Essentially took advantage of us by performing a service that was not consented to, then billed us for the $500+ and then when it was revealed this service actually did not fix the issue on the next day, offered to do the same thing for another $500+? Even mechanics at other PepBoys locations suggested what occurred was malpractice as did other shops in town. Maybe we caught them in a bad month or year or something, but if you have options, maybe this one should be low on your list.

It has been a total nightmare. We have been waiting over 8 hours for a simple brake job. After6 hours we were told it was almost ready. Now we are just being told they re trying to find a part. Never ever bring your vehicle to this place! Only clicked one star because it won t accept zero stars.

My check engine light came on and I drove right over to Pep Boys. The manager Brandon was so helpful in getting my car diagnosed in a timely manner and he was also able to have the repairs done within the same day despite not having an appointment. Super friendly and professional staff. Clean business and honest work. Complimentary water and snacks. Very happy customer. The manager is very accommodating. Charlene goes above and beyond for customers and is one of the sharpest Pep Boys Managers I have dealt with.

Met with a smile and an offer of cold water when I walked in, despite all the back and forth I put Charlene through she worked with us all day to get our tires replaced and rectify issues caused by another shop. She went above and beyond and I will be back.Lesson learned, low priced tires cost more than brand new top of the line tires. And, even when buying a used car from a reputable carlot check your tire size! I came in today on my way to pick up my son from the hospital after his having surgery. My tire was flat with a nail in it. The staff were so helpful, repaired the tire at no charge, and had me out in half an hour. I was so thankful to the staff for helping me this way. Felt blessed.

Overall a great store, workers are friendly and seem like they know what they re doing. Great place to go if you re just coming in for an inspection/diagnosis as the prices are reasonable. In terms of actual repairs, they re extremely expensive so I haven t been able to afford repairs (2k+ for an AC compressor change) and have resorted to doing the work myself or finding a family friend to help out. Pretty much they re real good at finding problems and customer service but be prepared to spend a pretty penny if you get a repair in store.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Air conditioning

I recently brought my car in to have the headlights and air conditioner fixed, and I was impressed with the level of service I received from this mechanic. The staff was friendly and efficient, and they took the time to explain everything to me in a clear and transparent manner. They provided me with options and helped me understand the situation, which I greatly appreciated. This was the most disappointing and infuriating car experience. I took my car in to have the 120 inspection. It is 9 years old, so I knew it wasn t going to be in pristine condition. However, I had recently had it at a different mechanic to have the air compressor replaced and had him do an inspection of anything major that could be wrong with it, since I am getting ready to sell/trade in. He hadn t found anything.Anyways, I dropped it off ant Pep Boys for what I was hoping was a more thorough inspection. The associate said it would take 2 hours, it took nearly 4 (not a big deal, but a bit inconvenient). The associate told me this was due to the extensive repairs that needed completed.On the list were multiple leaks (engine, rack and pinion, and coolant) issues with the suspension, steering, and brakes. She said the coolant was completely empty. She also noted corrosion to my battery and terminals. I told her my husband changed my battery and put in new terminals less than 2 weeks ago and she just shrugged and said they re corroded. I was surprised by the leaks because I park in the same spot everyday and have not seen any spots or fluid. I had also recently had an oil change and they never mentioned multiple engine leaks. She said it would take a few days to get the estimate because of the number of repairs and parts, but to anticipate a big repair bill. It s been over a week and I have not received the estimate.In the meantime I took my car to 2 other mechanics and the only issue that they found was with my tie rods, which needed replaced. One mechanic told me it would be impossible for my rack and pinion to leak because it is an electric part. No leaks, no other issues. The coolant needed topped off, but wasn t empty.Bottom line is I don t think Pep Boys is honest and I would never go back.

Unfortunately I had rented a car from Vegas international airport (avis) I had kept loosing air in my left tire.I pulled into pep boys and they found a nail and was kind enough to patch it up for us for free and if you wanted you could give them a tip! And we were in and out thank you pep boys!!!

Bless this place. Bought my own full synthetic oil and filter but couldn't get my oil drain plug off. Using what id bought, they changed the oil, reset the dash light, and even replaced the plugs bolt for $24. Thank y'all so much.

Pepboys is no more a automotive store.. they just do tires and mechanical work.. there is no buying seat covers or any accessories for ur car

Jerry, Nathan and Ian (technician) were able to get my 2002 Yukon Denali into the shop on short notice as we were driving in from San Diego. They diagnosed the problem and were able to recharge the Freon within an hour. The free ac check is garbage they done actually do an adequate inspection, they want to charge $50 to do an actual check. Then he advised me filling freon myself was unsafe. Was not given quote up front. they did not do the work that they were supposed to, they only did part of it. I was charged for two and a half hours of Labor and it only took 30 minutes. They said they had to charge me cuz the book said that's what it would take of course if they would have done their job properly and completely it would have but they just did part of it and because of that I still have to have the whole rear end replaced because they did not do their job that they were paid $509 to do.There is a reason why Pep Boy is going out of business do not I repeat do not use Pep Boy ever

Having only owned this vehicle for a few months and using this shop to due and inspection and brake replacement prior, I returned for follow up work. Intending to get an oil change and tire rotation, I was later advised a wheel stud had been damaged as if by intentionally beating on the stud and/or the lug nut to get it to fit. Manager immediately stated they've never seen my vehcile before so wouldn't know where I got the work done before. They immediately backtracked after I told them THEY had been the only ones to work on the car, and in fact would've removed that exact tire for the brake replacement. I was told a "master tech" was assigned to my car, but was then later told someone else must've done the job instead due to the damage. This was an obvious cover to protect whoever actually did this....Alas, I was told they would order the part and replace it. I would be contacted after 2 days to schedule an appt...which I never received. After a week and a half I called myself and was given no explanation as to why I wasn't called but the part had been sitting around the entire time I had been waiting. Utilizing this location out of convenience to my home was a mistake.Services: Tire rotations, Brakes, Oil change

Very good!! They were able to explain exactly what the car needed for now, to pass emissions and run good. They also explained some of the other things they found that would need to be replaced and/or fixed in the future, but would not need to be worked on today. So nice to find a place that fixes only what needs to be fixed and not try to add on other things just so they can make more money.

In the middle of a downpour one of my tire pressure sensors indicated low pressure. Fortunately, I was able to drive to this Pep Boys for assistance. Manager Charlene was So Courteous and Helpful ! She is Amazing ! She asked Nate to check my tires which he did Right Away and luckily there was no serious problem. Nate checked and pressurized all around and I was back on the road incredibly fast. These people are Awesome !!! If you want fast, friendly, competent service this is where to find it.
