Parker Automotive Services repaired my sons 2011 Subaru Outback and did a great job. Their comprehensive diagnostic and reporting was above par. Their service team was friendly and knowledgeable and their upfront pricing and transparency was greatly appreciated.

Great knowledgeable team, friendly, good service. This job took longer than a normal repair, due to we needed to wait 7-10 days for parts to be trucked from the east coast.They did a great job in following up on status of the part. When the part did arrive, they did a great job on the repair. Went away for a few years and now back. They did a wonderful job tuning (major) up my nearly 20 yo vehicle. With their help I will keep going. I really appreciated the ongoing updates since it took much longer to service than anticipated. They are the best.

I dropped my Malibu off here Wednesday after it wouldn t start and I had been putting off repairs for it due to really really terrible experiences with past mechanics whom gave me anxiety with getting my car taken care of. Parker made the entire process so easy and were beyond honest. I absolutely love their diagnostic presentation to customers. They checked EVERYTHING absolutely every inch of my vehicle and gives you a spread of everything they checked and the condition it s in, how severe, how much the cost is AND included photos. This made the choice of having to pick what needed to be done the most and what fit in my budget so easy (and I know absolutely nothing about cars). I called them back, informed them what work I wanted done and it was as easy as that. I even got a warranty on my transmission and punch cards to make my next visit cheaper. I will only be bringing my car here from now on. I have never been happier with an experience through a mechanic. Picked it up today (Friday) service was speedy as well considering the work needed

Had my car towed in on a Monday. Tuesday went over the shops complete diagnosis. Per tests the right side front wheel speed sensor was bad. Ordered the sensor. Worked on my car for that and a couple other issues. My car was ready on that Thursday.When I got there they happily told me my bill was a bit lower than quoted. All smiles on both our parts they told me why.The tech took my wheel off and when he looked in the wheel well there was a tiny rabbit, it was alive.So the sensor wasn't defective, the wires were chewed. They fixed the wires and since I didn't need the sensor they didn't charge me for it.If I could give this shop more than 5 stars I would gladly do it.Very professional, friendly and they worked to be on my side. Explaining every step of the way.Merry Christmas to all the staff and owners

They checked my car over to see if there were things that neededrepair. They found a couple of rather important things.I really love their diagnostic report that they give to their customers, with pictures of the areas that need attention. This a great shop run by very kind and polite men. It was a pleasure to take my car to Parker!

First of all very professional and kind staff. I had read a prior review of someone s oil change being higher than they expected so when I called I gave my engine specs to get an accurate quote on a simple oil change I was happy to hear it was $130. They were the same exact price as the Toyota dealership and a lot closer for me.I made the appointment for 8:30am the next day and was told it would be about 2-3 hours. I used the shuttle that was driven by an extremely nice gentleman and was happy.I checked back in with them 2 times at both 1pm and 3pm and it wasn t finished. they finally finished my oil change at 4:30 8 hour later this wouldn t of been an issue if I wasn t expecting it to be 3 hours max. I wouldn t have cared if it was 4 hours but it being 8 hours messed up a lot of my plans.I got picket up again at 4:45, which was a great service, and figured what s done is done. But then my oil change bill was 150 ?!?They told me it was because I need 7 qts. To which I told him, yah I know that s what we went over when I booked the appointment.Wasn t worth fighting over 20 bucks and I understand shops are busy. I guess I was just hoping that the timeline and price lined up a bit closer to what they told me.

These guys are great. They keep you up-to-date with what's going on with your car, prices are reasonable, and they do not get to upsell you or try to get you to do unnecessary work to your car.

This shop did an outstanding job on our company vehicle. I will be sending all our business to them. Customer service was excellent. They kept me in the loop the whole time. Vehicle was ready when they said it would be. Prices were fair. It's hard to find a quality mechanic you can trust these days. This shop is it! So, my experience was not what I expected. It was really exceptional, and all credit for that goes to the efforts of my service advisor Jonathan Bodek. This is not surprising because he is the same advisor I had when I used to go to AAA automotive off of Speedway.He is just consistent and the big thing is he gives the necessary effort to try and satisfy each and every customer no matter how adversarial that customer may be. I witnessed this first hand while he was at AAA, so it was well refreshing to run into him again at this newThis shops infrastructure gives dealership vibes but better, it is wourth the time to give this shop a chance as I did and yes I will be back as long as I have my current platform!!

I am so late in my review of this place, but I really can t say enough great things about the service I received at Parker. My AC went out and we all know AZ is still hot. I was having a hard time getting an appointment at the local Mazda store and I thought my warranty would only cover the dealership. I learned I needed to go some place ASE certified and in my search I came across Parker. From the first phone call, to the time I picked up the car, I encountered nothing but friendly service and professionalism. The timey responses throughout the service and the ease and speed in getting my car was wonderful. I was kept aware of everything happening with my car. At the end, I walked away with working AC. Because of this great customer service, I will for sure be returning.

Pretty disappointed that my oil change was scheduled and I was told by Scott that it would be $90. When arriving to my appointment, I was told it could be $150 by Jonathan. My apologies for not just turning around and walking out the door. Please be more honest with humans. Being a woman trying to get her vehicle taken care of is difficult enough, we do not need to be lied to in order to get our business in the door. The only good thing about this service was the free ride I received. Thank you Thomas. I will be taking my vehicle to somewhere else in the area who is more honest.

I don't recommend doing business with this company, especially if you have to deal with Thomas. They're very unprofessional. They'll treat you how they see you instead of treating it as a business transaction. Very judgmental workplace

This was my first time at Parker automotive. Everyone was friendly and made me feel comfortable. I don't think my air blew this cold when it was new. The digital inspection they provided alerted me to some serious problems which I also had them repair. Prices are fair. I was worried trying to find a mechanic having just moved here. Parker automotive will be my go-to mechanic from now on.Service: Auto A/C replacement

Great customer service and knowledgeable mechanics! We were taking our vehicle to the dealership prior to Parker and the dealership would take days on end to fix the issue. Not only did Parker Automotive fix the problem on the first visit but they did it in a short time period (one day) and saved us money! Honest people over at Parker. I didn t feel like I got screwed. With the prices of everything having gone up over the last few years, it s hard finding an affordable dealership. Not sure if I d call Parker cheap, but they re affordable and got the job done quicker than expected. They re also very accommodating and professional.

Let me state up front that I have never left a bad review online for a business. It's not the way I like to do things, but I feel like they have left me no choice.I took my car to this shop last week on the recommendation of someone. I wish I had never gone there. In short, my car came out of there in worse shape than when I took it to them.Here's the basics: There was a grinding sound upon startup that had just started. There were no check engine lights or any other indications of malfunction. They charged over $400.00 to simply do the inspection, which included removing the valve cover and doing a visual inspection, and then replacing the valve cover gasket. I was reluctant to agree to this, but I did so trusting that they had my best interests in mind. I had no idea that the situation would get much worse.They called me later to give me a quote which I thought was exorbitant, $2,000 or $5,800 depending on my options (higher than the price quoted by a local Honda dealer, I might add). I told them to put the car back as it was, and I'd pick it up. I paid them the "inspection" fee (which I still think is outrageous), and when I went to start the car there were all kinds of warning lights on. Let me repeat that there were NO WARNING LIGHTS when I took the car in. I told them what was happening, and they sent someone out to clear the codes. Upon startup, it was the same. I went in to question them about why the car was in worse shape now than before. They basically told me that this was just the way it was. It was bound to happen, and they had nothing to do with it. They did not offer to check their work or in any way accept responsibility. Basically, it was take it or leave it. They simply did not seem to care.On top of all this, when I was outside talking to the guy who cleared the codes, he offered to buy my car! This makes me very suspicious about this place. It's obvious that people have left some very good reviews, but they didn't do me right at all!

My family and I have been taking our vehicles to Parker Automotive intermittently for the past 15 years. I stopped using Parker routinely when I noticed they requested to maintain or replace things that didn t necessarily need attention. Recently, I had my vehicle towed to Parker because it was close-by and couldn t be jump started and wouldn t start otherwise (not because of a routine maintenance issue). I asked Parker staff to diagnose the issue and advise me of the problem. Although they did in fact diagnose and resolve the problem, which ended up being a battery and battery cable issue (over $300 I might add), they proceeded to conduct an inspection of the entire vehicle which resulted in over $7k in recommended maintenance items. It should be noted, this vehicle was with a different mechanic just one week prior for a routine oil change. That very reputable company gave the vehicle a green light. Fast forward to a week later, Parker sent me a text with all the problems the vehicle has (again over $7k). I told them to fix the current issue with the battery and cable. They did so, and the vehicle was repaired. After leaving Parker, I turned on the a/c and an awful clicking noise filled the cabin. It turns out one of their mechanics (who inspected the cabin air filter- without my request) failed to seat the cabin filter properly and, on top of that, left a shop paper towel inside the unit which rubbed the fan which caused the annoying noise. I subsequently spoke to Parker staff who seemed disinterested about the feedback and claimed they were not having issues with any of their technicians. When I explained about the paper towel, his response was "It happens". Additionally, upon later inspection, I found my windshield washer fluid cap was left uncapped during the unasked-for inspection. In case you re curious, this vehicle is a Toyota 4-runner which has been routinely maintained since its original purchase. I will not be going back to Parker Automotive and I will not recommend their services to anyone.

Received several glowing recommendations for Parker Auto. All said the same thing: not the cheapest repair shop, but reasonable for high-quality work.So I headed over with my car which needed a fuel pump replacement. They re-diagnosed the problem and did a multi-point inspection before recommending a list of repairs/maintenance. I proceeded with the fuel pump replacement and deferred other maintenance. My car was ready the very same day.Overall happy with the service I received. It was pricey, but the work was top-notch.
