Bought a new RAV4, based in part on mgr William's unbiased opinion on my trade-in (see below). Will be taking it to Pep Boys for my scheduled services!Thanks to manager William at Pep Boys on Ina Rd in Marana -- for providing a second opinion on a repair to my 2010 Highlander and a rideshare inspection today. William took the time to explain things in layman's language. I'll be back for regular service on my car!

These guys are outstanding. I picked up a nail and it was about time to replace my tires, so I wanted to get 4 tires put on. Nothing special. I tried many different places and they were scheduling TIRES out more than a week. I was able to order online, make an appointment, and get tires on very quickly. When I showed up one of the technicians had already pulled the tires and they were ready to go. I will definitely come here again when needed.

I had a great experience with Pep Boys! With the variety of products available, I had a flat tire. I walked in with no appointments, coupled with excellent customer service. I highly recommend it to others looking for a great shopping experience.

Had an appointment for an oil change. Greeted promptly....car taken in al.ost immediately. No trying to 'upsell.' They even looked up a $20 coupon on line! Car done quickly and returned clean! Will continue to service my car there.

The check-in was flawless, the work was completed in a timely manner, all of the employees were pleasant and helpful, and there was a great discount coupon that they applied at the end. I'll be back! (But hopefully not too soon!)

I went 3 other places with my engine light on. When i went to PepBoys they were the most concerned and took care of my engine light beingon by doing a diagnostic. The service techniciantold me what was going on. When I did bring it in for the service that was needed the Technician gave me an appointment. The appointment ran on time and they said it would be ready the next day and it was. I would say I received excellent service and Definitely have found my place for my vehicle service in the future. Thank You Pepboys!

Jason was great! Needed tires for my truck, they weren t in stock so he ordered them and kept in great communication with me, once they got in he scheduled me for install. Install was fast.

had no appointment, my tire was about to blow. Busy day for them but Jason treated me like they had no one else in there. Excellent customer service, can't say anymore than that. Prices were better than some other type stores.....not going to mention any names but their initials are Firestone.

I recently had an unpleasant encounter with a counter manager named William, which left me deeply dissatisfied with the level of customer service provided. It is evident that William lacks a fundamental understanding of customer care and service.My interaction with William was marked by a discourteous and unhelpful attitude towards my inquiries as a customer. Instead of providing assistance and addressing my concerns, he responded with rudeness and a complete disregard for basic courtesy. This behavior not only falls far short of the expected standards of customer service but also reflects a lack of professionalism.What is even more concerning is the apparent presence of racist undertones in William's demeanor. It was clear to me that he treated me differently based on my race, which is completely unacceptable and inexcusable. Such behavior has no place in any establishment, and it is disheartening to encounter such attitudes in this day and age.In light of this regrettable experience, I have no intention of returning to this place where the manager's lack of understanding of customer service is so evident. It is my hope that this feedback will prompt the necessary actions to address these issues and ensure that all customers are treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of their background.

Pep boys on Ina is my goto for all my service needs. I ve been taking multiple BMWs to Will for years now and the service is always top notch and I m always taken care of as if I was at dealership. Will, Jason, and Eric take care of me like the Nordstrom's of automotive customer service...

I absolutely hate getting anything done with my car! I cringe when my oil change light comes on in my car. I hate going in somewhere and getting harassed to buy extra stuff. Today was different! The guy that helped me was absolutely nice! He even quoted me an hour and he stuck to it which was really nice because we had a little guy with us! I know a lot of the times they have no control over the time it takes! I will definitely go back for my next oil change and if I need anything for my car.

Excellent customer service from pep boys on Ina road. Got new tires, struts, catalytic converter ext...They were Great at letting me know what they found, Keeping me informed and explaining my options. They were able to tell me what each option would cost and didn't pressure me. The work performed on I vehicle came out great.

They did good timely work, and the price for a flat repair was fair, but they've painted over the windows from the waiting area so I couldn't watch the Tech work. I see this as an anti-customer attitude.

I ve had service done at the Ina location serval times with different vehicles and each time it has been great. Prices are fair, service is professional and done in a timely manner. I will continue to go there so keep up the excellent work!
