Happy-ish with the results, but I feel like I was misquoted when buying a new set of tires. I was made to believe a $117 warranty was included in the overall price I was quoted, only to find out that it was an additional fee when I got home and looked over everything which was not mentioned to me when making my appointment and receiving a quote.I chose pep boys over discount tire because of the price quote and at the end of the day I should have just gone to discount tire. I would have paid around the same amount and would have gotten better service.They didn t take the time to wipe anything off after the service either. I left with white residue all over my wheels and tires.

I went to have my car inspected at a place and they could not do it. So I went to pep boys and not only could they do it but did my inspection within 10 minutes and he was really nice and professional. I will definitely go there again.Thank you for your service.Michele.

I went to pepboys today and Ariel was amazing he replaced my spark plugs and did a fuel injection. Ariel is amazing such a great employee and their prices are very good.

Pep Boys management , Ariel Barra took my car in for a diagnosis and found one of the knock sensors was shewed by rats. I was very happy that this shop had a technician on duty .I had called other shops and didn't have any one to take my car when I needed it. Thank you

Been going to pep boys a Number of times at a different location so they can see my history I went for an oil change Love being able to schedule online pick up and drop off were easy only complaint is they said they tried to call me during my oil change to replace my air filter which I Always do but I had no calls and now need to do another appointment just to change my air filter when I would have done it then

They broke my air filter housing when they were checking my air filter during an oil change. They said they repaired the part that was broken, but my vehicle is whistling again from that break. The part they repaired had some dried adhesive on the damaged area, but it was not held together anymore. I'm not going here again.

I originally had my tires mounted and recently had them rotated at this location. Aida is prompt, professional, and knowledgeable with questions, etc. I will continue to use Pep Boys for my automotive needs.

Went here for brakes and the service was good and the problem was fixed. What I'm really excited about is that I came back for what I thought was a very expensive issue, it turned out to be a very simple fix and they fixed the problem without charging me anything. They didn't even charge to look at it. Sometimes when you go to these big chain shops you expeft them to squeeze every dime they can out of you. Very honest and helpful guys over there. We will be back for all our vehicle needs.

The guys here are so knowledgeable, friendly, and fast. I couldn't believe how quickly they got my car done! PepBoys pricing was pretty standard with other places. I'll be back!

They claim they do 12 points car check including fluids...and would refill yhemI checked, no fluid were checked, marks intact and no fluid refilled.I doubt they really change the filter when changing oil .

Lady was rude, unprofessional, not aware of the issue, tried telling me I did not have an issue when I m still experiencing the same issue. She gave me a time of an hour. Waited 4 hours. Passed by multiple times, no one was working on my car, employees were on their phone. Never going again

I waited 1.5 hrs for a flat tire fix. There was no work for them, one guy walking around eating chips sitting in the office. Would work on my tire 5min then would wonder off again. Terrible tire service. Then they charge me $24 for balancing the tire when it did not need it. The dealership had done it 3 weeks earlier. Don't come here!!!

I will say the staff was friendly and somewhat helpful my appointment was fairly brief and straightforward as well however that s were my positive words must end I recently had an issue with my car's AC compressor and decided to take it into Pep Boys for repair. However, I was extremely disappointed with the price they quoted me for the repair. They wanted to charge me a whopping $2600-$4000, which seemed extremely exorbitant considering that several other repair shops like the ford dealership, break masters, jack furrier and midas, were quoting prices between $1000-$1500 for the same service and repairs that pep boys said were needed when I mentioned the price pep boys were quoting me to the other places I got quotes from I was told that the price was ridiculous to the make and year of my car and that it was comparable to having to fix a luxury vehicle which I don t have. I was shocked at the huge difference in pricing, and it made me feel like Pep Boys was trying to take advantage of me. When I questioned the price difference, they were unable to give me a reasonable explanation and simply stated that their prices were competitive and the labor costs was why the prices were so high. I ended up taking my car to break masters and they quoted me a much more reasonable price for the same exact repairs that pep boys had quoted me. My experience with Pep Boys has left me feeling extremely disappointed and I will be hesitant to use their services again in the future. Overall, I would not recommend Pep Boys for car repairs, especially if you're looking for a reasonably priced solution. In my experience, their prices are significantly higher than the market standard and you can easily find better deals elsewhere.

Place is a joke. Was a pretty happy customer up to the point I was quoted 600$ for my Hyundai to get new brakes. Going to Midas from now on. If I could I would put 0/5** updated went back a year later Daniel reminded me why I went in the first place

Very nice people who don't try to squeeze every penny from you. I had my truck towed there and they were honest more than fair and most importantly Very Kind to me. They let me leave it there long enough to figure out what to do with it. Wonderful People!

5 star all the way!We stopped last minute due to a flat. They couldn t take care of it until end of day but we had a can of Fix a Flat and they had air. Few minutes and good to go. Extremely professional and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Made a last-minute frantic appointment to get a damaged skid plate removed that was dragging. It was a Sunday, no one else was open, they were so friendly, quick and accommodating. Helped us out so much, highly recommend!

This pepe boys location always gets whatever service I need done quick and I love that their oil changes include oil filter change and vehicle inspection. The past few times I have gone there Ada has always been able to provide an answer for my questions about my vehicle.

I had an appointment, had to wait a little bit didn t mind at all. I recommend anyone to get the 3 year prepaid alignment. Cheaper.

My sister booked an appointment here for a smog check online and they told her that they didn t do that there and didn t bother calling her to check and told her that she didnt know what she was doing and my mom even thought they didnt do smog checks so she called 3 times let it ring for a couple minutes and never picked up the phone. This doesn t make sense pep boys popped up when she searched for smog check.
