2000 s10 wheel alignment after I lowered it 2 inches all 4 corners. (Xtreme stanced).Found where my lowering parts weren't the highest quality and made the adjustment to make it safe and maximize ride and handling quality.Rey was communicative and transparent about everything he did; even educational.I'm glad to have taken to this shop, as my 17 year old daughter will be driving this truck and they will keep her safely on the road in a 25 year old truck.Job well done. Thank you.

We were starting a road trip after having a suspension upgrade on our Sprinter van RV and were advised by the installer to have a mechanic re-torque the new bolts and the wheel lugs after 500 miles. We entered Tucson and read the many positive reviews about Pete s. After calling and explaining our situation the service manager agreed to help us without an appointment. The staff at Pete s took our vehicle back quickly after our arrival, did the service that was recommended and finished within an hour.I didn t think businesses like this existed anymore. Their professionalism and willingness to help someone in need is refreshing and made our day. I give Pete s Auto Repair my highest recommendation!

We flew in town and needed repairs on a vehicle purchased. We found this place and are extremely satisfied. The owner assured we did not need an appointment to render services. We requested a diagnostic, and ordered an alignment. Two visible issues were discovered a faulty radiator and an oil seal. The shop worked their stations staying very busy. We heard and talked to repeat customers who shared their continued long term support for this business. It was appears thats Pete's Auto Repair has a personable and enviable old fashion approach to business. I was impressed with that!! We were in and out in several hours. We left as satisfied customers. If it would be necessary, I would return!!!

This used to be a great shop for alignments that I used several times with great service at a reasonable price. The original owner sold the business and I decided to give the new owners a try. I was quoted $120 for a four wheel alignment. I took the car in and was quoted almost 2k to change the struts and rear control arms. I paid $60 for the attempted alignment. Spent $300 on parts, 1 hour to install them and saved myself $1,700 in labor. When I went back to get my alignment done I was charged an additional $200 to adjust the camber on the rear control arms. Wasn't that part of the alignment? I won't be using this shop for any work going forward as they seem to be more interested in price gouging than providing a service at a reasonable price.Service: Wheel alignment

Shop was clean. I got to see the bad parts. They ordered the parts and I took it back for repairs. I would have liked a call letting me know they had an issue. But all in all it was professional.

We were impressed with Pete s Automotive. We had trouble with a bicycle tire and although this wasn t their business, they fixed it and got us on our way. Very good people!

Receptionist was very nice and answered all my questions. The mechanic took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my car and help me understand in simple terms what was necessary. I would definitely go back to them to and recommend to family and friends. Good professional people.

This used to be an honest auto repair shop when Pete owned it but it's a dishonest shop now! Wasted 600.00 dollars and my car still isn't running right.

I was really satisfied with the service and how good my car and my daughters car were fixed. Staff were very professional and explained everything in great detail. I showed up in a bit of a panic because my 2014 felt out of alignment. The folks at Pete's were incredibly accommodating, friendly and trustworthy. The shared the diagnosis and what upcoming services I would be needing. Great communicators, comfy chairs and excellent service. Do not hesitate to pop in!

These guys are the absolute best! I was on a long haul road trip when I ran over a pipe on the freeway near Phoenix. My car started shaking at anything over 65-70mph so I stopped in Tucson and decided to get it checked out thinking it was an alignment issue. These guys checked my car for free!! We figured out it and it wasn t anything bad just a very bald tire so they directed me to a tire shop. A very honest and great business!Services: Tires, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment

Sold my sister a vechile for 4500 dollars broke down first week he supposedly repaired it and charged for towing n repair and was still the same when she got so sad. You would think a 4500 dollar car would last a little longer then that!

I went to Pete s to get a wheel alignment on my MK7 GTI that s on air suspension. I went to 6 shops before Pete s and they were not willing to work on my car. I took it to Pete s and they didn t think twice about trying to help me out. They dove right in and talked to me throughout the whole process. Pete s Auto shop is hands down one of the best shops in town I took my truck to get an alignment and I usually don t take my truck to any shops because sometimes they can be a little pricey and unreliable but NOT PETES they take really good care of you and are completely affordable as well as honest about your car an the repairs it needs! I couldn't say enough good things about Petes. I had a quote from a different auto shop for $1,200 and Petes was going to do it for about $700 and when I went to go pick up to car he went over everything they did for me and gave it to me for free. Pete's Auto Repair is a blessing to Tucson. The people are very friendly and professional. They are caring and will quickly get your car fixed as soon as they can. I even bought my car from them. My parents used to come here when I was little, I went in for an alignment and the guy who helped me was super honest and told me what I needed to get fixed before he could do the alignment. He could have been like most places and charged me for nothing and gave me an outrageous quote on repairs but he was straight up and thats what I like. Will definitely come back to get my alignment done!

So I was turned down service at TCR II on Speedway for being 5 Mins late for my 11AM appointment even though I called before hand to let them I was a little behind. So I called Pete's (Bear Wheel Alignment) and was greeted by a sweet lady on phone (sorry forgot your name). I told her a I had a 1994 Nissan 300zx on coil overs, wheel spacers, brand new tie rods/steering rack and the vehicle was lowered. Immediately she said no problem as hardly any shops wanted to touch it. Told me to come in now and they will take care of me. I was in and out in about 45 mins and the Z is straight as a arrow, even got some good advice from the 2 gentlemen working there. GREAT SERVICE! My dad used to take all his vehicles here over 20 years ago and I will follow in his footsteps and only be coming here going forward.Service: Wheel alignment

Took my pickup in here because another shop told me I needed front suspension work. They looked at it and told me all I needed are shocks. I appreciate the honesty and integrity they showed. I would highly recommend this shop.

Pete's Alignment was recommended to me and I will be recommending him to everyone. It's a great bargain at $49 for an alignment, and they are experienced mechanics. The owner said that it's a family business which was started by his father in the late 1940s and he had been working there for decades. There was no need for an appointment, and I was out the door in half an hour completely happy with the work. But I would recommend calling first to see if they are really busy or not. Overall, you will have a hard time finding a better deal and I doubt it's from mechanics that have the same experience.

during a vacation trip our 2012 toyota camry started having trouble shifting. it was a friday and every other place couldn't get us in or wouldn't even check the fluid. Pete's made time for us, checked the fluid level, and the codes. there were some sort term options to fix but would end up with same problem later, which they recommended we not do. they made time for us, gave us sound advice, and didn't try to rope us into anything which would be a waste of time and money.
