great work, Pima Automotive!"

I just got my oil change and tire replaced. He did not ask me what kind of oil change I wanted, cabin and engine filter he charge me more double than what other places charge. When it is only $12.99 he charged me $39.95 each. Oil change $69.95 when other places charge $24.99. One tire he charge me $129.95 when othe places charge for $52.00. This place is a rip off. Of course I paid a total of $345. Nothing I can do since he did everything already without my permission. Do not go to this place as they will way over charge you without your permission. Rip off place.

These guys rocked. My girlfriend and I both got oil changes and I got my brake fluid flushed all for less than the oil changes alone would have been at a chain mechanic. Vinny and Bob were both super helpful, they showed us things to be aware of on both of our cars without trying to upsell us on anything, they didn't push any crap or try to lie about stuff to get more money out of us, they just fixed what we needed and knew what they were doing. Love this place and absolutely will be going back.

20 miles from Tucson and my "service engine soon" light goes on...I know pretty much no one, so long story short someone recommends Pima Automotive and am I glad they did!....Bob and his crew were life saving angels ascended from above...Pima Automotive is definitely sacred ground...

My Dad recommended Pima Automotive to me and I was not disappointed. Vinny was so helpful and kind. My wait was short and I enjoyed good music as I sat there. There aren't many places that genuinely care about your safety on they road...but I'm here to tell you the guys at Pima Automotive do! Thanks again guys!

Vinny was extremely helpful, after my car was inspected Vinny showed me exactly the work that needed to be done. I agreed to have the work done. It was done promptly and I m very happy with the service. I would absolutely recommend this service station and by the way, the waiting room is very nice

My check engine light came on and O reillys checked it and recommended a part for my car. I called my regular mechanic I ve had over 10 years, not only could they not get me in that day also told me that they would not put my part on.A friend told me about Pima Automotive and they got me in right away. Vinnie arranged a ride home for me, stayed in touch with updates and found a couple other things going on. My car is driving fantastic and I now have a new mechanic.The older country music was a plus

I've been a customer for years and I trust them. They are honest, straightforward, and ethical. They do everything they can to get you what you need. Bob, the owner, is honest and blunt, and he speaks spanish. Vinny will bust a** jumping through hoops to get your warranty or payment method figured out, and Jeff is a good mechanic, kind and intelligent. As a whole, they focus on educating the customer and putting safety first. What they charge has always been reasonable, and they have credit options.

My motorcycle broke down right in front of this repair shop. The chain fell off the sprocket causing the rear wheel to become entirely locked. I walked into this establishment asking for help to get it off the road.I want to deeply express my gratitude and appreciation for all the employees who helped get my motorcycle off of the street. It wasn t easy, and it was cold. But the guys here got it done and that was amazing, thank you so much again.As for the owner. He screamed at me. He demanded all of my information. He treated me like I caused this to happen on purpose, and made his employees move the motorcycle to another part of the lot needlessly. I had it towed as quickly as humanly possible.The owner was mean, belligerent, rude, and as far as I could surmise unintelligent. If you re looking for automotive work in this area, go to Gibbs. They re friendly and know what they re doing.

Pima Automotive was patient and took the time to answer all of my questions and my wife's questions while having our sun roof repaired on our vehicle. Geoffrey went over each part of the process with us even though he knew we were frustrated. I'm sure he could sense it. He helped to make our experience a better one. The bonus that we did not see coming was that Geoffrey and his team were able to get the job done for a thousand dollars less than originally agreed! Amazing do yourself a favor and go see these guys. Also Bob was delightful!

I came in for an oil change and they discovered I had a tire that had thread showing. I was given options that fit my budget! Very fast service! Very friendly! I am coming back!

I m a returning customer for reason that the crew at Pima Automotive is very friendly and professional. Vinny is very polite, friendly and helpful as well. Overall they will continue getting my business because they are an auto shop that I trust very much.

These guys are genuine. Across the board good service and kind folk. Everyone i talked to was nice.Vinny at the front was patient and understanding while i rambled on and on about my cars issue. Thanks man!Jesus the dude behind the scenes working is ac wizardry, i didnt meet you, but a big thank you for getting my AC blowing cold again! I really appreciate it!

I stopped in for an oil change cause they had a guy holding a sign that said 12.99$ oil change if you stop now! I figured after filter and oil waste removal fee it would maybe cost 50$ but no after having to replace a drain plug and needing a cabin filter my total was 124.11... 40$ of that being labor. So I will not be back there

We have been to this place several times due to being close to our house. Even when just going for a simple oil change they would come back telling us that something needed to be repaired or replaced and we took their word for it. Every. Single. Time. We have had to go back and get it refixed due to faulty workmanship and getting them to fix it properly leads to a fight every time as well. DO NOT GO HERE. Terrible experience even though we have tried to use them multiple times to support local.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Auto tire replacement, Auto maintenance, Battery, Oil change

Took our vehicle to get an estimate on removing a snapped hub bolt. We were quoted $250 for labor and parts. Later we were called to be informed that the vehicle had to be taken somewhere to have the bolt drilled out. We were NOT informed that there would be additional charges NOR were we asked if we approved the extra charges. Final bill was over $600+. And $19.95 for just one bolt when I can get 20 on Amazon for $35?? How would we have paid for this had we not had a credit card to back us up?? Total RIP-OFF!! Will not return to this business.

These guys tried to charge me $2400 dollars to replace my AC system. They called me and said my whole system was shot and needed replaced for $2400 dollars. I went to get my car and the owner was confidently gone, turned on my AC and it was blowing perfectly fine. They had drained the freeon out and were going to charge me $2400 to refill it. I went a AC shop and put the freeon back in for $65.00 and it blows like ice. I wouldn't let these guys check the air pressure in my tires. Buyer beware! They also backed my new paint job into something and tried to cover it up with my own touch up paint. They dumped the windshield wiper liquid into my block and it needed dried out and the plugs and wires replaced. Totally incompetent. Go somewhere else

My mom took her car to have her heater core replaced. They had it for 3 days when the job would only take 6 hours to do and they also up charged her for labor. They charged her over 1300 just for labor. Then the day before she got her car back she talked to the owner Bob who was extremely rude and should never work in consumer service. He told my mom a part that only cost 59.99 would be another 1000 to fix and when she told him no he got upset and basically hung up on her. This is by far the worst place. They will come up with more issues and up charge you. I would never recommend this place to anyone. If I could give zero stars I would.

Was on my way to Mexico from Canada going through Tucson on a Friday afternoon when my van broke down on the freeway.I could not find anyone willing to repair on such short notice until I spoke to Vinny at Pima Automotive he was Amazing, sent a tow truck IMMEDIATELY and Ryan a great mechanic had me back on the road. Great service and prices you won't be disappointed THANKS GUYS

Just like the other bad reviews , I took it in they charged me $2300 and they gave it back with another check engine light and now my car vibrates and it never happened before they had the car and now I can t pass emissions because of them I can t afford to take it to another shop or have my car legal for another Two weeks and it s holiday season. They really don t care they just want the money . You guys are terrible Bobby Vinny and everyone who touched my car

Had a 11 am appointment. Got my Lexus in early for an oil and filter change. The work was completed quickly and professionally. Vinny set it all up and was very helpful and professional. I will use them again.

Vinny at automotive Pima really took care of my senior Mother with honest service and low prices. They even gave her a ride home! If you're looking for an honest trustworthy mechanic that you can send your mother to, this is it. Thx guys

Took my Jeep Grand Cherokee to get Lower Control Arms, 2" rough country lift, and track bar installed. After wards I got the Death wobble. Took it back and it took them over night to install the upper control arms bushings. They took great care of me, but unfortunately were not able to fix the Jeep. I got Death Wobble severely on my way home. I need to get some more parts to potentially fix! GREAT crew, and serice, just was not able to figure out and fix the problem. Paid $1k in labor.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I had never been to a shop I like Pima automotive that is the worst service I have ever had we went in to repair a flat tire sad to say that the guys didn't even know how to put the tire back on and they charged almost $100 one thing I know for sure my wife and I will never set foot in that place again I would never recommend a business like that to anyone
