Reviewing this a bit late, but my jeeps transmission stopped working in like August 2022, and OOROO kept it until May or June 2023. It was an incredibly annoying process, I could almost never get a straight answer from them and I had to buy a cheap car to last me almost a year waiting for it to be fixed. I only ended up paying around $700 because of my warranty covering most the cost but the total was over $6000. I would never go here again, I believe jack furrier on oracle and Maggee is the only reliable honest auto shop around here and will only be going there from now on.I m editing this review because they said I was out on military deployment most of the year. What a joke! I was finally able to pick up my Jeep a few days BEFORE my deployment. I was only gone for a month which they happened to finish fixing my Jeep during that time. I do not like liars. I was driving around a 1997 Honda accord for almost a year that I had to purchase because the vehicle took so long to fix.

Took my 2015 in for a oil change yesterday and chase took awesome care of me was very professional and polite Jeremy took care of the service as a automotive technician that previously worked with Jeremy I highly highly recommend you take your vehicle to ooroo and Jeremy. He will get it done right the first time. Will definitely be back. Also the happy car membership is worth it

Overall a great experience, I always would prefer to avoid paying to have major automotive repairs but OOROO made for a relatively painless experience. The staff was pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful, I made great use of their complementary shuttle, the storefront was immaculate and offered complementary hot drinks and snacks and the service prices were reasonable. Highly recommended.

Warranty issue. Our A/C recently went out and OOROO was an in network member and was also the closest to us. Our quote was high and not even covered. We took it to a smaller shop in South Tucson and they treated us like royalty. Diagnosed the issue, without a cost, replaced the part with the issue the same day, when we were told there was no available part at OOROO and there would have to be a repair and not a replacement to said part. Not only that but the new shop also did a muffler delete on my pickup that same day in about an hour. Half the cost of the OOROO quote that included the muffler work.

This is a great shop! I found out about them through AAA, which got me a discount, and they lived up to my expectations. While I waited for a shuttle ride, I enjoyed refreshments in their bright and clean waiting area. The diagnosis and service only took a few hours, and I left with a good idea of what I needed right away and what service I'd need on my next visit. I feel that they really worked with me on the price and exploring options for financing. More importantly, I didn't feel pressured into buying more than I needed. Most of my interactions were with Brandon and Cas, who were both more than willing to answer all my questions and address my needs. Brandon called me with updates throughout the day and researched a lot of things for me. Thanks!

George was friendly and professional. I called in the morning and he was here in the early afternoon and had the new battery installed before 3:00. He told me exactly how much it would be before he started the work. The scheduler was friendly and kept me up to date on when I could expect someone to get to my house. Would definitely recommend this company.

Great service, very friendly & good value! I called a few places to get a quote for new front struts for my SUV. I called and spoke with Leroy; they had vey competitive prices, got back to me quickly and Leroy was very friendly and explained everything in layman's terms to me. They got my car in quickly, work was done quicker than expected and they offered a free shuttle service. Although, truth be told, I could've stayed there all day working on my laptop. The had a table and chairs, sofa area, coffee, snacks and amazing views of the mountains inside. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my car here again.

I have been here a few times. I'm very familiar with how much things cost and I do understand some places mark up on prices. Some the prices, I was okay with but others prices only made me laugh. So, I'll give them 4 because I felt they did more good to me and I felt there were more on the honest side.

I've brought several of our cars here, and the team has always been pleasant and forthright to deal with. They're very upfront about the time that will be needed for repairs, which helps a lot if you're managing being down a car. I'll continue bringing our cars to them.

This was my first experience with OOROO Auto and it was outstanding!!I have known and trusted Dustin and Jonathan with my older vehicle for over 5 years. I have to compliment Jonathan, for his wonderful communication and going above and beyond to resolve my car issue(s). Cody the shuttle driver respectful and very courteous. OOROO was amazing! They come to YOU to take care of regular automotive maintenance. I scheduled an appointment and their tech arrived at my office five minutes early (i.e., on time). He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I needed new brakes and an oil change, and was able to get a full morning of work accomplished while he took care of everything. The cost was competitive with going to an onsite service provider, but I did not have to waste hours of my life in a crowded waiting room. I HIGHLY recommend these guys if you are in the Tucson area! LADIES BEWARE: So, I'm editing this review because I just found out I was given an astronomical quote a few months ago to change spark plugs on my 2015 Altima. Like almost $500...to change 4 plugs. I was shocked. When I asked why it was so high, I was lied to and told that it was "because 2 of the plugs were extremely difficult to get to and it requires more labor cost." Fast forward to today and I watched a DIY video on changing plugs for my car and the plugs ARE RIGHT ON TOP under the engine cover. So whoever that was just straight up lied to me and was going to completely rip me off. The whole process takes all of 15 minutes to do (and that was with the guy explaining along the way). I'll never go back to this place just based on that. Unbelievable. I'm just going to do it myself.Service: Transmission

Ooroo went above and beyond with getting my Mazda CX-5 fixed. From talking with Frank the head of scheduling for the mobile service, who greeted me with a professional and kind tone to working with the mobile mechanics it felt like a top-of-the-line service. They went to my home and were able to diagnose the issue while setting expectations that it might not be something they could repair at my home. We had an issue after the initial fix and Ooroo provided pickup service for my family back to our home and then also took care of the tow, provided pickup to the physical shop and they were able to resolve the issue. It was a wonderful experience and I felt taken care of the whole time. I will be using Ooroo again the future.

The staff are very responsive and friendly. Appointments are easy to get. Any problems or questions that arise during the work are communicated clearly and addressed appropriately. I feel that I can trust the evaluation and recommendations I receive. Pricing is fair. The ride shuttle service is a nice bonus.

I went to this place because they used to be highly rated. I took my wife's car in for an oil change and specifically asked on the phone how much it would be and I was quoted an out the door price. When I went to pick up the car the price was much more than the quote. That was not the worst part. They tried to upsell me a new battery for my wife's car telling me her present battery was so bad it would not last the day and needed to be replace immediately. The next thing they did was tell me my AC system had a leaky hose and needed to be replaced. Ok so I left already mad about the extra oil change cost and took my car to another repair place to verify if the repairs were indeed needed. The battery they said was fine it simply needed to be charged more from sitting unused. They could not find any AC hose leak either. So either the mechanics at OOROO are incompetent or liars trying to upsell unneeded services. Either way I won't be going back there ever again. Here we are almost a year later and the battery is still working fine and so is the car AC so I did not need the repairs they tried to sell me. Buyer beware of these crooks.Update 12-3-21: OOROO has responded and spin doctored what actually happened. Fact: I was charged more than quoted for an oil change. Almost a year later and my battery and AC are still working fine when I was told by OOROO that I needed IMMEDIATE repairs THAT DAY. Another reputable mechanic found no AC leak. Took the battery to Batteries+ as it was still under warranty. They would not replace it as their test said the battery was fine. I will let the readers of my review make their own determination as to your credibility and trustworthiness.Services: Brakes, Oil change

This team is first rate all the way. I ve never been treated better as an automotive customer in my life. Three years ago I purchased a truck in Oro Valley and drove from Texas to take delivery. The truck overheated within 20 min of driving and panic set in as backup plans were essentially non existent. I chose this company based on these reviews and limped in. My concerns were met with positivity and professionalism. The owners, John and Jeff, showed me what customer service was all about that day.John went above an beyond to ensure his new customer was treated fairly and received an honest experience. They knew the truck engine very well allowing for a a speedy diagnosis with a stellar result. A simple thermostat ! - the team at OOROO showed me the lifetime guarantee on the part. I drove it back to Austin 13 hours and the temp pegged and hasn t moved in 3 years. It s incredibly rare to experience this level of respect and honesty in today s world. I could have been easily taken advantage of In my predicament but the leadership at OOROO stayed true to their word. I speak about this experience often and felt compelled to write this again!! Hope all is well in AZ - I ll be back to visit soon. You have gained a customer for life.

My service tech was Miguel. He was punctual, in fact arrived before I did, and completed my oil change within the hour. Very polite and nice, as well as informative. I have been using Ooroo for close to a year for my oil changes and each time they impress me! I highly recommend this company!

The team at Ooroo is top notch. Janelle was outstanding. I found myself broken down in from out of town. From the moment I called to see if they could repair my car I felt at ease at safe with the entire situation. Janelle jumped right in as my car came off the truck. She had the issue diagnosed and set a plan in motion. Cody was great at shuttling me around to 3 different rental car companies. Its hard to find reliable and honest folks in the auto repair industry but these folks are fantastic. I recommend to anyone. Thanks for all that you do.

Ever since my job partnered up with Ooroo, we get discounts and i use them every time. They will come and do an oil change at work, home, or wherever you are. Dylan took care of us today and by far went above and beyond my expectations of professionalism. I have been using OOROO for about 2 years now. All I can say is they are great!!! I was using others who when I went to them were always up selling un-needed service. Ooroo's Leroy and Dustin do not. They will only sell you what is needed. I do a lot of driving and at 91,000 miles asked them to look at the breaks. The reply was the breaks were just fine. I had someone hit my car in the front several months ago and asked them to check out the alignment. That needed to be taken care of. I needed a ride home and their driver was also great (friendly and obviously likes people). I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I needed mobile battery replacement. Luckily my battery died in the garage. All of the employees that I spoke with were friendly and courteous. Victor came to my house and did oil changes for all 3 cars in one visit. He was pleasant and very professional, not a single drop of spilled oil. There was no change in the cost from my quote and no pressure up-selling. He did a comprehensive safety check on each vehicle and it was emailed to me. I am sold on using ooRoo for future repairs and oil changes.
