I came in this morning for a flat time repair . Oscar had me back on the road in no time! Great gem of a tire center I will be back during the week to have all 4 tires replaced. I highly recommend this tire shop. Thank you! -WWF WWE Guy

Needed to get some tires mounted; called on a Saturday right at opening time and got helped right away. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Very polite, well-priced and professional. Will make this my tire shop from now on.

Very good customer service, helpful information, fast work, good prices. They don't keep new tires in stock but were able to connect with a supplier to get the appropriate ones on site within an hour. They kept me well informed of the process along the way and quickly put on and aligned the tires once the new ones arrived.

Went to get new tires I bought myself on my car, took only about a hour and 30 minutes for a mount and balance. Okay I left then heard my tire making hissing sounds. The valve stem was bad but the time they took they couldn t even check the tire correctly to go back and get charged EXTRA for work that should have been completed to begin with. The girl who runs the shop Marisa is only there to make money for her Botox not to fix tires. Older man in 30 s with glasses had a stupid attitude and damaged my valve stems. The only person to help was a 20 year old guy Also with glasses. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO A REAL TIRE SHOP OR ATLEAST ONE THAT ACTUALLY FIXES ISSUES FIRST TIME AROUND. Marisa desperate for money but not for customer service. Pepe & Sons Tire shop on 12th and Irvington. BTW THEY WAIT TILL SERVICES ARE DONE TO THEN TELL THEY DONT ACCEPT ANY CREDIT DEBT CARDS TO REFER YOU TO WALK 1/2 mile to get cash out.MARISA GIRL WITH WORK DONE TO HER BODY ONLY WANTS MONEY TO FIX HER BODY NOT TIRES DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!

Went to Pepe's to get tire fixed....They weren't busy and took way too long....A 10 minute fix took bout 30 min.They seemed very odd on my visitI hope everything is ok with my tire

Driving all the way from TX & had a slow leak, on a Sunday where everyone else is closed this shop helped me tremendously and all staff especially Frank were polite and friendly! Got in and out in less than 15 for a tire patch that was super cheap! 100% recommend family businesses like this.

My new favorite tire shop! All the guys are attentive and polite. You can get in and out quickly! The son is always nice and greeting everyone, and the dad makes sure that people are getting in and out! Bring cash and don't be afraid to go into the middle garage and sit down where it is cool!

This is the only place that I can get a tire fixed without having to wait an hour or more. It's not fancy. No waiting area. They don't need a waiting area.

5 stars all the way! Fast service and was only $5 for a flat repair. I couldn't believe how cheap. I gave him $10 for the fast friendly service and great prices. Idk price to buy tires or any other services. But they gained a life long customer in me for all my needs. I've let friends and family know as well

They re a go-to if you need tire repairs, the guys here are hard workers, I appreciate them for what they do and they always inform me about any information I need to know if something is wrong, or if there s something they would rather recommend I would know. They respect your decision and get the job done.

Good service for a tire patch. Had a slow leak on tire and turns out it was a small nail. Prices were reasonable. I could see they took care of the other customers efficiently.

Quick, very efficient, very knowledgeable, friendly, very affordable with a tight budget.... I've been driving my car (2008 Mini Cooper) and my mom's car (2004 Toyota Corolla) and my brother takes his truck there for tire repairs and new rotors and brake pads and new tires for over ten years.. I will continue to go there and recommend Pepe's to anyone who needs reliable and trustworthy shop

they only take cash just so you know.. but i can safely say, bring it to them because they take good care of you. 4 Goodyear tires with more than half life on them for $140. They definitely will have me as a return customer.

We had a flat on my husband's work truck which is a dually, the older guy was awesome got us in n out in less than 15 mins and didnt overcharge us! Actually i felt he under charged us...so definitely has repeat customer!!!

Sunday I got 4 tires from them for $160 and it turned out that they gave me 4 bad tired. One tire had 2/32" tred and the best tire was 5/32 tred. The other tires were 3 and 4/32 tread. I got these tires so I can drive for Lyft but since the tread is so bad I cannot drive for Lyft and I am out of money until possibly Saturday. So I am out $160 plus the earnings I could have done with Lyft! Thanks a bunch Pepe & Son's Tire shop for being so shady! Watch out for these guys. No wonder they told me they only deal in cash!

These guys saved my bacon on an early Sunday morning. My truck was not drivable due to a bad tire and they replaced it in no time. Very fast and friendly, highly recommend to anyone.

They put the wrong size tires on my car and it was scraping. They changed 2 and told me to come back to change the other 2 and they just kept giving me the run around. I have 2 different sized tires on my car now.

Stay away from this place bought a new tire just for them to be sneaky and switch it out to a totally different tire that I did not buy VERY SHADY
