I went in to look at a specific vehicle, Nissan Rogue Hybrid. I worked with Steve Ahart who was very accommodating. He explained a lot of features and driving differences of hybrid. Dealership was pretty firm in price but did negotiate some, mostly on removing anti-theft and other add-ons not included in sticker price. Buying process itself was quick and painless.

We purchased a great car from Chapman Palo Verde. The Salesman Glen and the Manager Jose are knowledgeable, curteous, and professional. Both went out of their way to ensure we are happy with the car we selected. All of the employees are friendly and eager to serve their customers. I highly reccommend Chapman.

Chapman forced me to get a complete theft warranty when I purchased a Hyundai Elantra from them 6 months ago. They refused to waive off the $400 warranty. 6 months later my car is stolen and the company which sold the warranty never picks up the phone. Chapman says there is nothing they can do. But these are the guys who forced me to take a useless warranty which gave me a false sense of security.Chapman has completely ruined my good experience when I purchased the car by refusing to cooperate with me after my car was stolen and not helping me get the warranty which they forced me to take and I paid for.

Avoid! We purchased a truck that we found many problems with immediately after purchase -- including a shimmy and a death wobble. They tried to help us fix things and I was impressed, at first. But they stopped trying after they felt they spent too much money -- even though the main problem (the death wobble) was not fixed, even after the problem was identified as part of the drive train, which was supposed to be covered by the warranty. They just walked away from an unsafe truck -- even though they know we never would have purchased the truck had we been aware of these problems at the forefront. Ugh.

If I could give 0 stars I would but unfortunately I can't. Steven aheart is very rude. My husband put in an app for a car. He had returned a car with chapman years ago (our fault not theirs) and thought we would give them another shot. He was very rude and was demanding a grand down when we have NEVER put that much money down on any vehicle we purchased. (Even a brand new 2021) I would not recommend this dealership ever. Spend your money elsewhere

Not recommended under any circumstances. They installed an unwanted GPS Tracker on my wife s car. Suspect that someone is tracking my wife illegally. Unable to remove the device due to not being able to start the vehicle. They also damaged the OBD socket when installing it. I m currently working with the police to determine if she is being unlawfully tracked.The fact that they have not attempted to contact me tells you everything you need to know.

These people just want your money. They don't care to help you out into a good car that your looking for. They sell cars that break down after 5000 miles and need a whole new engine. These people aren't good people. They hurt me and made everything worse. I done recommend this business WHATSOEVER because they don't care about you.

Steven Ahart is the most rude person I have ever talked to on the phone. Arrogant and cocky and has 0 customer service skills. Definitely should NOT be working ANYWHERE customer service related. If you go here do not buy from him ever!

Steve Ahart "Guero"Was very rude and raised his voice at my mom trying to get a car from them. He told her the world does not revolve around her, all because she called to ask what was update on her the vehicle she was trying to purchase. He thought it was ok to yell at her. Maybe he needs a training on customer service. I do not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle with this person.

I have to say this was the best experience I have had at a dealership Glen has been amazing and very patient. The manager also went out of his way to get me into something I wanted not just anything. I have seen the other reviews and I swear they must be for a different place because this has not been my experience at all.

Bought a used car had to take it back they kept the car for 2 weeks to work on a problem it was having. I know it doesn't take 2 weeks for a part they had to order. They didn't have the courtesy to even call to give let me how long it was gonna take. So pick up the car it was making a noise. So I went to change the oil. Even the mechanic said you just got this car from a dealership. And you changing the oil. Lesson learn never again would I go to Chapman on Palo Verde

When I had my wreck this past summer, I needed something to drive, so I bought a Volvo. Nice Car, but not me! I was informed recently, that my wreck was going to be a total loss. I decided it was time for what I really wanted, which was a Ford Truck. I love Ford Trucks. Steve Ahart was great with me both times, during the time of needing, and yesterday during the time of what I really desired and want. He and everyone in the dealership was excellent. Palo Verde Chapman has a great inventory of used Trucks and Cars. If they don't have what you want, they can get it. Thank you!

I went to Chapman used cars on Speedway to look at a wrangler. The price seemed good and the vehicle looked good. I met Alejandro, my sales.rep. he did.a pretty good job explaining my options. I bought the.vehicle and a minor issue. Everyone from the receptionist to the parts guy were great. My problem was handled and.i left a happy man.

Don t buy a car from here.I had a problem with my car, since day one of owning the car and they wouldn t pay to get it fixed because it s not under the warranty.They then tried to gaslight me into thinking it was my fault my car was like this and said they ll fix it for $400. If this comment prevents one person from buying a car from them I ll be happy. They don t deserve it. They sold me a car with a broken tie rod and I know it was like that when I got it because it was shaking since the day I got the car. And I ve made appointments with them to get it fixed but instead of checking they dismissed me. Now I m paying $500 to get it fixed somewhere else. Crooks the lot of them.

Rude front desk talking over me, Fernando one of the sales reps there had me send him my social security to call and pay with card and didn't return the call. The car I was intrested in was then sold for more after I negotiated a lower price.Stay away from a scummy place like this.

Went to buy a used car from them. They had it listed for 4400. When we inquired about the car they increased the price by 2000 for what they called the chapman package of a GPS locator and anti-theft. And they uncharged the tax, title and license. Yes we looked it up on Department of revenue, so they asked for 200 more dollars, than what was reported. FRAUD

Bought a truck with them a little under a year ago. At first, the truck was awesome but within the same week of the purchase, the check engine light came on (the truck ran just fine and seemed to have no issue it seemed to maybe just have been a sensor). Took it in no problem and they had fixed the issue. A couple days later the same issue happened and they were able to take the truck in again and I was then given a rental care for 2 days so they had a good amount of time to assess the issue without me having to come and go to the dealership. Ever since, the truck has been wonderful! I get there will be companies who are not able to satisfy everyone but this place really worked with me and was able to take me in and assess my concerns. Due to the hassle, they even threw in a dash mat for the truck. Would definitely recommend purchasing through Chapman!

Bought our Jeep Renegade yesterday and was very impressed with the transparency and honesty both Jorge and Gabriel showed. The first vehicle we went to look at didn't work out, but Jorge found a nicer, newer model for an even better price at the other location and even brought it to us to drive and complete the deal. Gabriel was awesome, fully detailed and explained everything about financing. Definitely will go back to them in the future!!!

First off, I want to advise you if you buy a car here, ask for Angel! He is absolutely THE BEST, attentive, courteous, accomodating. He really works for you. My husband is disabled and we were unable to go to the dealership. I sent a request about a pickup I was interested in, and Angel called me within minutes. My first question was if he could bring the pickup to us for the test drive. he didn't hesitate for a minute, and we set up an appointment to bring the pickup to us. he was there on time with the pickup. We showed him our trade in and did the test drive. My husband has a very difficult time getting into any car, and Angel helped me to get my husband securely into the pickup. As it turned out the pickup wasn't the best option for us. I picked another pickup, and again Angel brought the pickup to us. It was perfect, and we put a deposit on it and Angel did everything for us. He delivered the pickup to us and brought all the paperwork to us. We took possession of our new pickup and Angel drove off in our trade in. This Guy is Really Something! No need to ask for any other salesmen. Insist on Angel, you will not be disappointed! This was the best car buying experience I've ever had, and I've bought a lot of vehicles from several different dealerships. Chapman Value Center on Palo Verde is the Best, and Angel is the only salesperson to deal with, I promise!

They list a vehicle online and when you make an appointment to see it, they raise the price up. If you don t buy it, they list it at a lower price again just to get people in the door. Had to show them a screenshot of what they had originally listed it for. Dealer scams that should be illegal. Lol. Take a screenshot of the online price before you go.

I bought a car from Chapman less than 1 year ago. At the time of purchase, we were told that all their cars had a GPS system installed in case it was ever stolen. We went on thinking that was a very smart program. We finalized the paperwork and took the car home. When we returned the car to have the system installed, we were told that the GPS system was actually a kill switch that ensured payment was made on time or they would switch the car off until payment was made. This was not verbalized during the time we were going over the car information. Also, when we signed and were ready to take the car, we realized that the key ignition had to be jiggled just a little to be able to turn the car on. We notified them of that and have never heard back from them!!! I am anxiously awaiting the time when we can finally get rid of the car and trade it in!!!! Never again will I do business with them. We have bought two other vehicles since then but went with other dealerships. When we tell them of our experiences with Chapman, they have some choice words. Beware; make sure you get all information before signing with them.

I have bought a lot of cars in my 50 years and I can say this was one of the worst experiences I have had. I should have trusted the 1 star reviews on here and not have bothered. We texted late Saturday about a Mustang GT for sale. Made an appt to see it today (Monday). Texted salesman when we were on the way and he responded.Hubby and son arrived from work separately so they looked at it mechanically and noted a few items. Salesman gave us the keys and sent us off on a test drive. Returned from test drive and salesman said there was another individual online waiting to buy it but because we were there, we had first dibs. They had us go through examining it on a lift etc and then once inside, eventually we talked numbers. They wouldn't budge from their first number because of the other person waiting so no need to.So as we are thinking our answer is no, the manager says, "Here's the deal. We already took a deposit on it. It is getting shipped to NM." Incredibly unprofessional and shady. I would rather you tell me that up front and save me 2 hours and 40 miles round trip.If you still decide to buy from them after this, check the car. This one was leaking oil from the oil filter, leaking rear shock, and needed a new battery. They wait for you to find stuff and don't take the initiative to fix it without putting it on the lot.

This has been the best place! They've done nothing but be extremely helpful to me and my family. The service that Charlie and his team has provided me has been nothing short of excellent, and I recommended that if you're looking for a car, come here first. Not pushy at all, and the mechanics there are top notch. They really want to give you the best customer experience and they do an extremely good job at it. Trust me, Come here first!

Very professional and great experience. Iram was our sales professional and Ricky, sales manager, made it a quick and easy process! We had plans to check out a few other dealerships, but Chapman ended up being our only stop, and we drove off the lot with our vehicle! Fair, upfront, & honest group!

Poor! Went in with a wheel barrel full of money and could make a deal.... going to be hard to get me to come back and do business with them. UPDATE: We ended up making a deal but paid for optional dealer add ons I did not want or need. Make sure you tell them you don't want the anti-theft and etched glass.

the salesman knew what we were looking for with the money we hadand showed us EXACTLY what weneeded. I ended up buying a car that was 10 years old but it only had28,000 miles so it was like purchasinga 1 year old car a Suburu Outbacksuper super clean I didn't have tohagel with Jorge because he knewwhat I was willing to spend on a usedcar. Jorge was pretty knowledgeableabout the condition of the Outbackeven before he had the Carfax I wasimpressed that he didn't try to sell mea more expensive vehicle when I told him I wanted a Outback they had moreSuburu's there for a little more moneybut he showed me the best price on theone I bought and that was it so I justwanted to sayTHANK YOU JORGE

Very bad experience. Paid cash for a car and then didn t see paperwork or have any extras discussed until end. Our fault for not stopping. Salesman was very deceitful about extras. Threw down a number on a piece of paper with no breakdown, again our fault. Paid for 2 options we didn t want. Also only gave us a valet key, didn t disclose until my husband got in car to bring home. Paid for 2 theft programs that are useless on a 2013 vehicle. Beware!!!Part two of bad experience. Bought car on Dec7th and paperwork was filed with MVD until Jan 14th. Temp tags expire in 2 days. Dealership is blaming MVD. Documents state nothing filed until Jan 14th.They did have locksmith come and give us a key but we had to ask, not disclosed about valet key only.
