Have you ever dreaded taking your car in for service? If so, try Perfection Auto Works. Mike and his staff were amazing! The experience was so positive ... In fact the best experience I have ever had getting my car serviced. They took fantastic care of my Audi, called me with what was needed and a quote and were timely in providing the service. Highly recommend this business. Truly exceptional!!

I took my 1966 Mustang (it's been in the family since new) to Mike and his team for a front end alignment. In order to to that they had to replace all of the deteriorated suspension parts in the front end. Then they got to looking at other systems on the car. We ending up servicing the rear suspension, replacing the rear axle, starter, fuel system, and more. I know it sounds like they were just trying to get my money, but every single repair was needed - they truly were looking for perfection for this American classic. Mike even diagnosed that the car had been in an accident some time in the past that had bent the axle (it had been rear-ended but I didn't realize that was the cause of the vibration). The car starts and drives like it must have when it was new - the engine runs like a clock and the ride is smooth. Although they had the car for a few months, Mike kept me updated on its progress - usually any delay was due to parts availability. I highly recommend Perfection Auto Works! Picture for attention...

One of the best mechanic shops I've been to. Mike is straight to the point about everything telling you exactly what you must repair on your vehicle, what you should repair on your vehicle, and what is not worth bothering with. When it did come time to get rid of my old beater car, Mike didn't try to talk me into repairing it and suggested good alternative cars for me to get based on his personal experience. Definitely will continue to bring my vehicles here.

PERFECTION AUTO WORKS is the BEST auto shop I have had my vehicle repaired which involves many states. Took my beloved 1996 Jeep to Mike after a friend referral. Mike is extremely knowledgeable, communicates issues & options clearly. Mike and his team are Master mechanics, have extensive diagnostic tools, a high standard work ethic, finding and doing repairs correctly and installing quality parts. All of which is analogous to what one expects from a surgical team.Mike will work hard for you.My jeep looks almost new and now runs like it is new.Huge Thank You to all involved.Sandy

We took our 2003 Subaru to Mike after I bought it and the check engine light came on within 150 miles. Of course, could not pass emissions until this was taken care of. Mike fixed the car, but warned us not to panic if the light comes back on -to simply let him know and he'd take care of it. Sadly, within a few miles of leaving the shop the check engine light came on again. Ugh. We called Mike and he was great - he said to bring it right back, and he took care of it within a day. He had to replace another part on it, but he stood by his word and did not charge any extra! Mike is one of a kind, knows his business and stands by his work, which is worth every penny in my book!Forgot to add - he also fixed our broken key fob and made a new spare key for us, no charge!

Mike and his team are exemplars of expertise who prove the value of skill and knowledge every time I visit. I taken my cars to Perfection Auto Works for 6 years, and the job is always done right the first time. After acquiring a used car, an in-depth inspection was done, resolving issues that could have become big problems down the road. You won't be disappointed.

Perfection is an understatement! My vehicles will ONLY go to Perfection Auto Works for maintenance. My truck went in for rat damage and other minor service. I can't say enough about the amazing work completed by the crew. When I picked up my truck, it looked beautiful and drove better than the day I purchased it. Never to go anywhere else, not even the dealership. Perfection Auto Works is the ONLY place for my vehicle care. You too, will be so happy to do the same.

After driving from NY to Tucson in my 2003 Volvo wagon I desperately needed an experienced mechanic to fix some major repairs on my Greta. I researched on Google and decided on Perfection Auto.Despite being extremely busy, they got me in. After a free 26 point inspection, I was called back with a detailed explanation of the repairs needed. My car was in the shop for a week. Best decision I ever made. My 20 year old Volvo runs better than she has in years!On a side note, I also had tech issues (windows)that they addressed and are still working with me to tweak so they make sure they get it right. I HIGHLY recommend Perfection Auto for ALL of your foreign car repairs!!!

Quick turn around, explains the issues, works with client and their schedule. Fixes the car as needed efficiently and for a reasonable price. Returns the car cleaner than it was before. Would recommend!

I would love to rate Perfection with TEN stars. I recently received services on my car and the service and repair work was excellent. It has been a long time since I have met someone, Mike, owner, manager, who is passionate about the quality and care that he provides on the vehicles. He also provides excellent communication about any work he suggests that the car needs. Thank God I took his advice. My 13 year old car with 75,000 miles, now looks, sounds and rides like a new car. He took care of this car inside and out and all the the automotive needs. There were definitely NEEDS. My car, a 2010 Chrysler hard top convertible is now worth far more due to this recent upgrade. Mike called it a beautiful little car before he worked on it. Afterwards, I can proudly say it is indeed a beautiful little car.Price was reasonable for everything they did. I can't say enough good things.RECCOMMED THIS AUTO WORKS WITH TEN STARS!!!!!!

I would like to thank Mike and his Perfection Auto Works team for taking care of my car and doing an amazing job!I have a Q50 Infiniti and I ve had some bad experiences with the dealership at Infiniti and I came across with a blow out turbo that I was getting charged a ridiculous amount at the dealership and with little to know about cars or where else to take my car I came across Perfection Auto Works, without knowing personally Mike in person, he took the time to listen to me over the phone and answered my questions with having no obligation on his part to take in my car and stored it for 2 months in his shop with no extra charges until I was able to come up with the money to fix my car, immediately upon paying he got my car up and running in about 4 days. He knew how much important and how much I needed my car since I didn t have another way to commute! On top of that taking care of other things that weren t even included on the payment.I want to thank you Mike for everything you did and will continue to do for my car, I will definitely keep bringing the car here! There s no missing, where you get great service I assure you the outcome will be just a great!Very attentive all the way!Thank you!-Elvia

I have used Perfection Auto Works for a variety of issues,I found Mike, the owner, a verry amical fellow, by searching for a reliable auto mechanic, and I found him :-)He replaced my transmission on a 2005 Mercedes CLK 500, obviously a major job! He/they did that on time and within budge. nearly two years ago. The car is performing excellently !He did several other repairs form me on my 2002 Chevy Tahoe LT1) Four Wheel drive repair - replacing the shift motor and associated repairs. The car is performing flawlessly !2) Repair the Air Conditioning system - working well !3) Most recently he/they repaired/rebuild the front end (suspension), installed new components and shocks, and made a number of other repairs to the car - everything is working well and to my satisfaction !I can recommend Perfection Auto Works and Mike with enthusiasm. I personally am a fairly good mechanic, have done many engine overhauls and swapped engines from cars to boats, etc. etc. I'm only mentioning this to show that I appreciate quality work, and can recognize it.Perfection Auto Works is your place to go if you have issues with you vehicles !Thanks Mike - Harmut Lutter

After searching around town for service on my 2005 BMW 325CI to no avail, a coworker recommended Perfection Auto Works to me after getting her Infinity serviced there several years ago. Mike Emery was the only one in town who took my call. Hands down the nicest and most knowledgeable mechanic I have ever spoken to. I needed some major work done to my car and they got it done within the week. He went above and beyond to help me and my car is running like it's brand new at 154k miles. They even cleaned and waxed the heck out of my car and she looks incredible. During a stressful time I found myself actually enjoying making the trip to Perfection. Highly highly recommend!

Mike is a solid guy!His business is legit I brought my 1999 Porsche Boxster there and he diagnosed and efficiently repaired issue. I will be a repeat customer with all of my vehicles. Mike and crew go above and beyond expectations by offering options, making recommendations, setting short and long term repair goals so that you can keep driving your car, and still come in for follow up service needs to get your special ride back to full functionality when you're on a budget!

Almost been honest and straight forward with my older Volvo issues so you know what you are walking into, even if it is not pretty. But you want that rather than a shop that bleeds you dry with a bill that keeps growing far from the original estimate. Also many shops in town either won't deal with Volvos or simply over estimate their ability to and that was not the case here. Highly recommend this shop.

Car runs nice after after clutch replacement, and other needed repairs. Also wash, wax and headlight restoration was much appreciated. However, check engine light came back after 50 miles and repair took too long for me too give five stars.Update: Check engine light was bad gas cap...not their fault. Car still running great. Will give another 1/2 star!!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

SUPER happy with the service I got at Perfection Auto. Some problems crept up with my almost-20-year-old Ford van and a quick trip to another shop for an inspection only left me with more trouble. After reading the reviews, I headed to Perfection Auto Works for help instead. I got in within a couple of days. I was treated like a smart, reasonable person (amazing how rare that is). I was consulted at every step of the diagnosis and repair process and was offered wonderful advice about how to navigate my path forward in a way that met my goals but didn't break the bank. I got my van back in great working order. And the team even delivered it to my house since I was having a particularly bad time with my multiple sclerosis that week. I'll definitely be bringing my vehicles here in the future. We're lucky to have a shop like this here in town.

Mike and Perfection Automotive have now helped my daughter ( college student) twice. Both times they were a life saver. They were honest, punctual and extremely knowledgeable. As a mechanic myself, I can tell you that there knowledge of European cars is at a high level. I won't go to any other shop in Tucson!

I (and my family) have been going to Mike of Perfection Auto for almost 15 years. We have taken various vehicles for service or repair including Mercedes, Lexus, Toyota, Chrysler and Chevy. Mike and his technicians have always done a superb job and at a very fair price. His diagnostic skills are superb. His workers are professional, courteous, competent. Visited Tucson and broke down. Didn t know what to do. Got the car here and Mike had it back on the road that day. Mike is a straight up guy who calls it as he sees it. He s a great mechanic, and the crazy part is, he s honest. Not a super common trait amongst mechanics now days. I wish I knew a mechanic like him in my state. Tucson is very lucky having such a mechanic. If you re having issues go see him and they ll take care of you at perfection auto.

I'm a college student and when Auto zone and regular mechanics failed to solve my car problems Perfection auto was there to help. Excellent service with impeccable customer service. I would recommend to any and everyone, if you have a problem Mike can fix it!!!

Mike has such a passion for what he does that we have no doubt in him and his teams workmanship. After finding out my car had a transmissions leak, he helped me through the whole process of it. Searching for a good mechanic you can trust seems almost impossible these days. So when my baby, a 2006 Saab Aero 9-3 2.8 turbo started messing up, I dreaded looking for a shop. I came across a review for Perfection Auto Works and read that they specialize in repairing Saab vehicles. So I took my chances and took it there. I can honestly say it was the best decision I could have made. They offer great customer service and reasonable prices, as well as no extra charges or outrageous labor fees. Not only did they replace my transmission, they also cleaned and detailed my car as well. I'm more than happy to say that my car is running better than it ever has before!!
